We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. We are using it regularly, we take good care of it, for you and us to really enjoy. We decorated the Adventure around the World Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one. Of course, you will find flat screen UHD 4kK and HD TV’s, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada. The villa offers a South facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture. If you are looking for an incredible value, a super well equipped villa, fully renovated, in a prime, Disney / Golf / Shopping location that will accommodate, up to 7 guests, stop looking, you just found it !! *Further details down listing* Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together. There are 3 bedrooms; the pirate and princess room will accommodate 3 young adventurers, the Harry Potter room is equipped with a queen size bed and finally the jungle bedroom has a king size bed. There are 2 full bathrooms, with one ensuite to the jungle room. The villa offer a south facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days. Our garage has been converted to a game room with a 7 foot pool table, air hockey and foostable in a nice Cars theme decor! You will enjoy!!! Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Indian Ridge Oaks , which has its own children’s playground, community swimming pool and tennis court. We are located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate. Overall a wonderful place to stay and recharge after the long days at Disney. There is plenty to keep the kids entertained with the game room, pool and even a park down the street. Very thankful for this property as it provided the ideal space for our family with 4 kiddos.

We LOVED our stay here! Our group included me and my husband, our three year old daughter, and my mom, and the space worked perfectly. The house was clean, the neighborhood was quiet, and we were close to the Disney parks we visited. The house was very family friendly and spacious. The little Disney touches were great, too!

We had a wonderful 3 weeks staying in this amazing house. Contact with the hosts was easy and nothing was too much trouble. Each room was beautifully themed. It was extremely clean and filled with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The pool was perfect and heated to a lovely warm temperature. We were only a short drive away from the shops, restaurants and attractions. We were so pleased we'd chosen to stay here and would definitely stay again!

I booked a one-week stay for 8 people in my group and we had a fantastic time. The location was convenient for many locations such as gas stations, Walmart Super Store, restaurants, bakeries, Magic Kingdom Park, etc. The house was just as we expected and much more. Extremely comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. We had everything but the most amazing and enjoyable space is the pool area along with their bed mattress. The mattress was amazing!
The kids enjoyed every space of this house and the grown-ups also liked the fact that we were able to enjoy cooking, we used the grill, and enjoyed relaxing in the pool. The house had everything we needed to make our vacation an amazing memorable time in Florida. We loved the quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be booking another stayed at this house.

Everything was just like in the pictures, and it was around 15 min to Disney, Walmart was about 5 min from the property, pool was nice, patio was perfect too with a new grill, I wish I had more time for us to had spend at the property, but our days at Disney were already scheduled. We still came back home a few times and got in the pool, I will suggest to still pay for the heat at pool because it rained every day in June and it cools off the weather, so the water was a bit cold for me but my daughter was fine, she didn’t care. We planned to go to the beach on our last day and everything you need was there, from cooler, beach umbrella, beach chairs everything. We love it and highly recommend this, I cook in the mornings before we head to Disney and we save a lot of money doing that, the owner was ready for any questions but truy everything was well explained.

Took my daughter to Universal Studios for her graduation present and we chose this lovely home to stay in for a week. It was perfect for our family of five. It was beautifully decorated and very clean. The pool was wonderful and it was screened in which was really nice. House was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this property.

We loved everything about this house! It was close to everything but in a nice quiet neighborhood! The owners are extremely responsive to any and all questions. Especially when your youngest locks the bathroom door and we couldn’t find the key the night before we left. We can’t wait to come back!

Would definitely love to come back. Location, space for everyone, toys and game space was a plus and that pool/area was perfect. We would have loved to stay some more time to enjoy the house a bit more… the kitchen was stocked nicely. Great experience!

Close to Disney, house is cute and well kept with adorable decorations young kids will enjoy. Neighborhood is safe and quiet, and house has safety bars in sliding glass and an alarm you can set for those who appreciate extra safety measures when traveling somewhere new. Bring your own shampoo etc as there aren’t those amenities. Accommodating hosts. Perfect Homebase for family adventures!

