About this farm stay rental
This is a truly unique and beautifully finished historic farmhouse that is comfortable and charming. You can walk to the supermarket, restaurants, antique shops, LIRR train, and all that Southold town has to offer. You are minutes from Founder's Beach and, of course, numerous wineries!! Greenport and Cutchogue are a five minute drive. The house has a beautiful front porch to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, and the large backyard has a spacious deck with furniture, gas grill, and chaise lounges. We provide bikes for you to enjoy as well as some yard games. This is really a fantastic location to enjoy the North Fork!!!

We walked twice to Horton lighthouse park, explored the 100 plus stairs to the beautiful beach, walked to buy groceries. In addition, there was Apple picking available, wineries, antiques, galleries and nearby shops, eateries and scenic views which all of us enjoyed. The house was meticulously decorated and appointed- an absolute gem!

Our sisters getaway was just perfect! The house is so clean and cozy. It was equipped with everything we needed to feel just like home. So convenient to amazing wineries and unique shops! I can’t wait to get back there! It’s was so perfect! And the beds were comfy too!

I came with several good friends to enjoy a weekend away, in the beauty and charm of the North Fork. We cooked good food, tasted delicious wines, and just relaxed! This house was absolutely perfect for our needs. We can via train and Jitney from the city and the house was very conveniently located within short walking distance of both. It was also very close to the grocery store and lots of shopping. Since we did not have a car, this helped tremendously!
The house was very comfortable and also lovely. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the living room was spacious enough for us to all watch tv together in the evenings. The outside patio was perfect for outdoor meals.
We loved staying here and can't wait to come back next year!

Perfect location for a fall getaway
The house was in a perfect location - walking distance to town, shopping, restaurants and wineries. We loved the character of the house and it had everything we needed for a long weekend. Plenty of room for multiple families! Check in and out was a breeze and everything was as expected. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Great getaway for our annual sisters’ weekend!
I and my 3 adult sisters enjoyed a fabulous weekend here! What a quaint, comfortable, neat and clean, perfectly located home. We toured wine country, ambled the smooth stone beach at the base of Horton Point Lighthouse and enjoyed the easy walk to downtown- don’t miss the pizza from Michaelangelo’s or the great menu at Founders Tavern. The house is superbly decorated, ultra clean and has fluffy towels and great beds and sheets (this is important!) the deck and private yard make the whole stay complete. Thank you!

Wonderful home away from home!
This was a wonderful place to vacation for our extended family. Many great spaces where we could congregate or have our own space, very well equipped kitchen, great yard to play in, and located close to great beaches and restaurants. The owner responded to many questions we had patiently and promptly. I would happily recommend this to anyone wanting to visit the North Fork!

Great Spot
We loved this house for a short family vacation. Great backyard to play in, lots of lawn games and toys and a great deck for dining outdoors. Easy walk to grocery store or coffee shop and 2 minute drive to nice little beach.

Perfect house and location for your North Fork get away
This has been our 10th house rental out on the North Fork and the best on all accounts. Location, interior, exterior. There is nothing negative about this. I recommend it for familiy and friend get always. Enjoy!
