We enjoyed 5 perfect days! Great views, excellent food, golf, and fishing made for the best time with friends! We can’t wait to go back!

The outdoor space was great! The houae inside was good. Beds could use a mattress topper for the larger beds. Very clean. Only issue was security cameras inside in the general area and pool and hot tub. Felt creepy when they were on. Made this known to the owner when we left and he claims there was no recording nor are they monitored. Not sure why they were turned on during our stay if no one is watching nor recording. Thisade our stay very uncomfortable and would have complained earlier but there were no available places to stay in Marco!

It is one of those places that are better than what you saw in the photos. Luciano and Paula have their house in excellent condition and full of details that make it spectacular. Very well located, and a super comfortable dock if you have a boat. We went with our children and grandchildren and we spent some unforgettable days. excellent hosts

If I could give each area 10 stars I would. This home is absolutely beautiful. The location was great it has more than plenty of room and anything you could possibly need. The location was good close to everything that we wanted to do. The view overlooking the pool and the water was fantastic. Communication with the host was excellent. This is a must stay home and I hope to be back soon

Absolutely love this house. You won’t be disappointed. Great setup. Boat ramp close by, waterway great for water sports. Lots of fun family games provided. Publix 5 min away. Definitely want to book again.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay. Most of our time on Marco Island was spent at the house. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature and the view was beautiful. We enjoyed watching the sunrise every morning. The house is spacious and within walking distance to restaurants. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Neat,clean well appointed home with lots of conveniences. Great property located close to all the attractions on Marco Island, pool was great for our 6 y/o, home was neat and clean and check in was a breeze. I never had to contact the manager with any questions or concerns about the property which was a nice change for me. House gets sun in the pool area until around 4 so by then you want some shade and view from lanai is also nice That being said it is a great property to spend some time at!

We had a great time at this house. The views were stunning and we were able to see dolphins, manatees and other wildlife. The adults and kids both enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would definitely stay here again,

We rented this property for 2 months and totally enjoyed our stay. Everything about the house is lovely. We have a boat and the access to the water was perfect. The heated pool and spa were a treat, enjoyed by our granddaughters. The homeowner responded quickly to a small need. Consider it for you next trip to Marco Island.

We really loved the home and location. The only problem we encountered was that we chose the home based on the heated pool + hot tub, but despite following the instructions, we could not use the pool until the last day (once the heat returned). Other than that, we really enjoyed it and would return (especially now that we know the quirks of the system).

Great location. The house was very nice and it is close to shopping area. We rented a boat and used the dock which made for many nice day trips on the water to visit the various beaches in the area. We would stay here again for sure.

This was a perfect spot for me and the family. The location is great and the dock was amazing place to have a glass of wine and relax.

This home is gorgeous, situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. We arrived with friends and check in was easy with the lock box. Upon arrival we had picked up pizza and after eating, we noticed the home to feel warm. When we assessed the thermostat we found it wasn't working properly. We immediately contacted the owner and he was responsive and acted quickly to get it fixed. It was late when we arrived and didn't notice the a/c not working until 7:45pm and the owner had the company out at 8 am the next day to get it up and running. We were so thankful! He was amazing! The pool, hot tub and view from the back was relaxing and where we spent most of our time. We frequent Marco Island and have family on the south part of the island. This was our first time staying in the Northern end and it was different. Further away from shops and Marco Walk but just a quick drive. It was close to groceries and a short walk to Starbucks which was nice in the mornings! This listing definitely didn't disappoint and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The owner was the best!

Pleasant and easy.

Owner is great. He replied to questions immediately. The house is meticulously clean. The lanai is huge, nicely furnished and has a beautiful view of the canals. Lots of pool toys for the kids. Comfortable bed and great shower in master suite. Loved the high quality, giant sided TV in the den. Large dock with chairs and lounger for fishing and sun bathing. Quiet location at the end of a cul de sac. There are several burrowing owl nests in the neighborhood - always fun to watch them.