My family, including two younger children LOVED everything about this house. It was very clean, it felt very comfortable, it is decorated wonderfully and had all the amenities of home. The pool was perfect, we added heat since we visited in February and it was soooo warm. The game room was really fun.
It had multiple strollers, and even though my kids are old enough not to need one, we took one with us everyday to hold our cooler for drinks and snacks, super helpful! The house is located in a little development (not gated) really close to a strip where you can literally do everything. There are tons of stores for shopping, every restaurant and fast food place you could want, tons of conveniance stores etc. There's a 24/7 Walmart we went to our first night for food to stock the house, but avoided it after that because it was so crazy busy. There is a Publix grocery store down the road that we went to after our first night for food, subs, meals etc. The neighborhood was really quiet, we hardly ever saw anyone at all. The house is SUPER close to the Disney parks, Magic Kingdom was the furthest at about 15 mins, the rest were 8-10 mins.
We had to call Lucie (the owner) the night we arrived (unfortunately later than anticipated due to delayed flights) at 11pm because the code didn't work.
She answered right away and helped us get in, she even followed up with us the next morning to make sure everything was still okay. She was so nice and helpful, we felt so comforted knowing that if we had an issue she would be available, though we had no issues after that. The code complication was likely due to a wifi glitch, outside of her control.
My kids didn't want to leave and told us that anytime we go to Florida we HAVE to stay here again. :)
It took us a while going through the multitude of homes for rent for our Disney vacation, you never know what you're actually going to get. This house is true to its word and pictures and the owners are really great. You won't regret this choice! :)

This home was absolutely amazing in every way! Had everything we needed for traveling with a baby, kids, and adults. Hosts were very attentive and kind. This home was located by all the main stores and attractions. Pool was clean and a huge plus for the kids. We ended up having to stay in a couple days and the kids were entertained by the game room. If we ever get a chance to go back to Florida, i will be choosing this home again!

This was our second time renting from Alain and Lucie Baribeau. The house felt so much like home with all the necessities and more. Check in was a breeze and learning everything in the house was easier with the notes left behind with directions to each component. If looking a home to spend time away from home I would suggest you not to look any further you will not be disappointed.

Upon entering the front door you are immediately immersed in a Disney Vaca getaway. Can’t wait to come back next again. We kept the house a secret from our child as a surprise. The reaction to seeing the house was priceless. That’s something a hotel room could never do. Thanks so much for an amazing stay.

Property is 15 mins from everywhere in a quite neighborhood! 1 - 1 1/2 and you can be at the beach! The house was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have been to! Pool was perfect and our kids truly enjoyed the game room!

This property really does have it all! After our long days at the Disney parks we very much enjoyed coming home and relaxing in the pool, or playing a game of pool or air hockey. Our boys loved all the Disney decorations throughout the house. There was a small issue that came up during our stay due to a water pipe breaking near the neighborhood, and the owners were so prompt in checking on it and made sure to keep us updated. I would highly recommend this property and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you

We stayed at the house for 9 days with 4 adults and 4 children. We were very comfortable with plenty of room. Everything was clean and well maintained. The house is an easy drive to all the Disney parks and grocery store in a quiet neighborhood. Easy check in, great pool, convenient to have washer and dryer as well as kitchen for before and after long park days. The game room was a hit with the kids and the amenities for babies made our travels much easier. We would absolutely book here again on a future visit.

This villa is in an excellent location.. 15-20mins drive to all the Disney parks, with a few possible routes for driving (meaning you can avoid traffic if it's rush hour).
The neighbourhood is very quiet. As far as we could tell, we were surrounded by working families. It was a lovely area, with mature trees and vegetation.
Five minutes drive away is a huge Walmart open until about 11pm, so really handy to pop to on the way back after a day out.
The villa itself is well equipped, comfy beds, great pool area and games room and a good TV package/set up.
Overall this is the perfect villa for families visiting Disney. Highly recommended!!

Just as the title says we loved our home away from home. It was very relaxing stay when we were away from the parks and great communication with the owners. Instructions were very intuitive and all our needs were supplied. The house was in a great location.

Second stay in this house. A wonderful retreat and a great place to relax and recharge. Comfy beds, amazing pool with direct sun all day! Everything you could need or want is in the house. Nice grill for an easy at home meal. Great outside area. Comfy loungers. The owners are super easy and kind to deal with. Had a small concern and Lucie actually called me to check in with me. Highly responsive and great to work with. Close to Disney parks, a couple Publix, Target, and our favorite spot for dinner out, town of Celebration.

This house was perfect for our family of six. It is located close to the Disney parks and a little bit further from Universal, but it was doable. There were plenty of comfortable beds for everyone. We enjoyed the pool every evening and the game room was a hit! Having the extra space is so much nicer than a cramped hotel room. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was perfect, the owners were responsive. We would definitely return.
