We have spent 2 weeks in the spacy, beautiful appartement and honestly I have no idea which could be more perfect : the appartment has a very high standard, was well equipped, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The garage was large enough for our 5 meter van and very easy to access. The appartment complex is very calm, there is a boulangerie next door and a bus stop which takes you to central Cannes every 10 min. Also not to forget is the clean and large pool. The handover was done by Mrs. Hoestland which is a very sympathic and polite lady. Communication with the host Pierre was also perfect ... so absolutely no reason not to come back.

The Apartment is situated in a gated community with beautiful gardens, pool and a fantastic patio. We felt very safe there and the location is about a 50 minute walk to the sea and the main strip. We felt it necessary to have a car unless you are happy to take the bus. We highly recommend Pierre’s condo and he was always available for any needs and info you may need.

This is a wonderful place! Easy walk into central Cannes but instead of crowds you have a lovely town and lots of nice people, a beautiful light apartment and endless gentle hills.
The apartment is excellent. The property manager is THE BEST, as are the owners. I would love to just stay forever!!

Deux belles semaines dans un bel appartement avec belle terrasse
Nous venons de passer 2 magnifiques semaines. Dans un quartier au calme et loin de l'agitation de Cannes, la résidence est superbe (avec piscine et splendide jardin) et est bien desservie par une des lignes principales de bus de Cannes, qui permet de rejoindre le centre de Cannes et La Croisette en 20 minutes (vu la circulation dans Cannes et les difficultés de se garer à cette période, c'est très rentable). Les commerces essentiels (excellente boucherie, excellente pâtisserie , boulangerie, épicerie, pharmacie ) sont disponibles au Cannet et accessibles facilement (en 3 minutes en bus, boulangerie et pharmacie à 5 minutes à pied). L'appartement est très confortable, fonctionnel et surtout très lumineux, entouré de terrasses et de balcons ( nous avons vécu dehors tout le long de notre séjour notamment sur la superbe terrasse) et il dispose de tout le matériel nécessaire y compris le barbecue, élément essentiel de l'été. Bien que n'ayant pas directement rencontrés les propriétaires, nous avons été accueillis par des gens charmants et eu de nombreux contacts téléphoniques très amicaux et chaleureux avec le propriétaire qui s'assurait que notre arrivée puis au moment du départ, notre séjour s'étaient bien passés.
Bref, un séjour reposant et à refaire, en tout cas à recommander. Même nos ados ont été conquis. Un grand merci à Pierre.

schönes Appartement mit traumhafter Terrasse
Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt in diesem schönen Appartement mit einer traumhaften Terrasse. Wir sind herzlich begrüßt und sehr nett verabschiedet worden. Es war sehr professionell. Leider war der Pool geschlossen und wir hatten uns sehr darauf gefreut. Der Fußweg zum Hafen beträgt schon 30 Minuten aber es fährt auch ein Bus.
Wer es ruhig liebt ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter

Really lovely apartment which had been furnished to a very high quality.
Bus stop outside made it easy travelling into Cannes centre. Could leave the car parked in the secure underground parking.

Hochwertig ausgestattete Wohnung mit Stil
Man merkt, dass der Eigentümer die Wohnung selbst nutzt: Die Möbel und die Ausstattung (insbesondere der Küche mit allen möglichen sinnvollen Utensilien) ist sehr hochwertig. Daneben ist er wohl ein Kunstsammler, eine Vielzahl von Bildern und Skulpturen stehen/hängen sowohl im Innen- als auch im Aussenbereich . Die große Terrasse ist sehr ruhig und privat , man hat seine Ruhe und ist für sich.
Der zweiflammige Weber-Gasgrill war super zum Fisch- und Steakgrillen!
Der Bäcker ist tatsächlich nur 3 Gehminuten entfernt und auch die Lokale in Le Cannet sind in knapp 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen .
Easy ist auch der Weg Downtown nach Cannes. Der 1er Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus. Wir haben festgestellt, dass man mit dem Bus schneller in Cannes war als mit dem Auto. Ein großes Auto würde ich auch wegen der Enge des Stellplatzes in der Tiefgarage nicht empfehlen.
Fazit: eine tolle, geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung, in sehr guter Lage (auch für Ausflüge z.B. nach Nizza , Antibes, Gorges du Verdon, Fondation Maeght)

Wunderschöne Wohnung
Sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit umfangreicher, hochwertiger Ausstattung, traumhafter Terrasse und großem Pool im wunderschönen Park der Wohnanlage. Tolle Lage, sehr sauber, freundlicher Empfang und gute Betreuung vor Ort. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bars im Ortskern nur wenige Minuten entfernt die Straße hinauf. Direkte Busverbindung zur Croisette mit stündlich verkehrenden Bussen.

