Spacious three bedroom house located in a quiet residential location within walking distance to Lighthouse Beach and Surf Club in East Ballina. This location is perfect for enjoying the surf at the nearby beach, but is also closely located to the protected Shaw's Bay, which is an ideal swimming spot for young children. There are spectacular bike rides or walks to be enjoyed along the many bike paths and a number of great cafes and eating spots just a short walk away. The three bedroom house, with two queens and one room with two single beds, house has a spacious enclosed backyard and is fully air-conditioned, providing comfort all year round. I had read previous reviews of this property and was worried that we had made a poor choice but was pleasantly surprise. The property was very clean and comfortable in a great location.

very well situated. Nice garden. the house size is confortable and suitable for a family. but the house is not maintained. it really needs refreshment. double beds are very bad. difficult to sleep in it. kitchen ustensiles were very dirty like the kitchen in general ( cupboards) and the house in general ( under the beds, inside the closets, behind furniture …) plumbing needs also to be changed. nothing for cleaning : the broom was disgusting. and the vacuum in bad shape. no Mop the washing machine is too aged. it uses hot water so after two laundries you don’t have hot water for showers any more the bed linens are also very poor ( quilts ) but we enjoyed being able to share this time with our family after two years of Covid ( we are coming from France )

The property was a good size in a wonderful location close to many beaches and great walks. Property could do with a slight upgrade as I found the decor and some furniture a little dated.

Property is spacious and in an accessible area. 70's decor. Could do with a professional clean occasionally rather than always relying on tenants. But a great house & we would stay there again.

Perfect location for a family holiday Alexander Palms met all our needs as a group of 4 adults and two boys. For the boys it was a short distance from great surfing in Lighthouse beach whilst we adults enjoyed our walk overlooking Shaws bay and on the north wall each morning before breakfast. A well appointed house with all appliances working beautifully. The Weber bbq was very popular and the large back yard could accommodate both sun bakers and our footy enthusiasts. The sunroom became a favourite spot for reading and relaxing away from the general living area and large tv . Belle General and The Lighthouse cafe are close by and the food is good.
