Beautiful seaside home in a quiet community. Our first visit to Mallorca and it proved a perfect home base for all day exploring the stunning island and then home for sunset, sangria, and a quiet dinner. Superb!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It has a great swimming pool and the view is second to none. It was spotlessly clean and there was plenty of space for 6 of us. We spent most of our time at the villa since it’s so lovely and really quiet. We went to Palma a couple of times and thoroughly enjoyed wandering around and some good meals. We highly recommend restaurant Mirador de Cabrera which is a 10 minute walk away. Another very special view and the food was the best we had. We aborted our attempt to go to Es Trenc beach because the single track road to it was so busy it was getting blocked and the car park was full. The beach at Cala Pi (which is closer) is ok - not the crystal clear waters we were hoping for but a pleasant place to spend some time. If you’re looking for relaxation, peace and quiet, I highly recommend this villa for your stay in Mallorca.

Eine traumhafte Villa in top Lage
Es hat alles gepasst. Das Haus befindet sich in erster Reihe zum Meer. Alles was benötigt wird, befindet sich im Haus. Von innen ist das Haus zwar teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das stört überhaupt nicht. Die Außenanlagen ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolles Haus mit Traumblick
In dem tollen Haus mit Traumblick kann man sofort den Alltag vergessen. Die sehr ruhige Lage ist fantastisch, erfordert aber auch ein Auto für Einkäufe oder Restaurantbesuche. Der Eigentümer kümmert sich selbst aus der Ferne per E-Mail proaktiv um das Wohl seiner Gäste.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fantastic villa with a beautiful view.
We stayed at the villa for 5 weeks. Me, my husband and our dogs. The villa was well equipped. Comfortable beds. We had visitors a long weekend and the villa was perfect for 6 adults. The neighborhood was quite and nearby fantastic scenery and trails for long walks along the coastline. A car is needed to get to grocery stores, shopping and restaurants, we were however prepared for this. The restaurants nearby were closed for the winter season. The villa had a glazed porch that we used a lot when it got a little chilly. We would love to return.

Schöne Finca in traumhafter Lage
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Rechts und links sind keine Nachbarn direkt angrenzend, dementsprechend ruhig ist es.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 15 Min. entfernt.
Das Haus ist super, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Badezimmer. Es fehlt an nichts. Der Vermieter und der Hausverwalter sind jederzeit erreichbar und reagieren sofort auf Anfragen oder Wünsche. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Access - easy. Address showed up easily on Waze and Google maps and we arrived in less than 30 minutes from the PMI airport. Palma is 30-40 minutes, Es Trenc beach is 20 minutes.
Communication - Peter met us at the house and showed us the basics. Klaus checked on us multiple times to ensure everything was fine. Peter again met us at the departure time. Communication was excellent.
House - the house was the perfect for 5 people. Three bedrooms upstairs with two single beds each. Each had on en-suite bathroom with shower and access to back balcony looking out on sea. First floor had great room with kitchen, dining area and living area. Two outdoors tables under upstairs balcony so shaded, one can be enclosed with folding glass panels/walls.
All appliances were in perfect working condition (fridge, stove, toaster, filter coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, AC, TV, etc).
Outdoor - view is amazing - house is situated on a cliff overlooking the sea with island of Cabrera right in front. Faces south so sun all day. Pool was perfect temp. Grill worked - but the day we decided to grill out was quite windy so hard to keep it lit. Six tumbonas/ chaise lounges. One word of advice: in summer there are mosquitos which come out like clockwork when the sun sets, so if they are attracted to you consider buying repellent. All windows upstairs had screens so you could sleep with sea breeze and not have to put on AC.
Neighborhood - very quiet neighborhood. At night and in morning only sound was the waves crashing and seagulls.
In Cala de Pi, there are two small markets with necessities, as well as a few restaurants. Town center and cala is a 45 min walk from the house but only 8 min in car. Note that the markets closed fairly early each night (7:30) so if you need more supplies or something later you may have to go to Sa Rápita or Llucmajor.
Overall the stay was absolutely wonderful.

tolles Haus mit mega Aussicht
zunächst bleibt einem beim Ausblick wirklich die Luft weg, superschön.
Im Haus selbst fehlt es an nichts einfach alles vorhanden, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad mit Balkon u Klimaanlage in allen Räumen.
Der Pool ist nicht einsehbar und schön groß.
Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können das Haus wärmstens empfehlen.
Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und erkundigt sich ob es an irgendetwas fehlt und ob man sich wohl fühlt.

