(end of August, seven) (06 64 94 36 89) At 800 m from the rental sandy beaches accessible on foot or by car, 2 km from the fishing port where you can buy fish and shellfish (you can access the port by a coastal path GR 34). Also from the port visit the archipelago Glénan and sea trips with "Glénan Découverte", see website www. glenandecouverte. com Many walks are within walking distance from the rental. Attractive cities at 15 minutes, Pont-Aven famous city of painters, and place of manufacture of Breton pancakes. Also Concarneau its fishing port and fortified city of the Middle Ages. Quimper is 30 minutes away and is classified city of art and history, it is the capital of Cornwall. House side, it has a closed garden, a sunny terrace in the morning, and a private parking. Garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue are at your disposal. On the ground floor, kitchen and open living room, shower and toilet, pantry. Upstairs shower room, wc, three bedrooms with storage, 2 double beds and a single bed also available childcare equipment (cot umbrella, high chair, bath). Detached house in a quiet location in a dead end.

We enjoyed staying in the house and loved the area. However after booking and paying our deposit we were asked “Would you like to rent sheets and linen? 20 euro per room and 20 euros for linen You must plan to pay a cleaning fee of 60 euros to be paid locally” I have never in 50 years of renting holiday properties been asked to pay for bedding.

House clean and comfortable. Sunny terrace and small garden. Well situated in a small village with excellent boulangerie. Lovely walk through woods to the coast. Lots of beautiful beaches and small towns to visit in the area. However we were not happy to be charged on arrival for extras (cleaning and towels) that we were not expecting. We have written to Vrbo about this but have had no reply as yet. Otherwise we were very happy with the property.

Dès notre arrivée nous nous sommes très bien sentis. L'accueil a été très agréable. La maison est très bien placée, à 15 min des plages à pieds.. Maison très propre, comme neuve.. Dans une village très calme. Mme LEDOUEFF est toujours disponibles pour répondre aux question (avant et pendant la réservation). La boulangerie est à 100 mètres à peine, très pratique pour le petit déjeuné. Nous recommandons vivement !

Sehr schönes, helles, sauberes, geräumiges, gut ausgestattetes und mit liebe zu Detail eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Ein schöner Strand ist fußläufig (ca. 800m) über einen idyllischen Waldweg erreichbar (Natur pur – keine Straße, kein Verkehr stört). Allerdings ist der Weg unserer Meinung nach nur eingeschränkt mit dem Fahrrad befahrbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par des hôtes charmants dans cette maison très agréable, calme, fonctionnelle (très bien équipée) et lumineuse, idéalement située, proche des plages et de commerces essentiels (très bonne boulangerie à 100 m), parfaite pour rayonner dans cette belle région (Pont-Aven, Kerascoët, Concarneau...). Ne pas rater le coucher de soleil sur l’océan à la pointe de Trevignon toute proche !

We love it!

We had a really great time! A very warm welcome and a wonderful house that was fully equipped. The bakery was just around the corner, from the garden we had a nice view of the charming ancient church and after a walk of no more than fifteen minutes through a beautiful forest you can easily reach the sea. We can highly recommend this house. And all tourist places are nearby by car. So there was a lot to enjoy and the weather was marvellous! With many thanks to the very friendly hosts! Très bon séjour dans cette maison très agréable. Beaucoup de petites randonnées aux alentours de la location. La mer à une dizaine de minutes à pied. Nous serions bien restées plus longtemps. Un grand merci à Mme Le Doeuff

Sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Ferienhaus. Super Lage - nur ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zu den nächsten Stränden. Kleine Bäckerei in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Vermieterin sehr nett. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen. Hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Um die Ecke ist eine sehr leckere Patisserie und ein super schöner Strand ist auch in der Nähe. Ausflugstips: Hafen Concarneau am Freitag (Markt) mit Ville en Mur, Quimper Altstadt mit Kathedrale, Zoo in Loriont und Ozeaneum in Brest. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub :-)

Alles super: Ausstattung des Hauses/Gartens perfekt! Super ruhige Lage im Dorf, tolle Betreuung!!!

