We loved the place, very comfortable beds, space and everything incredibly clean and better than a resort. Towels ready, shampoo, all little details. We will come back and the contract person amazing sweet and arranging everything for us

By the pool are very strict with the rules. We need to read good the rules because we got a couple of time some advices from the security. For example not using inflatable for our son " a little car" in th swimming pool , we need to have permission.

Good value for money. The apartment was modern and fully furnished. Nothing was missing and there was a person on site to ensure everything worked fine. The apartment is next to a small shopping mal and many restaurants. You have a convenience store next door and a supermarket across the street. You won't need a car during your stay, everything is within walking distance.

The building is a bit dated. Given the current situation in Cancun with the seaweed ("sargazo" in Spanish), the beach in front of the building is not daily maintained and the seaweed can make it impossible for you to access the water at times. You can solve it by walking to either sides to find a clean patch, but I saw that some hotel really clean the sand and water every morning to avoid this issue. In regular times, this would not be an issue. I would also mention that the view is partial ocean view, although are in facing the beach, u only see the water beyond the roof of the below buildings. No beach view.

Everything in the apartment complex, the apartment itself, the staff, security etc is top notch. The staff is very attentive with all your needs. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay.

Everything was perfect. Absolutely nothing to dislike.

We recently stayed for 5 nights and from the booking to checkout Lety and Elizabeth were in contact to make sure we got all the information we needed or if we needed anything. The apartment has its age showing a little but nothing major. The apartment had everything we needed from, dishes, coffeemaker, blender , microwave, towels, cooking oil etc, you honestly dont need to buy anything except food to cook! We even had lysol and a verg large hand sanitizer bottle. Would definitely recommend and would definitely be back.

Everything. The location, the views ,the pool ,and that the apparent is equipped with all what you need in the kitchen and in the bathroom . And inportant good communication with Elizabeth the person in charge.
