I would go again

Location was on the middle of all. Old town 15min walk. Shopping center 15min drive. Contact person waited on the door. If we go again I will choose that again.

Handy man who did apartment renovation could been more perfectionist. :) but everything works.

Bib apartment in the center of Riga

Location, location, location. Two bedrooms + living room/kitchen is perfect for families. Everything you need to prepare a breakfast or have a small evenig snack. There are even some basic stuff such as salt, pepper, oil etc in the kitchen.

Very expencive parking. There are public parking zones or parking houses nearby, but with rate 2-3 €/h. A bit worn out kitchen (only 3 plates, 4 forks, 2 knives; frying pan really worn out).

get these smqll things like shampoo, but there is a shop in the vicinity, so that is not a problem at all.

Passable

The keys were not at the place mentioned in instructions and at first hosts told that we mixed something up. When finally the hosts opened the doors of apartment there were belongins of other guests... Another flat was found for us, but without the elevator which made bringing all the belongins quite hard. :( They need to use different chemicals for the cleaning - the smell was too strong.

We liked it!

Perfect location! We've rented 2 bd apartment, so we have 3 isolated bid sized rooms! 2 toilet rooms. This is not often offer. Clean, comfortable, very good. Perfect view. We like all! For everyone: better to park in nearest Europarking, in right side of the building: 2 EU night + 6 EU day. Look it on Europarking app and pay in app for this price. Pay in cash will more expensive.

Not dishwasher machine. But this is not great confuse. Loud from street. Whom how.

I’m really appreciate that staff was very kind to let us do check in earlier than it should be.

Good

A friendly and operational host. A building with a beautiful architecture in the Riga centre. Comfortable clean beds, a large refrigerator and a good kitchen stove with a baking oven, near a parking garage.

The dishes, the pans were unwashed, and the forks and knives were unconventional. The wine glasses were completely absent. Damp cleaning equipment could be kept in the hall's help room.

Will choose this place for my second stay in Riga!

Perfect apartment almost in the city center. Two separate bedrooms makes your stay even more comfortable. Totally recommend!

If we skip broken furniture and missing microwave? Everything is nice for that price, location, beddings are nice and soft, house plan, it's comfy and most important you have a lot of space.

One of four stools was broken and some of them pretty wobbly. Toilet seat was also pretty loose and big thumbs down for not having a microwave, they've got oven but warming up like 2 kW oven just to reheat your food is a bit funny though. And also if it's your first time renting something next to the main street in city center, you better consider one that has AC, for summer time at least, because in the morning you'll be woken up by cars, police, ambulance and maybe even fire engine.(that's not a con of this exact property, but an advice for light sleepers) P.S. I don't think they've mentioned that you can pay cash only. But I'm not sure. It's just that I didn't see it written anywhere.

Very good

Clean rooms. Towels. Kitchen is fully equipped. No heard any neighbours. City centre is 5mins away, very comfortable

Very noisy. Church rings bells at morning. A lot of bikers who make street noisy. Sometimes apartament floor starts to vibrate.
