Nestled in Fažana, this lovely villa for £424 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. new villa in June 2016 opened - This beautiful, attractive and luxurious villa Sonja was decorated with attention to detail and care, so it really invites you to dream. It is a detached villa with a large private pool of 50 m² and a beautiful garden of 1500 m² with roses, olive trees, palm trees and many plants. The villa consists of two separate floors, which are rented together. The first floor has a private entrance and consists of a large double bedroom, a living room with sea view, large kitchen, bathroom with shower and terrace. Everything is equipped with new high quality Italian furniture and leather sofas. The large ground floor has two entrances and consists of entrance hall, large kitchen overlooking the pool, 2 beautiful furnished double rooms (one with sea view), a single room, 3 bathrooms, one with bath, the other with shower and the third large with shower and bath combined. There is a large dining table in the dining room, lodge with dining table, huge living room with leather sofas and fireplace and a new gallery with two single beds. From the living room exit to a very large terrace with a nice relaxation room with sea views. The ground floor is connected by a staircase in the tavern with a large fireplace in the basement. There is also a large room with table tennis, pool table (8ft), gym with dartboard and a nice bathroom with large shower. Behind the villa is a large private pool 5x10 m with a covered summer kitchen with terrace and a very large table to eat all together and enjoy. There is also an external solar shower and a separate toilet. On the property there is enough space for 4 cars. 6 bicycles are available to our guests. Arrive and enjoy! The location of the villa is just perfect. In a quiet location overlooking the sea and the Brijuni National Park. Just 400 meters from the beach and just a short walk from the city center. The nearest restaurant is only 100 meters away. Upon arrival, guests must pay the security deposit of 500 euros in cash. The deposit will be returned to guests after check-out if the property is in order.

Spent a week here in June 2018. The house is very nice equipped with all you need. Ivan and family was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions. The outdoor kithcen including grill and pool area is very nice. we enjoyed most of our meals there. There is also a nice garden where children can play. The villa is 5 -7 minutes walk from Fazana, a nice little fishervillage with direct ferry to Brijuni. We can gladly recommend this villa :)

We had such a lovely week. The villa is fantastic, Ivan and his family had thought of everything and thoroughly spoilt us. All as described and more. The beach and town are lovely with lots of lovely places to eat and just a short walk or even shorter bike ride. It was great to have bikes provided at the villa. Lots of different boat trips to the Islands available and Ivan on hand with loads of information. Or you can just lie by the pool which is lovely. Great water sports at the beach, we particularly enjoyed the parasailing! Great fun having the Table Tennis at the villa, added extra to keep teenagers entertained. We hope to come again but will stay a bit longer next time. Thank you Ivan, Sylvia and Vlada
