Loved this condo! Very cute decor and everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need for simple meals. It was great to have the beach cart and chairs. Super close to the beach and lots of amenities at the resort. Large pool and pool side restaurant were amazing! Will definitely rent at HHB&T again.

Location was good. Pool was nice. Room was not up to our standards: very small for a family of 5 (children ages 7,5,4), no batteries in the living room remote, not enough towels for our 5 day stay or toilet paper. Overall our stay was okay but not a place we would stay at again.

This was a very nice condo that was so cutely decorated! The kitchen had everything we needed for basic meals. Beds were very comfortable. The condo is only steps to the beach. We will definitely revisit HHB&T and this condo.

Perfect for two! It is a very tight space. It was only my boyfriend & I and we couldn’t imagine 6 people fitting comfortably. Having a place to stay on the beach was everything we were looking for! Less than 10-15 minutes from any restaurants on the island! Enjoyed our stay!!

HHB&T is our go-to resort. The parking pass process was simple as was the check in procedures. Condo was clean and the setting was as detailed. Great stay for our birthday weekend!

Great little spot!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this great little condo. It had everything we needed for the four of us! A short walk to the beach, and short walk/drive to everything you’d ever need.

Fabulous Stay! Impeccable Convenient Location and Incredibly Clean
We love visiting Hilton Head and this trip was no exception! We were anything but disappointed in our stay in this beautifully decorated and clean condo! The location is absolutely impeccable! The owners have done a fabulous job at anticipating the guest needs by supplying specific items for our stay! We were very pleased and look forward to visiting again!

Overall, our stay was great. The property was nicely decorated but the rugs could have been vacuumed and cleaned. The kitchenette was well stocked for what we needed over the 3 day weekend. Plenty of towels and blankets too. We would definitely stay at the property again!

This unit is exactly as pictured and is the perfect size for a family of four. It’s an easy walk to the beach and pool and Jamaica Joe’s is great for drinks and bar food. Only issue was floors weren’t vacuumed and cleaned to my liking but they have a vacuum and I brought wipes to clean up floors. Will definitely rent this unit again.

Cute and cozy it was just what we were looking for with our 2 kids. Mattresses could have been more comfy and more towels provided, but overall a good spot. The bunk beds seem to be more for kids 8 and under. Love the colors of the place and enjoyed our stay. Very close walk to the beach.

It had everything we needed to cook in and it was comfy and cozy! Also the resort itself was great with the pool and tennis court. All the activities were so fun! We really enjoyed our stay and cant wait to come back next year!!!!

This was our first time going to Hilton Head and we were nervous and didnt k ow what to expect, and I was so so happy with our 24/7 contact jeff Markle fron the beginning and then going into the condo was amazing it looked exactly like the pictures and was in an amazing location and we could see the ocean from our balcony! It had everything we needed to cook in and it was comfy and cozy! Also the resort itself was great with the pool and tennis court. All the activities were so fun! Enjoyed our stay
The condo was nice and cozy. The only issue we had was we could hear everything from other neighbors across the hall because the walls are very thin. The condo was tucked away in a strange part of the complex. When trying to sleep at night a lot of light came into the room from the outside hallway lights. Other than that the condo was beautiful and had everything we needed and was very close walking distance to the beach and pool.

Lovely place for our vacation!
We really loved this rental property. It was nice and clean and loved having the wagon with umbrella and chair, they were great additions! The only thing that could improve are hooks! Hooks for towels to dry out on the deck and in the bathroom. The ones on the backs of the door were not usable. Great place!

Family friendly
Our favorite part of this stay was the pool. The resort is dated, but our unit was tastefully updated. There are some small details that should be addressed, such as the bright light from the hallway coming into the bedroom. Also, several of the fixtures in the bathroom were not up to par. The towel rack was hanging off the wall when we got there, the water faucet came off several times In the shower, and the toilet is practically on the ground. The rest of the unit is really nice. Kitchen is perfectly suited for making quick meals to take with you to the beach or pool. Unit is also a shorter walk than most to the pool and private beach. The bunk beds in the hallway are kind of genius. Our daughter loved her little cove up there in the top bunk.
The people who run the resort are a bit nit-picky about things, and that can be annoying but I’m sure if you’re not used to a private house it’s no different than other places.
We really enjoyed our time here.

Great condo but... stay was not pleasant.
Beautiful condo with great amenities. Close stroll to the beach. Equipped with everything you need, including a nice umbrella and wagon. Early check in was able to be accommodated so that was helpful. The sheets were like heavy starch and uncomfortable, could definitely use some softener. Could also use some blackout curtains in the bedroom due to the hallway light being so bright and shining in all night. Those are small things that can be easily fixed. A few major issues: on our first night at midnight, the smoke detector started chirping loudly every 30 seconds or so. We weren’t sure exactly what to do since we don’t own the condo, so we called the guest contact given with check in instructions (it said to call that number for emergencies as well). No one answered so we called another “emergency” number given which also went to VM. We never received a call back after leaving several messages on both voicemails, sending an email to guest contact and sending a text to guest contact. We did not sleep all night due to the chirping. We called the guest contact again the next morning (yes we had to call them again) and someone finally came out and changed the battery around 10am. He was extremely nice and assured us this would do the trick. Well, it started beeping even longer beeps and every minute around 5pm that day. We called back again, left several messages and never got a call back for the remaining 2 days we were there. We ended up unplugging it in order to get a little peace. I can’t fault the owners but the property mgmt company is unresponsive and obviously doesn’t care about the guests staying there. What if the toilet was overflowing or there was a sink leaking? No response could have been very very bad. We were 5 moms on a weekend getaway wanting relaxation but instead we went home more exhausted from no sleep. Great condo but pretty poor experience overall due to the issues being unresolved and spending a large amount of time calling the guest contact over and over.

Beautiful condo and view, very clean. Please let the owners know that maintenance does need to change their filter ASAP for the A/C. Everything was wonderful! Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. We will be back.

Weekend getaway
The condo was clean, smelled great, decorated beautifully, and had everything needed for a great trip! The chairs and beach wagon were a wonderful addition! The only complaint I could have is the bed was extremely firm! Overall very satusfied!
