About this house rental
This 4BR/3BA contemporary cape-style house, built in 2000, is located on almost an acre in a quiet residential neighborhood on the bayside. A short walk will take you to a path and overlook area with views of Chipman's Cove and Wellfleet Harbor. On the FIRST FLOOR an open floor plan - kitchen, dining, and living areas, a 3 season porch with access to a pleasant deck (two sides open with screens) as well as one bedroom with a queen-sized bed and bath. There is also a half bath with the washer/dryer on this floor. There are 3 more bedrooms on the SECOND FLOOR one with a King bed, one with a queen and a twin and one with 2 extra Long twins. There also is plenty of parking. It is less than a mile to the beaches at Indian Neck and about 5-10 minutes to Wellfleet Center, the ponds, and the ocean beaches. There has been an AC added on the main floor and one on the 2nd floor for comfort on hot days. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver insurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package is available at additional cost upon request. This is a SUNDAY -SUNDAY rental

Great home, not so great management!
Rating Details:
The property manager was somewhat unhelpful.
The vacation rental was somewhat dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, surrounded by nice garden and pine trees. Located close to beach, town, restaurants. It is nicely furnished, kitchen has everything general we had very good time there.
We were unpleasantly surprised with the cleanliness of the house. When we arrived the house didn't look professionally cleaned. Garbage bin in the kitchen had a strong disgusting smell, which made me start my vacation washing it with soap. Microwave panel had collected over time grease spots, all the toilets were dirty! Just disgusting. The house needs deep cleaning. (I can provide pictures). At the same time the guests are required to do more than usually cleaning at check out.
Another problem was that we were not warned by the management that the parking sticker for town beaches are not provided, and we have to get it ourselves. We got them only on the 3rd day of our stay. I wish they would told us so we can get them online.

Beautiful and wellthought out open floor plan..great bedrooms and good bathrooms. Perfect for a large or extended family vacationing together. We made lunches and packed for beaches and ponds daily and rotated making dinners. Great to be together and have space to feel god and comfortable.kitchen was well stocked with everything to cook as much as you like. I will stay in the house again. Everyone love it.
