About this condo rental

Smart and fresh, fully updated Lake Forest Glen, end unit town home. This entire condo has been refreshed from top to bottom with hardwood floors throughout, and new furnishings. Step into the cozy living room and heat up by the gas stove, or settle in to the comfy leather sofas to enjoy the game or a movie on the large flat screen TV. The dining area has a lovely custom table that can seat 6 to 8 people. The well-appointed kitchen, with all new appliances, is a chef's delight with stone counter tops, a gas range and cabinets with custom pull out features. The large laundry area is on this lower level. Just outside is a private patio with Gas BBQ. New oven/ range, washing machine & dryer, dishwasher (2022) and refrigerator (2021). All three bedrooms are upstairs. The spacious master suite with king bed, en-suite bath, and walk-in closet. There are two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. A second full bath upstairs completes this home. This home is the perfect base for all your Tahoe adventures and is close to Tahoe Cross Country Ski Area, Alpine Meadows, Palisades Tahoe, Tahoe City, a variety of dining options, beaches within walking distance, and everything Tahoe has to offer. The Lake Forest Glen condo complex features two swimming pools, tennis courts, a playground in the summer. The complex has a hot tub and sauna that stay open year-round. Two great sandy beaches are a short walk away and there is a nearby bike trail into Tahoe City. 2 Cars can be parked in front of Condo, and 1 in the overflow lot. (3 max) - Additional cars subject to a daily fee of $100 Cancellation Policy / Cancellation fee: If cancellation is made more than 60 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will be applied. If the cancellation is made within 60 (or less) days of arrival, the entire rent will be retained unless Wells and Bennett Realtors is able to re-rent the specified property. If the property is re-rented, a cancellation fee of $100 plus the 4% booking fee will still apply, but the remainder of rent will be refunded after the replacement guests have checked out. PLEASE NOTE: This home may be equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras and electric bear fencing that are utilized for security and bear activity in the area. These cameras in no way infringe upon guests' privacy, and monitor exterior portions of the home exclusively. Decks and BBQ grills may NOT be available during winter months, exterior areas may be icy. This home is not equipped with AC. Per Placer County Short term rental laws, quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am, and no street parking is permitted at any time, including boats and trailers. We recommend purchasing 3rd party trip insurance if you have concerns about canceling your reservation. Wells & Bennett Realtors requires $500 of your reservation total due upon booking and the remainder due sixty days prior to check-in. Holiday Booking Policy CHRISTMAS - Check-In must be by December 20th, 21st, or 22nd. There is a 5 to 7 night minimum stay required. (Must check out by December 28th at latest, to allow 7 days for a New Years Reservation.)**No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 24th or 25th NEW YEARS - Check-In must be on December 27, 28, or 29. There is a 7 night minimum stay required. **No Check-Ins or Check-Outs on December 31st or January 1st STR22-6152

The property was perfect for our needs - the dining area was particularly nice and accommodated our entire group easily which has been a challenge at other places we’ve stayed.

Tons of snow when we arrived. Plenty of parking. Neighbour was friendly and helpful explaining how the snowplough process worked. About a 20 minute drive to the ski hill. The kitchen was amazing, so well stocked. Appreciated the meat thermometer. They had spices. We loved the popcorn maker. Fantastic washer and dryer with soap and static free sheets. So appreciated. Beds were comfortable. The management company was helpful and pleasant.

We had an incredible stay on this property. The location is unbeatable, but the condo itself is beautifully remodeled and just like the pictures show. We were so happy here. The property management company was also extremely accommodating with us and wonderful to work with. We would love to stay again.

The condo is within a nice community about a mile or so from Tahoe City restaurants etc. It was well equipped and very comfortable. There is no air conditioning so can get a little hot/stuffy when it is closed up. Only one of two pools was open - nor was the hot tub open. Note - do not leave any food on the counter. It will be covered in ants! Also, the dumpsters are locked up at night (due to bear activity), if you need to empty your trash on departure do it before nightfall. The realty company is not very friendly or helpful.

The description on VRBO was very accurate, except the property manager assured us the hot tub was open, but it is shut down due to Covid. Understandable, but we were given wrong info. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighbourhood was quiet and close to everything we were looking for. I would stay there again.
