The property was well maintaind and clean.the ambiance of the property is really good,The staffs are really co-operative and helpfull,The breakfast they provided was delicious,i truly visit again the property on my next visit also.

Property location was good and awesome place for chill out with my family,breakfast was good, the rooms were super clean and staffs are very warm and welcoming all the time, Ample car parking is available, overall the stay was excellent.

not worth for money

staff is very limited n cooperative, bed sheet are clean.

no food service in room, no restaurant in hotel, leakage in washroom. n location is in remote place

Break fast ok . And once called your response is good. You have provided the coffee with broken cup. Try concentrate on this things.

Kindly change the bed spread and blankets daily and send room cleaning daily . Day 1 which they have provided the same bedspread and pillow covers and blankets still 3rd day They didn’t change new one. That’s not acceptable.bathroom kit deltas kid and towels you should keep 2 numbers at least.

Very comfortable

Th location is very calm an quiet. an the road to the property is nice. the rooms where well maintained and cleaned. Staff were so cooperative and responding. they helped us with everything without any hesitations. The food they provide was very tasty. The best thing about this property is that they only give the rooms for families only. That was a very awesome policy and that made me book this same room next time without checking any other hotels.

They could provide some more Malayalam channels on the TV😁😁✌🏻

The staff was really helpful, Room maintained well with good hygine..Location is closer to main town and approcable to site seeing locations.However, it is a bit out of the hustle and bustle of the town, Breakfast is very special and value for money. They accommodate families only, not bachelors and unmarried

Everything is overpriced

Staff behaviour is good, that's the only thing I like here.

The breakfast they served here is very below quality and quantity, for 4 small set dosa they charged 250/- & didn't provided the hot water for bathing in evening time's. Everything is overpriced here , they arranged a sightseeing cab for us as a package for 4200 rs for 2 days in that package 70% places were outerview's only like NRC outer view etc and in the remaining out of 30% , 20% are shopping malls like tea selling shop's and chocolate selling shop's. Usually we can get sightseeing cab for 1600 rs per day in OOTY, but they manipulate me in the name of package by overpricing everything. And they arranged a fare auto rickshaw for 350rs to go to bus stand which is just 2 km away from the resort's. Literally they looted us. If you wanna stay here you must have a personal vehicle for yourself.

For 5 idli's the cost was rs 210rs very much disgusting they loot money for everything, the room is average they provide average food not value for money we pay

The rooms are average not good as value for money, no proper beds the pillow covers and beds are dirty bathroom has a bad smell, they turn off the water heater switch over all experience was not that good for the money we pay

The place is a basic "bnb" not a hotel or lodge. It has a kitchen but not a restaurant or cafe. No tea or coffee facilities. It did not provide sufficient or acceptable meals except idli and the nearest restaurants are very far away. It was relatively clean but our room next to the kitchen smelled of stale food.

It was extremely noisy. As in deafening and uncomfortable with other rowdy guests. I would not recommend it. It was very difficult to reach the place. The road was so bad that it felt like the car would overturn.

Average experience. Lack of timely and hot food was the main concern especially in cold winter

Staff is courteous. Room and toilets are neat and well maintained. Hot water is available for bath and drinking. carrom board available for one to play.

The place is inside a congested area. Also the approach road (if at all i can call it one) is really bad. One cannot think of even going in and out more than once in a day. Secondly, there is no kitchen in this place. Hence it takes 2 -2:30hrs for food to come after you order. It is also cold by the time it reaches you. Even the hot beverages or soup are mild and luke warm by the time they are in your mouth. thirdly, there is no heating in the room. it gets damn cold in winter.

A pleasant and silent stay abode of town rush

Owner was down to earth, cooperative and polite. Location was awesome.

The Cleanliness of the room, the response of the staff were quite good. The staff were supportive for any requests. The space in the room is adequate for a small family of 2 members + a small kid.

The approach road to the resort is very narrow.
