About this cabin rental
Stunning sea views and only a few minutes walk to Snells Beach, walkways and playground from this cabin. It is located in a cul de sac. Approx 10 minutes drive to Matakana, Omaha, Martins Bay and the many vineyards in this area. There is no hot water tap at the sink or at the basin - however the shower is an instant hot water system. Includes all cutlery, crockery, radio, TV, microwave, electric frying pan, electric jug, toaster, fridge/freezer, outdoor table, 4 chairs and umbrella. This accommodation is quite basic but it is clean and tidy and really suits those couples or families on a budget or who just enjoy the simple life! It is similar to staying in a cabin I guess, but you have your own facilities and it's cheaper. Any questions are welcome. Minimum stay is 2 nights. NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels)

Basic but clean accommodation. Great location with views of the sea. Peaceful area and quiet night's sleep. Only downside was lack of WiFi but cafes in Snells Beach centre had it so no worries.

We had a lovely couple of nights at Snells Beach. We were able to park the boat on the lawn as it was nice and dry, had a couple of great fishing days out around Kawau. The bach was great, all we needed. Would book again 😃

Absolutely loved our time in this wee bit of paradise. Beds were comfortable and we had all we needed to enjoy each others company and the amazing views. Brought back memories of my early days going to the family Bach but had the added luxury of an indoor bathroom and electricity. Perfect 😍

Handy location and price, No stove, fan or lamp, We enjoyed our stay. Little book market across the road. Beach was in walking distance. No tree to shade area but there was a sun umbrella. Was a nice location and peaceful weekend away.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at this cute nest. Everything was just as described. Fantastic views inside and out. Easy beach access, lovely walkways. Great value for money!

This cabin was simply perfect for what I wanted. Comfortable bed, clean and tidy, safe location a short walk to the beach; it is as the owners have described it. The kitchenware is generous - better stocked than many others I've been to. I appreciated the review that mentioned slippers for the concrete floor. I would stay again!

Great location, just 1 hour drive from AKL. It is a basic cottage with a great view, nothing fancy. If you plan a trip to see Matakana, visit vineyards and restaurants there - it is the best place to stay for a nigh or two.

Cabin has a rustic feel with its concrete floor and exposed beams. Though the space is compact, you will be pleasantly surprised with the generous space of fridge/freezer and kitchen counter space. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning in the near future. Many thanks.

The cabin was easy to find and the condition of it was true to the description. The location at Snell’s Beach was a perfect base to explore the Kowhai Coast - despite Cyclone Dovi! The beds were comfortable and my daughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Lovely little home
My kids and I really enjoyed our stay in Snells beach in this lovely wee place. Everything you need for a few nights stay and nice location with outlook over the water. I thought the concrete floors might make it cold at this time of year but it was surprisingly cosy, though I would recommend taking slippers. Thanks so much, we may well be back!

Simple little bach, had everything we needed. Teens chose to be outside in a tent which allowed more space for sleeping. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Lots to see and do around the area, good base for day trips to Kawau Island and Goat Island.

A perfect place to stay while exploring the area.
The property is basic but comfortable, well equipped and very clean. Good value for your money. It is well placed for so many things to do and see very close by. Linda was great to deal with. I look forward to another weekend there.
