Bel appartement avec superbe terrasse.beaucoup de services et restos à proximité.2 chambres climatisées.!Apart. bien ventilé et très ensoleillé.la place de stationnement est étroite mais on s’y fait.tout près de la navette pour Fort de France.
Un bémol; très mal insonorisé.Les voisins du dessus sont comme chez nous.Bruits de chaises ,de pas, de tiroirs qu’ on ferme.

appartememt tres bien equipe et tres propre , spacieux , belle vue sur fort de france , la mer , tres calme

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine à quelques centaines de mètres de la belle plage de l'anse mitan. L'appartement est très bien situé, à 10 minutes à pied de la marina. Il est également très fonctionnel, récent, lumineux, bien ventilé, avec une grande terrasse très appréciable. L'appartement est assez spacieux ce qui a permis à nos deux jeunes enfants de jouer à leur aise.

Je conseille cette location en Martinique, de la place pour 2 a 4 personnes , de sa terrase la mer plein les yeux soir et matin, du confort pour ce reposer , un peu en hauteure qui le protege du bruit et de la circulation. idalement situe pour les excursions, une voiture est appreciable. Et en plus tres peu de moustique, un plus en Martinique.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce logement. Très propre, très clair, très calme. Literie impeccable. Vue très agréable. Situé dans un quartier à la fois commerçant et bordé de très jolies plages. Nous le recommandons vivement
