A cozy dining area, living room with TV, stereo. The partitioned alcove with wardrobe, shower room and toilet complete the beautiful atmosphere for relaxing hours. Wi-Fi access is provided free of charge. The apartment is newly renovated in a typical old townhouse Lindauer and modern furnishings. A seating area with table and chairs for outdoor use is on the alley. Long term bookings are possible from November to April (price on request). For the large parking lots P3 and P5 we can provide you with a parking permit card for 2,80 Euro per day (instead of 7 Euro at the parking machine). Please specify when booking. Dogs allowed on request (fee 50 Euro). Final cleaning, bed linen and 1 set of towels per person are included. The tourist tax is calculated separately and paid to the community. With us you can arrive and depart 7 days a week. Due to the existing key safe even a late arrival is easily possible. Only two minutes walk to the popular lakeside promenade or the seaside resort.
