Spaciousness of the house and bonus items such as coffee machines and bicycles.
The location is fab, so close to the beach.
Fact that it is pet-friendly.
The property could use a deep clean and some maintenance.
Picking up and dropping off the keys 12 minutes away was a bit inconvenient. They could easily use a lock box.

kettle lid broken, spa bubbles didn't work, garage door only worked sometimes, whole one side of house's power short circuited twice and cost my husband hours upon hours of work time and kids TV time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful design, perfect lounge outside, beach is so close, that you can walk barefoot.

Fantastic location 100m from beach. Pet-friendly but still high quality. Everything you need is at the house - very well equiped.
Had to pick the keys up and return them an agent in Nelson Bay 20 minutes drive away from the property - quite an inconvenience. Would be so much better to have a lock box at the property and save 40 mins of unnecessary driving.

Quiet location, stunning beach view, close to shops and restaurants. Lovely clean property, functional spaces and relaxing backyard!

Love the location, walk to the beach and shops.
It was so hot and there was no air conditioning upstairs. The fan didn’t help at all.

What breakfast
The pavers outside when wet were extremely slippery and Mrs Hand slipped and broke her leg very badly and had to be taken by ambulance to Hospital and then brought back to Sydney by ambulance and has now had to go into a Nursing Home
