This property is very unique with a great history. Paul met us at check in and gave us a tour and a little history. He was very prompt in answering any questions and enjoyable to work with. The location couldn’t be better if you’re looking for a place to walk, shop and dine without using your car in the heart of downtown Petoskey. The home was very clean, everything was in good working condition. The place is huge! It was just the two of us, but what a great place for families with children. Some of the bedrooms were actually message rooms (this place used to be a gym), so if you love a dark bedroom that’s super quiet you’re in luck! The only downside, which we knew going in, is that there is no outdoor space. However, walk downstairs and you have the entire city is at your disposal!!!

Unique and clean place. Able to walk to everything downtown and enjoy the city. Would definitely come back again!

We love visiting Petoskey and really enjoy staying at The Loft. The concept is fun, very clean, walking distance to everything and Paul is easy to deal with. We even had great weather this trip. Try it out. I am sure you will enjoy it.

We are back for our second summer. We love this rental for our family. Location is great. Such an open space for our kids, and I love having the extra toilets/showers. I can shower all three kids at the same time. Paul and Angela are great hosts- so wonderful and attentive. We will be back.

The owner, Paul greeted us when we arrived, showed us around and was available throughout our stay if needed (which we didn't need anything but it was nice to know he was around if needed). He also was so easy to communicate with prior to our arrival and very responsive. We would love to stay there again and would 100% recommend!

This is one of the most unique properties ever. An old gym converted into a condo/loft. It was sparkling clean, well equipped, and we had plenty of space. Beds were comfy and Petosky is a fun place to visit. I would definitely book here again when traveling "up north"

Overall great experience! Better than in the pictures. Better view of the bay and plenty of spacious room.

It was the perfect location for our family. It was an easy short walk with our little ones to the park, the river walk, the marina. We liked having the kitchen to cook our picky children easy meals, and then It was a 3-5 minute walk for great carry out for the adults. After dinner, we were just a minute from the ice cream and candy store for a sweet. It was so convenient. We rarely used our car except to go to Petoskey State Park for the beach, which is a short drive. The property is unique as it was previously a gym, and it was so nice to have the extra showers and toilets especially after coming home from the beach- you can just throw everyone in at the same time. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view of the sunset each night was spectacular. The owner was so nice and helpful when I had questions after check in. We will be back!

Very unique loft style condo in the heart of Petoskey’s downtown. Very spacious and contemporary. Very Clean!!! Situated within walking distance of the water, shopping and restaurants. Paul and Angela met us at the door to give us a tour, answer questions and give recommendations. They also checked in with us after our first night to see if we needed anything additional. We didn’t - because they so thoughtfully had many items there (coffee / creamer/ toiletries etc). Not only do we recommend Paul and Angela’s loft, we hope to stay again!

This was a very large apartment with room to host a big family or multiple couples with plenty of room to spread out. Easy parking, and the owner was great!

This property is downtown, in the center of the restaurants and shopping district. The unit is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need - coffee, paper towels, TP, shampoo, linen. No need to go shopping for basics, like every rental in the outer banks. The unit is spotless and modern with updated appliances. It also has huge common areas and bathrooms. It is an unusual space ( former health club) sort of like an urban loft. The owner, Paul is responsive and available and cares greatly that your stay is enjoyable. This is a great space if you are vacationing with several children.