Perfekter Urlaub!!! Sehr freundlicher reibungsloser Empfang und Verabschiedung (mit Starthilfe). Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen. Nette Nachbarn. Sehr gute Boulangerie/Bar in Riechweite. 20 Minuten Spazierweg durch Felder und/oder Wald zu herrlichen Stränden, weitere 30 Minuten Küstenweg zu guten Restaurants und Bars am Hafen. Mit Auto sind die schönen Dörfer und Städtchen der wunderschönen Umgebung sehr gut zu besuchen (Aven, Bélon, Concarneau, ...) Ideal auch für unseren Hund (abgeschlossener Garten!). Gemütliche, vollständige Ausstattung des gesamten Hauses (Wohnen,Küche, Schlafen) ermöglicht auch einen schönen Urlaub bei schlechtem Wetter! (Wir hatten nur Sonnentage mit insgesamt 30 Minuten Regemschauern in 3 Wochen. Aucj so kann die Bretagne sein. Wir sagen merci für alles und kommen gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder. Située dans une annexe de Trégunc, à Saint Philibert, la mer est accessible à pieds depuis le gîte. Maison propre et fonctionnelle où rien ne manque, entourée d'un espace clos pour se reposer à l'ombre d'un arbre, et au calme. Nous avons apprécié la disponibilité de la propriétaire. C'est un coin tranquille, à 200 mètres d'une boulangerie et d'un bon restaurant. Excellente adresse.

Das Haus ist geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Von der Größe durchaus für vier Personen (zur Not auch mehr) bequem zu nutzen. Die Ausstattung lässt mit Ausnahme von Bettwäsche und Handtüchern keine Wünsche offen. Diese können aber gegen Gebühr ausgeliehen werden. In unmittelbarer Umgebung befindet sich auch eine Bäckerei, in welcher auch eine kleine Auswahl an anderen Lebensmitteln angeboten wird. Ebenfalls kann eine Restaurant mit wenigen Schritten erreicht werden. Für den Besuch der traumhaft schönen Strände sowie größere Einkäufe ist ein Auto erforderlich. Wir haben uns während unseres Aufenthaltes (16. bis 23. Juni 2018) sehr wohlgefühlt.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Mr et Mme Le Doeuff, la location est très bien situé, tout est bien pensé, rien ne manque. Les propriétaires sont disponibles pour tous renseignements. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons résidé avec mon fils et mon mari dans cette maison du 2 au 16 juin 2018. La maison est impeccable, tout ou presque y est neuf, les prestations sont plus que complètes (équipement de cuisine, salle de bain, mobilier extérieur...) et le jardin situé plein sud est parfait pour les séances "siestes-bronzage". L'environnement est très calme donc parfait pour se reposer tout en restant proche des commerces de nécessité et des plages. La cerise sur le gâteau est la gentillesse des propriétaires, très à l'écoute et aux petits soins pour ses locataires. En résumé, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et reviendrons très certainement.

Très bonne semaine à Trégunc avec le beau temps (1 jour complet de pluie sur 7 !). Belles balades sur le chemin côtier . Temps ensoleillé, quelques averses (normal, c'est la Bretagne) Gite tout neuf, très agréable. et un contact avec les propriétaires très plaisant. A retenir pour les années prochaines surtout si l'on aime marcher

Vacances encore réussies !

Pour notre 2ème passage dans la région, nous avons fait une nouvelle fois confiance à Mme et M. Le Doeuff, propriétaires accueillants et sympathiques. Cette maison est idéale pour passer des vacances reposantes et pratiques. Près des commerces, de Concarneau, des belles plages (800 mètres à pied, 5mn en voiture)... Petite impasse calme, terrasse sans vis à vis, cuisine fonctionnelle, chambres avec fenêtre sur jardin. Nous n'avons qu'une hâte, revenir ! Merci encore à Pascal et Maryvonne.
