About this condo rental

Situated in Sainte-Anne, this lovely condo for £61 per night is a great option for your next break. The accommodation is a duplex of around 70 m², located in a recent villa with 3 apartments. You will have two air-conditioned bedrooms with large beds fitted with mosquito nets (sleeps 4). The other two beds are in the living room, fitted with very good quality convertible sofas with memory foam mattresses. An extra cradle can be made available upon request. Its spacious, well-ventilated terrace enjoys a clear view and invites you to rest. The birds are there to brighten up your mornings. The property is fenced and parking is available. Its location, near the ruins of the Val d'Or mill, allows quick access to the beaches of Pointe Marin (10 to 15 minutes on foot, depending on your spirits), Anse Meunier and Les Salines in particular (about 5 mn by car). You can make beautiful hikes in the area and admire magnificent views. Many nautical activities are available nearby: jet ski, kayaks, discovery of the seabed, mangroves, boat trips, etc. Many shops and services are also nearby, especially in the village: mini markets, bakery / pastry shop, snacks, restaurants, souvenir shops ... The village of Sainte-Anne is about 2 minutes by car, you can get there on foot if you feel like it (count a good ten minutes). In order to avoid any complaints and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, we inform you that the apartment is not rented for festive purposes: birthday, family gathering, etc., which can cause noise pollution, especially at night. Animals are not allowed.

Ce séjour était très agréable le propriétaire a été très accueillant merci le coin est tranquille calme y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se détendre la mer est à 15 min à pied mais c'est aussi pour une petite marche et ce jus de mangue fait maison à notre arrivée très bon zen tout cas on y reviendra. N hésitez pas à tous ceux qui sont intéressé.

The home is well located (15minute walk from beach, 20 minute walk from the village), well appointed, has a wonderful porch,and was very clean. The hosts were amazing and generous- they met us in the evening after our flight, left us dinner and drinks to welcome us, and gave advice on Carnaval. Our group spoke very limited French, but the hosts worked hard to have a family member who spoke English meet us and communicate with us. Definetly easiest if you speak French well, but very gracious and possible to book in English. We had a great time in Marintique and would absolutely recommend this house.

Die Wohnung ist super, es fehlt einfach an nichts. Man hat eine toll eingerichtete Küche mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Kleiderschränke in den Schlafzimmern sind super groß, so das man keinerlei Platzproblemehat, wie man es schonmal aus Hotels kennt. Es ist alles sauber und nichts war alt oder gar defekt. Von seinen Nachbarn hat man nichts mitbekommen und es war immer ruhig. Der Weg zum Strand ist mit dem Leihwagen in 3 Minuten zu erreichen, zu Fuß dauert es ca 15 Minuten. Das WLAN funktionierte super (für alle Eltern mit Teanager 😉�). Wir haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder😃� auf diesem Weg auch nochmal ein riesen Dankeschön für die tollen Blumen, den super Obstkorb und die leckere Limo als wir ankamen. Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. ☀️🌴�

L'appartement offre à la fois une situation et une tranquillité très appréciable. En effet , la proximité de différentes plages et le calme de l'impasse dans laquelle se trouve la location contribuent à passer un meilleur séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé , fonctionnel et confortable. Enfin , un grand merci à M et Mme Pépin pour la simplicité de leur accueil et leurs petites attentions de bienvenue , notamment la bonne quiche.

Nous nous sommes tellement sentis bien dans cette location pour la tranquillité ,la propreté, la fonctionnalité,le cadre ,la proximité avec le village de Sainte Anne et de la plage de la Pointe Marin, idéale avec les enfants, sans oublier la gentillesse et l'accueil de la famille PEPIN que nous y retournons deux semaines en octobre. Nous recommandons vivement cette location qui est d'un excellent rapport qualité/prix !

Appartement confortable, spacieux, bien équipé. Une corbeille de fruits ainsi qu'une bouteille de rhum nous attendaient ainsi qu'un en cas puisque nous sommes arrivés le soir vers 19 h 30. Les propriétaires sont très gentils. Proximité de St Anne mais il faut tout de même la voiture pour s'y rendre.

Nous avons passés 15 jours formidable à Ste Anne et la location y a formidablement contribué. Au fond d'une impasse ,la tranquillité y est garanti , la plage de proximité est à 800 mètres , la résidence est également fort bien situé sur la route des salines à l'entré de Ste Anne. La vue de la terrasse donne sur une végétation tropicale et très colorée. Il ne manque rien l'appartement est spacieux très propre et bien entretenu et très bien équipé. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse de la propriétaire , le calme de cette résidence , la proximité de toutes les plage accessible en moins de 15mn vraiment un excellent séjour
