Nestled in Cruz Bay, this charming villa for £230 per night is a great choice for your next break. Property may be shown to prospective buyers or renters with 24 hour notice to show. Casa Blanca is a unique 1 bedroom rental in upper level of duplex - located in a quaint residential area, just around the bend from Gallows Point. Cruz Bay town, ferry dock, shops, restaurants, and beach shuttles are within a 5 minute walk. “Casa Blanca” has a fantastic pool facing Frank Bay and St. Thomas, the sunsets from the pool deck are terrific. This home has a king sized bedroom and bath, comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen with stovetop - no oven, air conditioning in living room and bedroom, internet access, personal safe, satellite TV, telephone, gas grill, and ceiling fans.

The management staff were excellent. The villa comes with a challenging 45 degree driveway and challenging walk into town. Comfortable living room. Nice views but partially blocked.

The property was exactly what we needed during our trip to St. John! We stayed for 9 nights and found the location to be perfect if you are wanting to walk into town for dinner or drinks. Jackie met us at our car rental pick up and gave us a quick tour of the town and then we followed her to the vrbo, which was very helpful. The parking space and private pool were great to have. We hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful view of Cruz Bay from the apartment and the private pool & deck. Only a 5 minute walk down to the ferry, shops, and restaurants. Owner and property managers very pleasant and responsive. Great location. We'll be back.

Villa was great. Well appointed, clean, comfortable bed and air and great location. Inside unit appeared as photographed. Has everything needed in the kitchen including all needed towels, linens, beach and pool equipment, tv/satellite ect. Having the pool was great! Being in walking distance is definitely a plus. Communication with manager was excellent and she picked us up from ferry for check in.
I was disappointed in the lack of view compared to photos in the listing. There are also some minor updates needed. Walk to town is easy but coming back is up hill so keep that in mind if not renting vehicle.
Overall wonderful unit and we really enjoyed ourselves.

This property was perfect for me and my husbands 25th anniversary trip to St John. The pool was a bonus and you can not beat the location. Property manager responded quickly to all of my questions.

The condo was in great condition. The location was perfect. A 5 minute walk to restaurants and bars, but far enough to be quiet! Jackie, the property manager, picked us up from the dock and drove us to the condo. The accommodations were excellent. 5 stars!

The property is not perfect, if that is your primary concern. But it was nearly perfect for us. Location: great view, and yet very private, quiet and peaceful. Jackie the property manager is very helpful with information when you arrive., The house is stocked with the essentials of what we needed. It is a great "home base" from which to operate your trip.

This is one of those places that is a real find. Being able to walk to Cruz Bay in the evening, when there is no parking, is a real plus. And sunset with your own lovely private pool! Worth everything. The manager was available to not only greet me at the ferry and escort to the unit, but every question I had, ( or needs like a battery or extension cord) handled immediately.
The only thing is you better like waking up in the morning with the sun, as the lovely shades in the bedroom does nothing to block the early morning rays.

The property location is great and check in very easy. But the property needs a lot of updates to be made. We were able to enjoy ourselves but there should be updates soon.

Enjoyed our stay in St John. Casa Blanca was close enough to walk to everything in Cruz Bay. Nice to have pool to cool off and a place to park the rental Jeep. The views were the best part!

Everything worked, pool was clean so so problems there. I would strongly recommend changing/fixing window shades and blinds. The shades really don’t work. By the time the sun is up, the rooms are totally bright, especially the bedroom, making it almost impossible to sleep (this would a reason for me not to return). The blinds in the kitchen are broken.
Would not hurt to buy a few new beach chairs, as half of them are very rusty. The railing around the pool is also quite rusted.
For us, the biggest drawback was the noise from the roosters and chickens from around 5AM until around 7AM. It was like a 90 minute alarm clock going off.

We had a great time here, just me and my wife for our 15th anniversary. Checkin was easy, we were met right off our ferry ride off with about a five minute drive to the villa. Jackie was great and attentive. Helped us find places to go eat and book a great boat tour of the BVIs. We very much enjoyed our stay and found everything clean and comfortable. Would reccomend or rent again, if we return to St. John

We really enjoyed the patio area and view around the pool. The location was excellent , felt very safe, and was easy access to Cruz bay. Michele was so friendly and helpful . She brought us to the house after meeting us at the ferry, and helped redirect us even after she left. They were very responsive to any questions we had. We look forward to going back there and staying longer hopefully next time.

Okay Place, but won't return!!!
The overall property was okay, however, there were a few major turn offs that should not have been a problem. The biggest was the sliding door. It was not usable as it was broken. However, the biggest problem was that the door would not close all the way and allowed for bugs to get inside. I was stung by a wasp in the neck (inside the villa) as the gap in the door was about 2" wide - this is on top of no see ems', mosquitos, and flys that got it. We finally filled the gap/crack with tin foil to keep the bugs out - which worked. The washing machine broke and the toilet needs updates. Further, parts of the fence around the pool were just gone - missing - on top of the rusty other parts that made it feel unsafe. Overall, I'd give this property 2.5 starts and not worth the overall cost charged.

St John vacation
Casa Blanca is a wonderful, beautiful property and I highly recommend staying here. The place was very clean, well stocked and the location was walking distance to many restaurants and the ferry. Having a private swimming pool was such a treat. Also great communication with Jackie and Michelle. Looking forward to staying here on our next trip to St John.

Being located walking distance to downtown was a must for us, and having our own private pool was such a great way to end the day after long days at the beaches. Jackie’s hospitality was superb and we loved working with her. We will definitely be back!

This spot could not be any better. It was an easy drive to all the North Shore beaches for snorkeling and relaxation. We even made a trip out on centerline road to Coral Bay. At night, it’s a short walk to town so you don’t have to worry about finding or paying for parking and then can enjoy the bars and walk back. The unit was spacious and perfectly clean and an awesome private pool. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else for our next trip! Also, Jackie was so helpful and made our stay that much better.

Off season St. John USVI
Great location with easy walk to town (although all up hill on the way back). Great to have a private pool with wonderful views. Washer and dryer a big plus as well as beach chairs.
