It combines the traditional Andalusian style of construction with comfort and modern equipment. Its location on a private street on a hill surrounded by the golf courses of Los Naranjos, Las Brisas and Aloha is unique. The view goes from the sea to La Concha through the valley of the golf courses. From the vast terraces you can see Gibraltar and the African continent on the horizon. The 6 bedrooms (including a custom dormitory for children) and the 5 bathrooms and shower rooms can accommodate up to 14 people (8 to 10 adults + 6 children / teens). Its private pool, large terraces in teak, the various patios and its garden with fruit trees and palm trees offer you the possibility of recharging your batteries and meeting up with family or friends. The American kitchen fully equipped with a large central island invites to have aperitifs. Meals can be done both indoors and outdoors. The children's room has been tailor-made and gives the possibility of accommodating up to 8 children.

Excellent séjour

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette très grande villa très bien équipée et lumineuse. Située dans un quartier calme et sécurisée nous avons pleinement profité de la grande terrasse pour des déjeuners et dîners en famille. La vue sur le rocher de Gibraltar est un petit plus. La propriétaire est très à l’écoute, disponible et pleine de bons conseils.

Stayed at this beautiful villa for 5 nights in September. We were a party of 13 adults all ladies, celebrating my sisters Hen do. The villa is wonderful, bright, modern and spacious. It was quite hard to find a villa to sleep the number in our group and cater for different ages. It has a huge master suite with a sweeping terrace on the upper floor. On the ground floor, the main villa floor is another larger double room with an ensuite. Downstairs there is a fantastic room with 2 bunk beds and a single. Perfect for children, but comfy and large enough for adults. Next door is another room with two double beds, I would say the beds in this room are small doubles. These rooms share a bathroom. Down another level, two further double rooms, one with an en suite. These rooms were quieter and where the two older ladies in our group slept. Another shower room is also located on this floor. All rooms were decorated and kept to a high standard, had highly effective air con and very comfy mattresses. The main level had a fantastic kitchen, dining and lounge area. The kitchen has all the amenities you could want. Outside there was a huge sweeping terrace and pool. The pool, although quite small was sufficient. Being up in the mountains you are not in the centre or walking distance, but a 10 minute taxi ride is all it takes to get down to the restaurants and bars. Make sure you write down the location of the villa and pin it on your phone in maps. I would say half the taxi’s did not know where the villa was, we ended up directing half of them! It really is a beautiful villa. I have stayed in a number over the years for various hen weekends and this is by far my favourite. I don’t have anything negative to say apart from maybe providing a few more sunbeds, 4 between 13 meant a lot of rotating. Arianna, before and during our stay was very helpful and always responded to my constant questions.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette villa bien décorée et plein de charme.Idéalement située à l'abri de la foule et du bruit mais proche des restaurant et des bars elle offre des beaux volumes sur différents niveaux .La rue est privée et la cuisine très bien équipée. La communication avec le propriétaire a été très facile et très réactive.La flexibilité pour l'heure de départ était très appréciable. Nous y retournerons certainement!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison se trouvant sur les hauteur de Nueva Andalucia avec une vue incroyable sur la vallée à admirer sur une des nombreuses terrasses. Un intérieur décoré avec goût et une maison très propre quand nous sommes arrivés. Un endroit idéal pour passer un weekend entre amis avec de nombreuses chambres et une très bonne literie. Je recommande vivement cette villa!!!

A fantastic villa with all you need, a lovely swimming pool and several sun decks and terasses. The house is beautifully furnished and has stunning views of the mountains. It is situated in a very tranquil spot- yet it is only 10 minutes away from the beach. And the hosts are wonderful!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable. Après les périodes de fêtes c'était une chance...petit séjour filles ! Cette villa est magnifique.Elle permet à plusieurs familles d'avoir son intimité avec ses chambres parentales, ses différentes terrasses et son jardin Elle est décorée avec beaucoup de modernité .La cuisine est très bien équipée (le propriétaire est un cordon bleu).. Elle se trouve dans un endroit calme ,loin des regards et sa piscine vous promet des bons moments. J'y retournerais volontiers dans cette villa à quelques minutes en voiture de Marbella et de Puerto Banus et de toutes autres commodités .Je vous la recommande grandement.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette magnifique villa .Très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût on s'y sentait vraiment bien .A seulement quelques minutes de puerto Banus et Marbella,ce quartier ( Nueva Andalucia) offre également un large choix de bons restaurants (indien ,traditionnel,thai,italien)et de commerces tous ouverts au mois de janvier.Une belle surprise! Nous avons apprécié les grandes terrasses et le jardin bien entretenu autour de la villa ainsi que sa vue dégagée qui est vraiment superbe. Nous retournerons surement dans cette villa en été car avec sa propre piscine(un peu trop frais pour se baigner en janvier) elle offre le calme et la sérénité proche de Marbella et de Puerto Banus.