Das Haus steht in bombastischer Lage mit absoluter Meersicht und sehr schönem, grossen Pool und Gartenanlage.
An windigen Tagen konnten wir im Wintergarten essen, ebenfalls mit Meersicht.
Es hat uns in diesem Haus an nichts gefehlt.
Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und nehmen die Ruhe und Bilder der Aussicht mit nach Hause.
Vielen Dank an die Fam. Fasselt und Herr Naumann alles verlief reibungslos und unkompliziert.

Toller Urlaub in 1 Reihe zu Meer
Wir waren als Familie zu 4 Ende Februar 2020 in der schönen Finca von Familie Fasselt . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön . Die vielen Sonnen auf-unter Gänge haben wir sehr genossen . Einfach mit einem schönen Glas Wein in der Hand, nur den Möwen und Meeresrauschen zu lauschen ist wunderschön und tut der Seele gut .Kein unmittelbarer Nachbar rechts wie Links dadurch war es noch schöner.Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Campos zu finden ,mit dem Auto ca 20 min. Prima ist auch der Wintergarten wenn es mal zu windig ist. Der Kontakt zum Hausverwalter Herr Naumann war sehr gut , wenn Fragen oder Probleme aufgetreten sind. Wir bedanken uns noch einmal bei der Familie Fasselt das wir bei Ihnen Gast sein durften und werden bestimmt wieder mal zu Ihnen kommen. Aussicht sehr schön und freier Standort super.
Wir fanden die Villa schön und sauber, die Aussicht sehr schön und freier Standort super.
Die Villa selbst muss Teils renoviert werden, Kochecke in der Küche und Alle Schlafzimmer haben sehr einfache schlechte Betten mit idem einfachen Decken und Laken.
Für diese Preisklasse kann man ein anständiges Bett erwarten und ordentliche Decken wenn die Bettdecken zu warm sind.
Alles in allem war dies die erste Enttäuschung in Bezug auf Komfort und Luxus seit mehr als 10 Jahren von Mietung von Villen, während dies auch noch eine der teuersten Villen für diesen Zeitraum war.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie hier etwas mit tun für die nächsten Mieter, nur eine schöne Aussicht ist nicht genug um ein Vila zu sein.

Wohlfühloase in Traumlage
Es sei gleich zu Beginn gesagt: unsere Familie hat sich rundum wohl gefühlt und wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.
Die Lage, der Blick und die Ruhe sind traumhaft. Hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Komfort sind wir nicht enttäuscht worden.
Allerdings braucht es dazu immer die richtigen Mitreisenden,
da man wissen muss, dass Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch Restaurants (bis auf wenige Ausnahmen) nicht fußläufig zu erreichen sind und man somit gut planen muss. Wir waren mit zwei Mitfahrzeugen unterwegs und hatten dadurch keine Einschränkungen zu bewältigen.
Hinweisen möchten wir darauf, dass die drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoß unterschiedlich groß sind und schöne, aber auch unterschiedliche/zweckmäßige Badezimmerausstattungen haben.
Der Service und die Unterstützung vor und während des Aufenthaltes verdient unser volles Lob.

This marvelous home has all the ingredients for a superb vacation. Amazing Mediterranean location. Pool is excellent. Home is really very very lovely. Very comfortable outdoor dining and patio areas. Just back from a wonderful two week stay. The pictures accurately reflect the villa, and in the flesh, the villa is just wonderful with the view being simply stunning. It’s very relaxing watching the yachts go by!!!
If you want a relaxing break away from the hubbub of life, this villa is perfect. No neighbours and no noise! I’m fact I think my children were the only noise!
The little village of Cala Pi has super restaurants that satisfied our needs in the evening, only a short 5 minute drive.
You do need a car here, and this enables you to whizz about the southern part of the island with ease. The roads are great, and no traffic!
There are some nice beaches that you need to drive to, although we were happy with the pool.
The villa is air conditioned which is lovey at night.
I loved the fact there were a range of serving dishes in the kitchen and lots of pots and pans - home from home!
I also liked the fact that other guests had left their herbs, oils etc and there were dishwasher tablets, cling film etc. Makes getting in with life in the villa easier.
Good quality appliances.

