Sip cocktails by the pool or dine on locally bought seafood and holiday feasts in the indoor dining room, poolside in the cabana/bar or alfresco in the outdoor entertaining area. There are 5 spacious and glamorous bedrooms, the master with ensuite and WIR has a king bed. Bedroom 3 & 4 have a queen bed and bedroom 5 also has 2 King singles or King zipped (please notify preference on booking form).You will sleep in comfort as every bed is a brand new pillow top sealy posturepedic ensemble. ***This property is located in a quiet residential street which is noise sensitive. Any noise after 10pm that neighbours complain about will result in the loss of your bond. Do not book if you feel that your guests may breach this term and condition.**** Stay Port Stephens works with The Bay Butler.
