Nestled in Dillon, this charming house for £176 per night is a great option for your next trip. This charming log cabin is the perfect retreat for families, groups, or couples looking for a romantic getaway. With a private hot tub and two spacious living areas, this 1360-square-foot, three-story home offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. The wraparound deck, gas grill, and covered parking add to the appeal of this cozy mountain retreat. Throughout the year, you'll have easy access to Lake Dillon and several nearby ski resorts, including Copper Mountain (13m), Breck (17m), Keystone (8m), A-Basin (11m), Loveland (12m), and Vail (32m). Summit County also provides great biking opportunities, and within a five-minute drive, you'll find an outlet mall, a movie theater, a large grocery store, and a variety of excellent restaurants. This home boasts: The master suite has a Queen bed, a half bath, and a small seating area, which can be accessed by the log spiral staircase! The main floor living room has a sleeper sofa, TV, DVD player, stereo, and gas stove. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, eating/cooking utensils, a 3/4 bath, and a large wrap-around deck. On the lower level are two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and the third with a full bed sharing a full bath—and a second living area with TV and laundry. In terms of amenities, all bedrooms are equipped with free high-speed Wi-Fi and expanded cable. The property comes fully stocked with linens, towels, complimentary toiletries, a hairdryer, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and a drip coffee maker. Our policies ensure a peaceful and enjoyable experience for all guests: > Maximum occupancy: eight (8) guests and up to three (3) cars. During winter, we recommend AWD or 4WD vehicles. Any additional guests staying onsite MUST be reported to VRPM immediately. > Our property has outdoor cameras for security and liability protection. > No animals are permitted. > No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed on the property. > ”Quiet Hours” MUST be adhered to from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., particularly outside and/or in the hot tub. To comply with noise level restrictions and ensure your safety, we have partnered with NoiseAware™. This cabin was everything that the listing said it was! Pictures were very accurate. It was perfect for my family and I for a week. Great location with a view! Property manager was also very quick to respond. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation!

The house was in great shape and worked well for gathering with adult sons and their friends for a ski week at Breckenridge and Keystone, which were both nearby. The clothes dryer was broken (needed a part that was temporarily unavailable), but the property manager offered to take our wet clothes, dry them himself, and then delivered them back to us quickly - which was exceptional. If there has been a lot of snow, the driveway can be curvy and steep enough that you might want a 4 wheel drive. The spiral staircase is attractive and fun, but may not work well for someone with disabilities. The kitchen had a Keurig coffee machine that produced latte's, which was a delightful way to start our ski days. Altogether a great place to stay!

The house and property were so cozy and my wife and I really thought that that made our mountain getaway that much better. It was easy to find and get access to and provided all the amenities we needed. The hot tub was a nice thing to have as well! We're already planning on coming back with some more people in the future!

Our family of 4 adults and 3 kids stayed in this beautiful cabin. It was an excellent location for all of the ski resorts. We visited Abasin, Copper and Vail. All a very short drive. Not to mention the cabin itself is beautiful and super clean. Very convenient to the grocery store and several restaurants. 10/10 recommend!!

We booked this house knowing it was close to all of the major ski resorts but didn’t realize how close it really was, 10-25 min drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, and Vail! Dillon and Frisco are the cutest towns to hang out in and we enjoyed them more than Breckenridge!
The house itself was great, and everyone loved the hot tub! Perfect for a winter getaway.

Very nice property. Chose this property for pets. The stairs to the front door were a challenge for our dog as they are metal and not solid. I understand these are good for snow in winter just difficult for pets to use, we had to carry them. Otherwise we had a very good stay.

Cozy house and Great location!
We do an annual summer trip to this area and always struggle on where to stay. This place was perfect as we could walk to the Dillon marina for coffee and a stroll on the lake, easy access Keystone, Breck, Frisco and Silverthorne. Will stay here again!

Nice place, shady management company
The property is as expected and we enjoyed the private hot tub. There's plenty of room for the whole family and the living space is full of natural light. It was clean when we arrived.
Gathering information from the management company is a chore. If you try to access the information from your mobile device, they try to force you to install their app and I could see no way to get to the website besides using my computer. There were other emails with the vital check-in info, but there were so many emails from different addresses it would be easy to lose the info.
Besides that the management company emailed me twice, trying to shake us down for "damage insurance" saying if we didn't pay them they'd put a hold on my credit card for more than we paid for the rental. No where in the listing does it indicate that damage insurance is required. I ignored these emails and they did not actually put a hold on my credit card but it really came off as just a way to nickel and dime us.

Perfect Hideaway for Skiing Adventures
This cozy log house provided my adult family of 5 everything we needed on our amazing ski adventure vacation. The hot tub was pure joy after a hard day of skiing, cooking dinners was simple to make with everything provided from the gas grill to a variety of spices and the "wood" burning stove not only warmed our toes, but quickly dried our gear. Lastly, the spiral staircases added to keeping us in shape for our stay! :) Thank you for opening your home to us.

The cabin is absolutely beautiful. The construction and details of the construction are stunning! You can tell a lot of thought went into creating a unique cabin. The stairs are one of the coolest features of the cabin. The jacuzzi was a nice relaxing touch. There is a wall built around the jacuzzi so you can’t see the Mountain View when you are in the jacuzzi which was a little disappointing. The cabin was extremely clean and well maintained. It is in a great location and convenient to restaurants and just a short drive to Breckenridge. The only downside for us was the beds were extremely uncomfortable. My family and I did not sleep well due to the quality of the beds. The couch is also very uncomfortable. This is the only reason I am rating the property condition, including furniture, as a 3 star rating. Everything else was 5 stars and I would definitely recommend to a friend!