Einfach Entspannung pur
Ruhig gelegene Finca mit traumhaften Blick. Super ausgestattet, sehr gepflegt.
Es muss einem nur bewusst sein, dass man nicht mal eben fußläufig „im Leben“ ist. Wir waren schon auf das Auto angewiesen. 20 Minuten zur nächsten „größeren“ Stadt. Bucht von Cala Pi kann man mit Auto oder Fahrrad erreichen. Etwa 4km. Aber dafür hat man die Ruhe pur, hört die Wellen, keine direkten Nachbarn und dafür fahren wir gerne einige Minuten länger. Küche ist super ausgestattet und die Aufteilung der Finca war für uns perfekt. Uns hat es super gefallen. Danke!

Tolle Finka mit tollen Ausblick
Ein wunderschönes Haus ,sehr geräumig ,eine tolle Aussicht auf das tolle Meer .
Auch von der Unterhaltungselektronik waren wir sehr begeistert und fühlten und gleich sehr heimisch .
Das Meer direkt vor der Finka war schon sehr beeindruckend .
Vielen Dank für den tollen Urlaub und für uns alle war das beste der Pool .
Leider war das Spielzeug für den Pool nicht mehr ganz so heile ,da sollte man sich dann etwas mitnehmen .

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub
Wie beschrieben ist die Villa ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Pool und auch der Grillplatz haben uns gleichermaßen gut gefallen. Entspannung pur. Der Wintergarten ist sehr schön in das Objekt integriert. Wenn es mal etwas kühler oder windig ist eine super Sache. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Wir waren mit 6 Personen und hatten allesamt ausreichend Platz. Im Haus und auch außerhalb. Ein gutes Restaurant ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Fazit: Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.

Grandioser Ausblick und viel Ruhe
Tolles Haus mit einer tollen Lage direkt am Meer.
Durch diese besondere Lage musste das Einkaufen immer sehr gut geplant werden.
Das eingezäunte Grundstück zeigte sich in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Besonders der neue "Wintergarten" war sehr praktisch, da wir sehr oft einen kalten Wind hatten.
Die Übergabe durch den Verwalter als auch die Abreise verliefen ohne Probleme.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Urlaub erleben dürfen. Entspannung pur und einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer. Das Haus, mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet, bietet alles was für ein überaus wohnliches Ambiente. Dank des Wintergartens, der wohl neu erbaut wurde, konnten wir bei abkühlendem Abendwetter noch lange draußen sitzen.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne und erholsame Woche in der Villa Fasselt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Lage des Hauses und des traumhaften Ausblickes. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an "angekommen". Definitiv war das nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt in der Villa Fasselt.

Schon zum zweiten Mal konnten wir herrliche Urlaubstage in der Villa Fasselt genießen und waren auch während dieses Aufenthaltes begeistert von der einmaligen Lage des Hauses und der guten Ausstattung.
Besonders erfreut waren wir über den neuen "Wintergarten", der es auch bei kühleren Temperaturen erlaubt auf der schönen Terrasse den Ausblick auf das Meer und die Insel Cabrera zu genießen.

Wenn ich an unseren 6 ten Aufenthalt in der Villa Fasselt denke , fallen mir Worte wie Erholung, fantastischer Meerblick,Ruhe, Tiefenentspannung, Harmonie und vieles mehr in einer wunderschönen, gepflegten Umgebung ein. Es ist fast schon wie ein "nach Hause kommen", man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an pudelwohl und möchte am liebsten gar nicht mehr weg. Wir freuen uns sehr, dass wir auch im nächsten Jahr wieder kommen dürfen.

Villa with amazing view
The villa is situated on a very quiet estate, car is essential as it’s quite a distance to decent supermarket, the nearest supermarket is tiny and very pricey, so would need to go to Llucmajor which is few miles away or Palma which we absolutely love which is 30/40 mins away. The villa itself is immaculately clean, a lot of effort has been made with the downstairs, loved the layout of the downstairs and the sea view/pool is fantastic. The upstairs is a lot more dated and although very clean could do with new furniture and certainly new ceilings in two of the bathrooms and would benefit from Fresh new bed linen and towels. The aircon is controlled throughout the upstairs from the main bedroom and has to be turned off at night as it’s so noisy in bedroom 2. Having said this, if you want relaxation the villa is set pretty much on its own and it’s very quiet and tranquil which was perfect for us as we would be there up until 3pm when we would then go into Palma for the afternoon evening. Having stayed In many villas this was not the most luxurious (upstairs) but had an amazing view and great outside space. We had a lot of fun, and after fixing a couple of punctures on the bikes we found in the garage, we rode them daily to get the bread rolls for lunch, also loved the speakers in the downstairs of the villa of which we could play our music through our phones. Owner was very accommodating and would answer emails very quickly. All in all we had a great holiday!
