We loved our stay. The house is great and fits 12 easily. The hot tub and kitchen are both fantastic. We loved the sense of privacy as the house is backed up from the road and there’s still a giant yard!

Great place to stay, lots of bedrooms and lots of space outside for games. Large hot tub was nice and relaxing to use and no setup, just take the cover off. The host, Snezhana was very communicative and easy to work with.
Large kitchen table inside and 2 picnic tables on the deck outside so everyone had a place to sit. Never got a chance to use the beach, but you can have a fire there as you cant have one on the property. I would stay again in the future.

Overall it was a nice place with a great beach, but the beach is a SHARED private beach and they tell you all the house rules the week of your visit. The beach is shared with 14? other cottages that the owners have.
Excluded house rules
- no bon fires
- beach closes at 10-10:30. May have a bon fire at the beach, but it's a drive. Not walkable.
- can only go in hot tub from 7-11
- dogs can't go on furniture or be left in house unattended. Dogs must be on leash at the beach.
- noise restrictions
- no visitors or bringing an extra person that wasn't previously in the agreement
And if you break any of these you could loose your expensive deposit, that is paid when you get your keys. Alot of the rules are pretty reasonable, just not when you recieve it 2 days before your trip, literally have no option of backing out because you'll loose money, and your group counted on you.
Beach is nice though. They have BBQs at the beach, plastic Muskoka chairs, picnic tables, a volleyball net, a soccer field, bon fires, and the water stays at knee height for a km.

We enjoyed the size and privacy of this property a lot. Our only complaint was that we wish the grass had been cut prior to our arrival as we spent almost out entire weekend in the yard playing games. The house is great for a group of 10. Would recommend this property to others.
