This centrally located beach house is within walking distance from everything Cape Paterson has to offer, making it a great place to relax on your time away from home. Cape Paterson is a gateway to everything that the bass coast has to offer. With 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living area at each end of the house, it is perfect for larger groups or families to getaway and relax. This house has heating and cooling throughout, with plenty of board games and dvds to keep the kids entertained, making it the perfect holiday house all year round. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and there will only ever be one booking at a time. Interaction with guests: As much or as little as you need. We are only a phone call/email away for the entirety of your stay. Other things to note: *Please note that only doonas and pillows are provided. Please bring your own doona covers/sheets/pillow cases etc.* Unfortunately we are no longer to able to provide towels and face towels. Please bring your own. We will include tea towels. Early check-in/late check-out can be arranged where possible at an additional fee, please contact us before making your booking if this is required.
