While you won't have full resort amenity access, you will have access to the Beach Home association amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, dock and marina access. The second queen bedroom is also on the main living level and provides its own smart TV.  The main living area provides vaulted ceilings and smart TV along with free WIFI and DVD. The hall bathroom services the queen bedroom and the main level living area.  Upstairs is a large loft with a sleep sofa and sundeck overlooking the pool and beach. The third bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom. The twin beds can be converted to a king bed upon request. Upper loft area has added an electronic Pac Man game for more family fun. The large lanai provides spacious room for family entertaining with comfortable seating and even your very own island ring game! The screened lanai is just steps to the pool and beach access!
