Located in Los Barriles, this lovely house for £320 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Casa Sueno could not be in a more ideal location...right on the white sandy beach, in downtown Los Barriles, just a short walk to restaurants, groceries and everything you need. The house, a recently remodeled old-style Baja home, has a warm, comfortable interior with fantastic views of the Sea of Cortez from most rooms. Enjoy peaceful outdoor living with gorgeous views from the garden and terraces overlooking the beach, ocean and far away bays and coastlines. When you lounge on the terrace and hear the sound of the waves and the wind brushing through the palm leaves, you know you are in paradise! The main house has 3 bedrooms: an upstairs master suite (CA KS bed) with full panoramic views of the ocean and a private patio; a bedroom with QS bed overlooking the front garden; and a beachfront patio bedroom with two twin beds. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout to keep the ocean breezes flowing. The owners recently added a charming detached Casita studio with private entrance and bathroom. The Casita is furnished with a queen size bed, A/C and overhead fan. The house has two stand-up paddleboards, 2 cruiser bikes and many other amenities perfect for a family, group of friends, or a romantic getaway. Launch your kiteboard or windsurfer from the beach in front of the house. Rent some mountain bikes from the town bike shop and hop onto the local single track network or toodle down the coast. Enjoy a BBQ in the backyard garden or relax in the hammock while listening to the birds. The driveway and parking area offer enough space for a camper or boat, and there’s a private boat ramp A short walk down the beach takes you to the Hotel Palmas de Cortez where you can enjoy having a drink, snack or dinner at the bar or beach restaurant. The area also offers world class kite sailing, windsurfing, fishing, snorkeling, mountain biking, hiking and whale watching. You can find a myriad of other activities in town such as yoga, massage, and pickle ball and ATV rentals. Need help with your plans? We can arrange a shuttle to and from the airport, or to any number of the many nearby destinations, with our friendly local driver. The house was great. We enjoyed watching the boats going in and out. We slept great in the master bedroom with the glass door open listening to the waves all night. My family had a good time cooking and eating dinners at the house. Property management company had great communication and helped us organize transportation. Everything was so easy. Love it!

The house is in a perfect spot to easily access all Los Barriles has to offer. The house had plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen is dated but had everything we needed to cook several dinners. It was nice to have both a large and small cooler to be able to use during our stay. The beach in front of the house is gorgeous! We used the paddle boards everyday but we’re disappointed that there was no beach umbrella or beach chairs. We didn’t realize until the last day that they were locked in the laundry room. The only negative thing was that we were without running water for over 24 hours. I contacted the property manager who told me that the town was doing maintenance and it would be on shortly. I reached out a couple more times later in the day and the next morning and got the same response. Thanks to the neighbor next door who is a year round resident, he checked the water valve for the house at the street and realized it was turned off. Once we turned it on we had water for the rest of our stay.

This property totally over delivered. There were 6 adults, all fit comfortably. The house is beautiful and location even more so. Easy to walk into town or just stay put and enjoy the incredible view. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen equipped with everything you need. We look forward to coming back.

Casa Sueno was the perfect house for our family to experience all Los Barriles has to offer. The house had everything we needed for a family of 6. The grounds were beautiful with wonderful seating areas and the beach was amazing! Walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the sunrises from the master bedroom and the stars from the outdoor furniture at night. We all enjoyed paddle boarding and snorkeling in the beautiful water right behind the house. We would definitely rent the house again!

We really enjoyed our time at Casa Sueno! We were there for an "all guys" fishing getaway and there were six of us. Everything that we needed was provided for at the house and a few of us even took advantage of the stand-up paddleboards. It was in the 90's in Los Barriles while we were there and the A/C throughout the home worked excellently which made for a good night's sleep. Each morning we were able to walk out of the back patio onto the beach and stroll 100 yards up the beach to a dock where we would board our fishing charter. We could not beat the location! This was the first time any of us had been to Los Barriles and Merari and Eliza were incredible with their communication and were a great resource for all things in Los Barriles. We will definitely be back!

Took our boys down to Los Barriles for a High School Graduation celebration for fishing and fun. The house was a perfect fit for us right on the beach and close to town. The property managers were bery helpful and friendly we had a fantastic experience. Will be back!

The location can't be beat! Right on the sand! Short walk down the beach to the swim up pool bar at the hotel and close to everything in town. The home is full of color and whimsy and has a great layout and a spacious feel. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying here! Starting the day with a cup of coffee looking at that amazing beach and ending the day with a margarita watching the sun set over the water can't be beat. Miss it already & I will definitely be booking another vacation here!

Enjoyed a 6 day visit during our nephew's wedding at the resort a short stroll down the beach. Very private, comfortable, nice patio garden table and chairs as well as an ocean viewing back yard with table and lounge chair. Nice nearby pub for socializing. Bit of a walk to the market.
