Located in Surfside Beach, this charming house for £217 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We our love our beach house! I know, kind of odd to say, but, we really do love our beach house! We could have had a stressful, crazy week, but the minute we walk through that door, the stress just slips off our shoulders and we smile and relax. I mean, what’s not to love? Just staring off into the water from our balcony is really one of the most calming things to do. Feeling the wind, listening to the surf. And with just a short walk to the beach you will start singing any number of Jimmy Buffet songs as you go. My favorite is to sit on the balcony in the evening on a clear night and look at all the amazing stars and listen to the frogs chirping. You can also sit around the wood fire pit downstairs sharing stories and eating s'mores. No wood? No worries, chill by the gas fire pit too! Finally, when you feel the need to go inside, it’s okay. Just sitting on the comfy couch or relaxing in one of our rooms is just as nice. If you truly desire, we have several 5K TV’s throughout the house to get your movie or TV show fix. No worries, we don’t judge. We love movies too, if you couldn’t guess by our homage to The Nightmare Before Christmas room. Need a gaming fix? Use our Xbox with 2 rechargeable controllers. As you look around our home, you will see that it is truly our home away from home and we want you to have the same feelings of peace and relaxation just as we do when we walk through the door. From the nice towels and linens to making sure we have the cleanest and purest water in Surfside with our 5 filter + UV whole house filtration system. From the hammocks and fire pits to the big, gas, BBQ grill. From the fisherman’s and beachers paradise in the storage room to the beautiful outdoor shower. We want you to to enjoy our home just as we do. Pet Policy: If you love dogs like us, you are more than welcome to bring up to 2 of yours with a $100 non refundable pet fee. We ask that pets stay off all furniture, are cleaned up after in the yard, and aren't left alone inside the home unless in a crate or kennel. The time at the beach was great, the house was mostly perfect. Roomy and a very comfortable vibe. The only less than perfect things were that beach towels would be available but were not, that we could expect that there would be some condiments in the fridge to get us started and weren’t and our twelve year old granddaughter was devastated without working Wi-Fi. Sadly the TV’s and internet are all cable supplied and they were unable to get it repaired before we left. I’m sure that it will be working for the next guest. We will be back to the area, the neighborhood and the beach is very welcoming. The communication throughout the process was good and helped us thoroughly understand what was expected.

I forgot to post on my last stay because if frustration. The management person who I spoke with was completely unprofessional and did not us. That being said, the property posted that there was detergent, coffee, etc in the home and there was not. Also, no wings, no workable beach toys (all broken and falling apart). The house was somewhat clean, but not ideal. The grill should be removed by now (I would hope). It was NOT usable at all, it was rusted and falling through bottom. The TV was not workable for accounts nor was the Xbox. I would not stay here again. At least change management bc he was completely unpleasant and rude.

The house was dirty. Dirty towels, blanket, and sofa. Internet, Wi-Fi not working at all. TV nothing working, coffee maker not working. Arrived first day the house was super hot. Very disappointed! Will never going to rent this property again!!!!!

Good location! The linen fee is high for what was there. It would be great to have more hand towels and updated sheets. Beds aren’t very comfortable. No hand soap on property. Golf cart is fun and location is good! Lots of little extras that made the stay

Super easy check in. Less than 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything you need for a great time and the owners share lots of their things including beach items. Would definitely stay again!!

There were a number of issues that need to be addressed: The septic tank was overflowing into the side yard so the downstairs smelled horrible. The propane fire pit did not work. Several posts on the balcony railing were not attached on the bottom, making the porch dangerous for small children or pets. There was no hand soap in the kitchen or back bathroom. No bath soap. No paper towels, salt/pepper or condiments. The keurig coffee maker did not work, and the traditional coffee maker had a moldy coffee filter inside. The golf cart had an expired beach permit. The x box had Call of Duty, but Fortnight and other games would not load or update. Overall, this place was a disappointment. I would not recommend.

We had a great time. This was our first visit to Surfside Beach. Our home was perfect. It was comfortable, beautifully decorated and well stocked The location was convenient to the Jetties, the seawall, beach access, restaurants and the local market. Was a last minute trip we needed with kiddos before school started after a crazy COVID summer (I’m in medical). House Few blocks from surfside entrance. Have golf cart available for rental. Dogs allowed! Storage room with beach goodies so you can pack less. We had issues with 2 of tvs in bedroom but did not interfere with our trip and owners are very responsive!!! Short drive to jetty park where tons of people fish. Liked being away from Galveston, but loved having places to go nearby like the beach grill and seahorse (both restaurants on the beach). We like to visit crystal to get away but wanted nearby restaurants. We had 6 people 2 adults,4 kiddos and was perfectly sized. Had all “essential” items and more!Great place and will stay again!

We had a nice weekend trip down in Surfside. The house was clean and inviting. They have a nice golf cart you can rent, but we ended up driving down to the public beach a few minutes away. The owners are very responsive and easy to message with. We would stay again.

Phenomenal experience. Felt right at home. Place was very clean and had extras incase they were needed. Furthermore, the price for the property was a bargain as we frequently travel with the family. And the extra with the golf cart was icing on the cake. We have a place of choice now! Thank you and hope to be back before winter comes.

Problems with getting TV to work.. Both tub drains clogged pretty bad.... Orange mold on master shower curtain.. Check list for check in and check out needs to be listed in house.. My phone service couldnt pick up my emails very good.. Maybe instructions on how to work TV .. When we left we had to re program some of the TVs when we got back to the house. My Mom runs a bed and breakfast in Fredrickburg and we don't have those problems.. If these things are normal than I apologize but to us city folk they are not the norm for us..

The house is close to the beach which is what I wanted. It is also close to the recreational park and the jetty. We had a great time at the house, swimming and going to the shops by the house. We used the fire pit twice and enjoyed just sitting and watching the flames. My family had the best time at this house.
