Located in Bilinga, this attractive condo for £86 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Summary: This beautifully appointed two bedroom apartment is right on Bilinga Beach - no roads to cross. The living area leads onto the large sweeping balcony, where you can then step on to the sand directly from the complex and enjoy the day without moving very far from your unit. To add to the wonderful features, Casa Del Rey also has a pool. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and the internal laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. You'll find a spa bath and separate shower in the main bathroom. The main bedroom has a queen bed plus ensuite and walk in robe, and the second bedroom has two single beds. There is secured parking in the basement for one car. The property offers WIFI. This unit is located just a short distance to local shops and restaurants with public transport within walking distance. **For Bookings made from Jul 18, 2023 only: Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property. There is a huge construction site next door so okay on weekends but the pile driver started early Monday morning

Absolutely Amazing
This place is absolutely amazing the views the home is fabulous inside and out. We are a couple came here to relax we certainly did relax here all the time. Just to see and listen to the beach is wonderful. Relaxing in the spa was also great. We will be back next September.

Step outside to the Beautiful Beach
We really enjoy stopping at this unit, it is very clean & comfortable - step outside and you are on the beautiful beach for a swim or walk. Very close to shops and very accessible to public transport.

Very comfortable, stunning views
We felt very comfortable, especially we enjoy the main room with complete kitchen inventory and the spacious veranda with direct access to the sea with stunning views.

Great for the kids
I'm writing this review sitting on the terrace of Unit 1, Casa Del Rey. It's a beautiful morning and the sun is glinting on the sea. To the north I can see the high rises of Surfers Paradise. To the south I can see Coolangatta. Casa Del Rey is on a long stretch of beach in a far less developed area.
I took an early morning walk this morning about 15 minutes along the beach to the shops at Tugun for bread and coffee. After breakfast on the terrace my daughters have taken their buckets and spades down the steps and are playing on the beach. We keep a close eye on them from the terrace. The terrace is fully fenced and a gate would keep littlies contained. Bring dinkies and scooters for some fun outside.
We also keep an eye out for the whales heading south for the summer. We've seen some breaching and tail slapping. Bring your binoculars if you're here during the whale migration seasons. The terrace has a north-east aspect with enough protection from the south from the cooler southerly winds.
There is the occasional noise of aircraft taking off and landing from the airport close by, however we aren't under the flight path at all so it doesn't concern us too much.
The kitchen is well stocked with crockery, cutlery, utensils and cooking equipment. Maybe I'm old fashioned, but I would have appreciated the addition of a coffee plunger.
The rest of the apartment is well maintained and comfortable. Having small children, we made good use of the washing machine. There is a dryer, but the outside clothes line was more than enough for us.
We've thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Unit 1, Casa Del Rey and would happily come back again.
LJ Hooker, Currumbin, were a pleasure to deal with. We needed to pick up our keys out of hours and it was no problem at all. They provided simple, clear instructions for the after hours key pick up, and provided a little care package of local visitor information, milk, tea, coffee, sugar and the all-important toilet paper, with our key.