Alles war super, eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Die Terrasse ein Hammer, wir haben noch nie eine so riesige und liebevoll eingerichtete Terrasse erlebt.
Kleiner Ratschlag: gehen Sie zum Essen nicht nach Cannes, sondern in den Ortskern von Le Cannet-15 min zu Fuß. Dort gibt es mehrere sehr gute Restaurants.

Klasse Apartment mit toller Terrasse
Wir waren hier eine Woche zu zweit. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Apartment ist stilvoll und liegt in einem schönen Viertel in ruhiiger Lage. Guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Exkursionen in die östliche Cote d'Azur. Der abendliche Ausklang auf der Terrasse war wunderschön. Eine gute Bäckerei befindet sich direkt in der Nähe. Eigentümer und Service waren sehr aufmerksam.

Stunning Apartment with Beautiful Roof Terrace
A true gem of an apartment, immaculately decorated, modern, spacious and very clean, it has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay.
Great location for exploring Cannes and some beautiful villages nearby.
Local shops supply a wide selection of provisions, it's possible to buy everything you need within a 15min walk or short drive.
The roof terrace made our holiday, plenty of space for the four of us, plus both bedrooms has terrace space and there is a wonderful small terrace off the lounge which captures the morning sun, overlooking the pool and pretty gardens.

Überaus ansprechendes Appartement, das uneingeschränkt weiter empfolen werden kann.
Für 4 Personen sehr helles geräumiges Appartement. Sehr gute Ausstattung. Terassen nach Osten, Süden und Westen. Darunter eine phantastische weitläufige Terasse mit großem Eß- und Loungebereich.Die untererdige Garage ist direkt mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen.
Ein sehr guter Bäcker ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Schöner großer Garten mit großem Pool. Trotz direkter Nähe zur Stadt - die Croisette
ist nur 3 km entfernt - ist es sehr ruhig.
Ein Vorschlag zum Schluß : Angesichts der Nachttemperaturen in den Sommermonaten wäre ein Klimagerät in den Schlafzimmern

Traumhaftes Apartment in ruhiger Wohnanlage
Wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal hier und wieder hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit in dem wunderschönen Apartment. Die Wohnung ist gross, sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nicht wie sonst die meisten Ferienwohnungen. Die Küche ist mit allem was man braucht eingerichtet und im Kühlschrank wartete sogar ein Begrüssungswein auf uns. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Balkonzugang und ein eigenes Bad mit WC. Das wirkliche Highlight der Wohnung ist die Terrasse, bei schönem Wetter ist sie einfach herrlich, ob man den Loungebereich, die Essgarnitur oder die Liegestühle benützt. Man hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man mitten in Cannes ist. Das Internet funktioniert tadellos und auch der Einstellhallenplatz direkt im Haus ist ein weiteres Plus. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten finden sich zu Fuss in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Vielen Dank an Pierre und Madame H. (die nette Dame die vor Ort für die Uebergabe zuständig ist) für die nette Betreuung und bis zum nächsten Jahr.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit herrlicher Terrasse
Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten mal in dieser tollen Wohnung und können es nur empfehlen. Die Wohnung ist sehr stylisch eingerichtet und ist mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Terrasse lädt zum verweilen ein. Sie ist sehr gross und bietet einen Esstisch und einen Loungebereich. Obwohl man mitten in Cannes ist, liegt die Wohnung in einem grossen und ruhigen Garten und ist `gated`. Das WLan funkioniert einwandfrei und der dazugehörige Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist ein wahrer Luxus. Vielen Dank an Pierre für die schöne Zeit hier in Cannes.

Le plaisir de vivre dans ce lieu aux espaces équilibrés et élégants tient d'abord à son site singulier et exceptionnel. Le parc, ses oliviers, sa piscine.
La proximité de la Croisette et du centre de Cannes, de la mer et des Préalpes, invite aux balades, d'autant que le parking souterrain facilite l'accès et sécurise voitures et cycles en tous genres.
L'appartement est confortable et bien distribué, les terrasses, dont une très grande et très ensoleillée, sont calmes et fonctionnelles.
Les propriétaires sont attentifs à maintenir le niveau d'excellence des lieux.
De sorte qu'on peut vivre ici sans nuages autres que célestes...
Et encore, rarement !

Splenide appartement - Séjour de rêve
Nous avons séjourné dans cet appartement fin octobre, début décembre. Les prestations sont à la hauteur de la description. Accueil très chaleureux par les propriétaires. La terrasse est magnifique. Je recommande vivement cette location. Nous avons déjà réservé pour la fin de l'année !

Absolutelly perfect !! Our first time in this area.
We spent 2 weeks this year in August in this penthouse and we enjoyed everything : the location of the penthouse very close to everything, its superb terrace, the swimming pool and the beautiful view on the parc. Excellent appointments, quiet and relax, all what we expect for nice holidays. To recommand, definitelly.
