This home is well kept and very clean. Its dated, but the comfort balanced it beautifully. Having 4 bathrooms works well with 3 teen girls. The hot tub is private and is so relaxing. Being on a cul-de-sac off a side street it's so quiet. Had deer squirrel and chipmunks walking right next to the deck.

No bikes.

Great location

The location was great. We didn’t mind being a little further out. It was great to be so close to the mountain biking trails. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and the deck.

Too many spiders. The bed in the master was uncomfortable and too squeaky. Too much difference in temperature between the upper and lower floors. The decor/wallpaper is a bit dated. Also, the man’s beach cruiser had no working break and is a liability.
