Located in Saco, this charming house for £503 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Gas fireplace !! Perfect for cold nights. Picture yourself relaxing on the beautiful direct oceanfront deck watching the sun rise from the ocean before you begin a day filled with beach activities. If you can picture that, you've just gotten a glimpse of why this place is sure to have you and your family coming back year after year ! A spectacular ocean view greets you as you enter this restored home. One of the many attractions of this two story, 2600 + square foot is the glassed in sun porch on the Oceanside with direct access to the deck and beach. This enclosed sun porch offers the best views in the house and with two upholstered chairs, two sofas and one love seat, there is sure to be enough room for the entire family to enjoy. The main floor offers a large kitchen, full sized dining room living room with ample seating, ocean views and a high definition, large flat screen TV, enclosed porch area and one of the 2 bathrooms with shower. Laundry facilities are conveniently located in the kitchen closet making packing for your trip a little lighter. The master bedroom located upstairs provides a beautiful ocean views and is furnished with a king size bed. The 2 additional bedrooms are located upstairs as well. The middle bedroom with a queen bed provided and the back bedroom offers an additional king bed and queen bed. The second bath is located upstairs as well with a shower and separate bathtub. This home offers wonderful extras inside and out, including the perfect summer BBQ setting with gas grill, glass outdoor table with 4 chairs, 2 lounge chairs and 2 poolside chairs for ample outdoor seating and the best views in town! Other fantastic amenities provided include High Speed Internet, an outside shower with both hot and cold water and shower curtain, washer/dryer, dishwasher, DVD player and more !

Some houses say they are "on the beach". This gem is ON THE BEACH really! Just steps from the back porch. We LOVED it. We traveled to different places daily but always made sure we were back in time for our beach walks. Our host was fabulous so I can't say enough about her quick actions with any issues we had. We did have a small housekeeping issue but that was definitely not her fault and she fixed that issue quickly. I would most highly recommend this house to anyone and everyone. The house was well-stocked to meet all our needs. The 6 of us were really sad to leave this amazing place!

We had an very enjoyable week. It was a lovely place for family to gather. There were 8 adults and one 2 yr old and it worked so well. An inviting and comfortable house, well equipped in every way and perfect for the beach! The only surprise was how busy the public access was next to the property, maybe because it was July 4th week. However, the patio/deck space facing the ocean was very private.

Our stay was incredible. The house was clean, cool, and the location is amazing. We had plenty of room and can absolutely see ourselfs spending our annual trip at this home in the future. The property owners were great and very responsive. The house has everything you need for a getaway at the beach!

We enjoyed a long weekend at Sea Drift Cottage to celebrate a 75th and 80th Birthday and Father’s Day with family. The house was just as pictured, well stocked and steps to the beach. Even though the weather wasn’t the best the house was a perfect place to gather together. We enjoyed the sun porch, the large table for meals and the gas fireplace to take off the chill (June in Maine 😉). The last day we were able to see a beautiful sun rise to end a perfect weekend. We would all love to come back again! Thank you Olivia and Patrick for sharing your beach house with us!

Loved staying at this beautiful cottage again for the second time! Beautiful location right in the beach with ocean views! Warm and cozy in the winter time in spite of the cold temperatures outside! We’d strongly recommend this as a great destination!

Our family of 6 traveled to the area to celebrate the new year. We were greeted with a lovely, warm home with lots of charm and the most amazing views! The hosts were fantastic, and even left some holiday decorations up for a perfect touch of home. This was our first visit to the area, and we found the surrounding coast and beach towns to be straight out of a movie set! Our family made note of the slogan on the “Welcome to Maine” sign as we drove in from Boston. It read, “Maine, the way life should be.” We left feeling like we understood!

We have stayed at this beautiful beach house three times and we're already plotting our return in 2023! It's just perfect - especially the breathtaking location right on Kinney Shores Beach, but also the house itself it clean, comfortable, and cozy. Communication with owners is always smooth - quick responses and so nice. I do wish the bathtub was working, but that's really the only downside. Thank you for everything! - Jennifer

Our family of four adults enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at the beach house. The house was clean and comfortable, easy to find, and brilliantly located right on the beach. The ocean as our front yard was beyond description - long walks, rolling waves, soothing sounds. Worth every penny.
The house was very well stocked with everything we needed. The primary bedroom was grand with two comfy chairs facing the ocean view from the second floor. I somehow thought the primary was an en suite but that is not the case. All three bedrooms upstairs share one bath and, at least during our visit, the bathtub was out of service with lots of caution tape preventing it’s use. There is an additional bath with a roomy shower on the main level.
The fall weather cooperated with us and made for a wonderful long weekend together after being apart for the past year. We would definitely recommend this beach house if you can get it!

Our family, a group of nine, spent a wonderful October week at this property in Kinney Shores. A previous review stated that the house photographs on the website were wholly accurate. I confirm that (the view from the master bedroom is rich indeed). The house is spacious, attractive and very clean. It offers all of the required amenities and more (namely high quality gas fireplace in its cozy living room). The house’s surroundings are great, namely the outdoor windless patio, the large beach and the quiet neighbourhood. Our communications with our host, Olivia, were easy and fruitful, both before and during our stay. I highly recommend this property and our family is sure to return.

We had a quick but fabulous family getaway to Maine for the first time and stayed in this beautiful beach house! There were 8 of us with plenty of room and gorgeous views of the ocean! Great location right on the beach with lots of fun at the nearby famous Pier and amusement park as well as the Pirates’ Cove mini putt! Great stay overall!

Even though temps were chilly, we loved the views, we bundled up a few days and walked beach anyway….
We explored a few close hiking trails, did day trip to Portland, Boston, and Acadia National park…. Again we were well prepared with lots of layers hiking shoes and more.. Well worth it!!! This trip will be remembered as one of our Top 5…

We stayed at this home between Christmas and New Year Day and we had a wonderful time! The location is the best…right on the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. The property owner was very nice and easy to communicate with—she even had a Christmas tree set up for us! My favorite part of the stay was watching the sun rise over the ocean from the two perfectly placed chairs in the master bedroom! I highly recommend this rental home!

Great property right on the beach. Amazing location and place is really cute. Kitchen is fully stacked and has everything you need for a large family. This lovely beach home is everything you can ask for in a vacation beach home!! Clean and just as described. The views are incredible. We would sit out on the back porch or the sunroom and listen to the waves crash. The views from the upstairs master bedroom were equally amazing and would fall asleep listening to the waves! We would definitely stay here again!!
