Located right in the centre of Fremantle, The Terrace was built in 1891 and completely renovated with gorgeous wooden floors, brand new kitchen, fabulous bathroom with jetted spa bath, full 2nd bathroom, spacious and airy living those who are looking for the ultimate in convenience for location, this sizable property is immaculate. The living space is well laid out, with 3 bedrooms and 2 living areas. The house can comfortably sleep up to 9 adults, and with 2 full bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, there is convenience to suit the larger numbers. A great feature of the house is the stunning, brand new, kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances. Luxurious and contemporary furnishings throughout the house accentuate to character of this property. A lovely courtyard offers a place to relax, enjoy a glass of wine and an afternoon barbecue. The front of the house also has a shady porch to watch the world go by. For your comfort, there is air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter months. A cot and high chair can be provided if requested. We also have free WIFI The house also has 2 off street car parking bays located at the rear of the house. Fresh produce is available from Galatis (green grocer/continental deli)which is 100 meters away. Life in Fremantle (FREO) Established in 1829, Fremantle is the port city of Western Australia and is characterised by its unique landscape, heritage architecture,cafes, restaurants, stores and markets. A popular destination for both the residents and visitors alike, the suburb is home to more than 7,650 people and is a mixed-use area with its five square kilometers used for residential, commercial, institutional, maritime and industrial purposes. Busy, energetic and always alive, Fremantle is arguably the second busiest city sector of Western Australia. Enjoy alfresco dining on the cappuccino strip, which runs through a section of South Terrace, take a stroll along the Fishing Boat Harbour and stop in for a drink and a feed at Little Creatures Brewery. Pubs, clubs, shops and markets are all in abundance in Fremantle, making it a popular destination on a night out and the suburb is also home to several popular annual festivals, which attract people from all over the metropolitan area. The Fremantle Railway Station provides convenient access into Perth City.

A lovely, spacious home. Great amenities, had everything we needed. In a great location and the only downfall of that was that it was just a tad noisy at times. Excellent parking and back entry. We were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!

The house was great to stay in! Had lots of room to spread out and is easy walking distance to heaps of coffee shops and the main part of Freo.

Perfectly located, this charming house was a wonderful place to stay in to explore Fremantle, Rottnest and Perth. It was well equipped, spacious and easy to share with friends. The only minor criticism is the third bedroom is very small compared to the other two. Fortunately we weren't there to stay in our bedrooms. The hosts were helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this lovely terrace home.

We’ve had the best 5 days in Fremantle, and this property was a big part of it. It’s a spacious home, very well located, beautiful courtyard, clean and a lovely big kitchen. We would absolutely come back again. The hosts were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions we had. Top notch!!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is located within walking distance of everything in Fremantle which made things very easy with our children and also family who we visited also in Fremantle.
The house itself was well set up and had everything we needed for our stay. The kids enjoyed the books and board games too.
The only negativity was the noise of the main road. We are both light sleepers and home for us is very rural, so the noise of the road at night was hard for us to manage. We ended up sleeping in the back twin bedroom (for some of the time) just to get a good sleep.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Terrace, Fremantle. Beautiful home with all you require to make your stay comfortable. Perfect location to just stroll to cafes and bakery. CAT bus straight out the front to hop on, hop off to see the sights or go to the beach. We’ll be back!

The property was ideal for our needs. The third bedroom is very dark and stuffy, with no windows, but the beds are comfy enough. The house took a while to heat up when we got back to it in the late afternoon - but it was a very cold week. Lots of hot water and good shower pressure. Kitchen and bathrooms could do with a thorough deep clean and drawers and bookshelves need a real tidy up, they all look a bit messy. Overall it was adequate.

As a family of 4 we immediately loved the size and appearance of the house when we checked in.
Regrettably we had to cut short our stay as an ekectrical issue hampered our ability to use the property fully.
Absent the issue we faced we would have no hesitation in recommending this house to other guests as it is a comfortable place to stay with plenty of room to relax.

Nice house location with sufficient facilities, including children toys and play boards inside it. Toilets are clean and equipped. Shower rooms are well lit and with powerful hand sprays. Beside it, have the cappuccino strip and place of interest: Fremantle Prison. Overall, a great facility house for short term stay.

This was an excellent home to accommodate us while we were in WA. Fabulous location, very kind and accommodating hosts - nothing to much trouble. We are already planning our next trip to Fremantle to stay in this wonderful home.

great location but this house needs some detailed cleaning.
kitchen was dirty, oven dirty, cupboards generally greasy and needs some attention to detail. there was food in the freezer???? open packets of rice, pasta etc in cupboards. Light for exhaust fan doesn't work. Oven dirty. Cobwebs in Kitchen.
Lights in main bathroom need replacing and the fan doesn't work.
Fan in toilet doesn't work. No fly wires on windows or front door, so you couldn't open.
Cockroaches coming from bathroom area into Kitchen area.
Outside area needed a good clean up, sweeping. BBQ fitly dirty, greasy. Outside table fitly.
The two car bays at back of property, only 1 was available as people keep parking in them.
Very disappointing property, it needs some serious attention to detail on the cleaning and Maintenace side.

We had the most fantastic time in this property!
It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and in the best location we could’ve asked for!
The parking spaces at the rear of the property were a real bonus too.
Steve was the perfect host and we’d love to go back to his property again soon!

Great communication with property manager. Beautiful home that felt very 'homey'. Super clean. Plenty of room to gather and rest. Comfortable and quiet sleeping. Great kitchen - large and well appointed with many staples. Bus stop and a fabulous bakery with great coffee right outside. Lots of food and drink within walking distance.

Fantastic location, easy to access free public transport from here. Nice to have outdoor space. The beds were very comfortable and the house works well for sharing with friends. Lots of positives about this place but a couple of wishes - more bedside lights and a lamp in the lounge, a bin in each bedroom, also the toilet sinks could do with an upgrade. Overall we would all stay there again just for the location.

We enjoyed our stay overall. The traffic on South Terrace was a little loud and frequent. The TV did not work unfortunately. The fan in the main bathroom did not work.

Great property close to some fantastic bars and cafes. A little noisy at night but nothing that kept us awake. A great place for a relaxing break

House is in a great location - can walk to all the sights around Fremantle and is very close to a great little deli and butcher to get any supplies. House was spacious and had some toys and games for the kids. We also really appreciated the box of beach towels and toys for a day at the beach.

This house has all the amenities you need for a great stay in Freo. It oozes old world charm, yet is spacious and well appointed. Two separate toilets and two bathrooms make it an excellent choice for a group. The house comes with two dedicated carparks. The owner has equipped the house with plenty of beach gear as well. The house is in walking distance of the centre of Fremantle. As an unexpected treat, there is a big corner spa bath in one of the bathrooms and the stove and oven are tremendous.
