Perfektes Wochende!

Super schönes, gemütliches Apartment. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine vorhanden!! Die Lage ist natürlich hervorragend. Man ist in 2 Min in der Stadt! Besser geht´s nicht!

4. Stock ohne Aufzug! Aber das nimmt man in Kauf, wenn man mehrere Tage bleibt!

Short City-Trip

Update of review due to issues with erroneous credit card charges, and issues to communicate with property management (see details in section "What didn't you like"). XXXXX Great location close to the city center with cafes and restaurants close by. Very quiet due to being located on the back of the building and being on the top floor. Large place suitable for a group of up to 6 people. Well equipped kitchen, and bathroom with a washing machine. Contactless check-in.

A few days after my stay I noticed on my credit card statement that the property charged the deposit of EUR 250 twice, once before arrival and once again after departure, hence a total of EUR 500. The first deposit has been meanwhile refunded, while the second erroneously charged deposit has still not be refunded. Unfortunately the property management does answer calls on the phone number provided, so the only option of communicating with the property management seems to be via the booking.com messaging service, which I do not consider satisfying in case of urgent problems. XXXXX Pre check-in communication a bit confusing due to duplicate messages. Property description fails to mention that there is no elevator in the building which could be an issue for guests with walking difficulties or families with small children - however was not an issue for our group of 4 adults. Main drawback was the bathtub/shower arrangement which makes having a shower somewhat cumbersome.

Exceptional

The apartment was very spacious, clean and bright and located in the heart of the city centre! The communication and the instructions for the accommodation were very clear and helpful!

Great stay. But when we arrived, it was hard to go inside the building (door was locked)

The location and facilities of the apartment were great

The staff who comes to give the key to guests should stand in front of the building door, not stay inside the apartment because the door is locked and guests cannot go inside. For foreigners, it is not always possible to make a phone call to the staff.

Superb

The rooms are very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary things for a short stay.

The WC does not have a washing basin inside, as a result of which basic hygienic rules are violated.

Very comfortable stay at this spacious value for money apartment

The apartment is well laid out with ample space for large families to use if so required. The flat is also placed in the central town with access to transportation with Trams right outside the front door. There are a couple of eateries all around the flat that are easily accessible and open till late for evening dinners. I can definitely recommend this place to families whilst in Graz

Just a bit of smells initially from the bathroom that does need looking into as we were informed that some tradesmen had just worked on it but the smell did linger a bit on for few days.

Pleasant

Good location, but without parking:((( and a lot of stairs:((((

It was not CLEAN under bads and in the wardrobe. I was unpleasant surprised!!! It was not the app which I saw on booking!!! I do not understand why it was not the same:((( TO much stairs to go up!!!

A great stay. Great facilities but a bit too many stairs.

Location perfect in the centre of Graz, next to tramlines. Very peaceful.

The only problem would be the number of stairs to the apartment. There is no lift in the building, so we had to walk up 67 steps each time. A bit awkward with bags.

old. old fashioned. not friendly

2 floors is nice for a change but the apartment is extremely old and the noises from the stairs are too loud. apartment was clean. Nice touch with alexa stick in the TV.

You would think that in 21 century you don't need a huge key and a person to give it to you. I had to arrange a meeting with the manager on site to get the keys. On top of everything, there were no wine glasses at all (just the ikea huge glasses for water, you won't drink from that) I found an empty bottle of wine in the closet. And afterward, I was accused of breaking the table lamp and charged 88 EUROS for that! every piece of furniture is from ikea, how do they come up with the price of 88 euros for the lamp is a surprise for me. Hosts didn't even write me about it, just charged it silently from the credit card. well, it was disappointing.

Comfortable stay, but missing some basic conveniences

The apartment is very quiet inside and the location is great for dining and sightseeing. The rooms and beds are vey comfortable. I appreciated having a Nespresso machine, the complimentary coffee capsules, and having a dishwasher and washing machine.

The automated form for paying the damage deposit read that my card was “verified” which led me to believe the payment had been made. However, you must “add another card” via the link and enter your details again. I had to go through the process on site on my phone while the hostess looked at me like I was an idiot. In the kitchen, there was only one scarred skillet which eggs promptly stuck to, and instead of a spatula, there is an ice scraper in the drawer. There was a box of table salt, but no pepper or cooking oil. There is a corkscrew, but no wine glasses. A handful of coffee pods were provided, but no sugar or cream. There were dishwasher tabs, but none for the clothes washer. The toilet room needs a small bin for feminine napkins. The bathroom needs a bin for cosmetic waste. We had to carry our trash upstairs to dispose of in the kitchen bin. It’s a lovely comfortable livable space. It is just missing thoughtful touches.

Very good

very spacious apartment right in the center of the city, nice staff and uncomplicated handling of any requests.

The apartment was quite cold, the heating had apparently only been turned on a few hours before we arrived which is not enough to heat an apartment with high ceilings.

Excellent location, slightly difficult with young children.

Excellent location for the city centre and covered on the free tram into town.

No curtains in our room (curtain rail had been damaged and not repaired). Had to carry our young children up and downstairs as staircases were rather steep for them and had to move some of the schnickschnack (flower arrangements and cacti) out of their reach.
