You are 150 steps to the Beach (toes in sand!), Capitola pier, boutique shopping and more than 20 restaurants in Capitola Village. Open, airy, remodeled kitchen, gorgeous gas fireplace, WiFi, Big Screen TV and a back patio with a grille and lovely, terraced yard. This is coastal living at its best. One full bathroom downstairs with a Queen sofa sleeper, and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed. The other bedroom has twin bunkbeds and a fullsize bed. Sleeps 8 comfortably. Covered tandem parking for 2 cars. Renter must be at least 25 years old. Also - for renters looking for properties that sleep more then 8 people, our Seaview Condo (Listing# 1862292) is right next door and also sleeps up to 8 people so if you have a large party (more then 8 people) you can rent both condos and the back patios connect through a gate in the back fence. Perfect for extended families and/or friends traveling together.

This Capitola home was the perfect place to stay. Right across the street from the beach and all the charming shops. My family of 4 enjoyed this location as we were able to jump around to Santa Cruz and Monterey easily and enjoy downtown Capitola. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable and enjoy meals together. My kids also loved the game closet which was nice for a family fun evening after the beach or trips out.

This property is a gem! From the location, to the updated decor, to the amenities, this place was a perfect 10. The owner was communicative in the most positive way possible. We lived in the Bay Area for 17 years and I moved back to the East Coast last June. I needed a place to stay with my adult children ( one in Law School and one works in Oakland) that would be relaxing and this place hit the mark. Friends came for a day at the beach and I never had to get in a car. Difficult to leave but we may be starting a new tradition.

Lovely condo with modern amenities right in the heart of Capitola. We had a wonderful time staying at Jennifer’s place. Stunning view! Plenty of space for 5 women and that’s saying a lot! ;) The 2 bathrooms were convenient for our group. The kitchen was a breeze to use with a modern feel. Easy morning walk to the beach to find shells and other trinkets. So many laughs were had! Definitely hoping to return to this property again in the future. What a great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It was so nice being able to walk to the beach and all the shops in Capitola. The short drive each day to the Boardwalk was easy. Beds were comfortable. If you want to charge your device at the bedside, bring a 6 foot cable. We'll definitely look to stay here again this year.

This Capitola condo was perfect and better than expected. High ceilings with huge windows and a deck facing the water made for amazing views of the water and Capitola Village. Very easy walk to restaurants, bars and shops. Easily accessible parking and a nice private back patio with barbarque. The place was spotless upon arrival and super comfortable including both bedrooms. I’d definitely recommend to friends and would absolutely stay here again. Thanks!!! Ryan

We love this condo!! This year we rented both sides so it was double the awesome. This side specially is so nice. The decor, the amenities, kitchen, bathrooms are all so nice. The beds are very comfortable. The closet is stocked with everything you could need or want for beach, games, or cleaning. It’s so nice to have a washer and dryer and the garbage Is a huge bonus! This home is lovely and very well equipped. It’s in a great location just across the street from the beach. The beds are very comfy and if you open the bedroom window you can hear the ocean. I’ve requested it again for next year.

This place is so clean...to my standards and a beautiful location. We stay here to visit my grown kids in school and it's perfect. Hesitant to write a review cause we've found our perfect place in capitola and don't want to share.

The location (and parking) should put this one high on your list. For cold nights, the gas fireplace works get and creates wonderful ambience. Very tasteful decor, fully stocked kitchen for cooking (we did breakfast each morning), and very comfy beds! They provide beach towels too so no need to pack those bulky items.
