Any advertisement on another booking site is not valid *** New wooden house of 180 m² living space on 900 m² of enclosed land, with private swimming pool heated in summer. *** Located in a very quiet residential area, respect for the tranquility of the neighborhood is imperative. Evenings or nighttime fuss are strictly prohibited, the use of the swimming pool must remain calm and without shouts Ideally located in the heart of the pine forest, 10 minutes by bike from the ocean, golf and downtown, near the lake. A wooden house that harmonizes with its environment, designed and built by local artisans. Spacious open, bright, facing outwards and the pine forest thanks to the large picture windows and the covered terrace sheltering us from a summer downpour! Tastefully decorated, comfortable and functional, the house adapts to multiple occupant configurations. 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: . 1 master bedroom in ground floor 180 * 200 bed with bathroom + WC . 4 modular bedrooms upstairs 2 beds 90 * 200 or 1 bed 180 * 200 with 2 bathrooms, 1 separate wc . 1 mezzanine with 2 extra beds 90 * 200 1 large cathedral living room with mezzanine, 75 m² of covered terrace on the ground floor opening onto the swimming pool, 75 m² of terrace on the 1st floor Swimming pool 8 * 4 m * 1.40 m without ladder, with electric shutter, heated from May to September (subject to sufficient outside temperatures) Heating by wood stove and additional radiators (living room) and convectors (bedrooms and bathroom). A bag of logs is provided upon arrival. *** Notice to the chilly: in winter and if the weather is particularly cool some of our tenants have judged that the large volume of the stay was a little difficult to heat. Schöner Ort mit Pool und großem Wohn-/Essbereich für 10 Personen
Die Lage ist wie beschrieben nicht direkt am Strand, aber gut zu erreichen (10 Minuten Fahrrad). Leider waren bei uns von den vorhandenen Bikes die Hälfte defekt (Plattfuß, Kette springt regelmäßig ab).
Die Haus hat eine sehr schöne Aufteilung und war für uns ideal. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Wohn- und Essbereich, aus dem man auf die Terrasse hinausgehen kann und im Pool baden, sich sonnen oder auf einer der Sitzmöglichkeiten entspannen.
Was weniger positiv war, ist die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses, egal ob in den Zimmern, Bad oder Toilette.
Alles in allem hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub, viel Spaß, vor allem im Pool und jeder hatte ausreichend Rückzugsmöglichkeiten, um auch mal ein Buch in Ruhe zu lesen.

Excellente location. La maison est idéalement située, très très très bien équipée, plus que spacieuse et intelligemment pensée. Tout est fait pour que nous ne pensions qu'aux vacances et au repos. Merci à Isabelle la aapropriétaire pour la prestation qu'elle nous offre et les équipements XXL et à Marlène pour sa gentillesse qsa discrétion et sa réactivité. Lacanau
Belle maison très spacieuse et agréable. Sa superficie et son nombre de chambres permettant d'accueil une grande famille. L'aménagement et les équipements sont très bien, la disponibilité des vélos sont un vrai plus et sans supplément de coût. Notre séjour était en février et pas de supplément pour le chauffage, ce n'est pas le cas partout. Le seul regret est que la saison ne permettait pas d'utiliser la piscine.

Großes, geräumiges Haus mit super Ausstattung
Das Haus ist sehr groß und geräumig und bestens ausgestattet für eine große Gruppe. Check-in, Check-out und die Kommunikation vor Ort war sehr gut. Alles war genau wie auf den Bildern und im Inserat angegeben. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Our holiday in this house was great. We stayed with 10 persons, and we enjoyed the spacious living room and kitchen. The lounge area beside the swimming pool was very nice. We used the bicycles to go to the beach or the village; walking distance is at least half an hour. The neighbourhood is very quiet, no traffic or loud music. The housekeeper Marlène was very kind and helpful. We all will remember this week with a big smile!

Belle maison, idéale pour un groupe d'amis, bien située au calme dans la pinède, à 3 km de Lacanau Océan. Les plus : la piscine chauffée, les vélos, le volume de la pièce à vivre, la galerie couverte pour les repas et la cuisine bien équipée. Une adresse très recommandable.

Grande maison très agréable, environnement calme et arboré avec tous les équipements pour passer un bon séjour.
Cependant il y a des améliorations à apporter au niveau du ménage (baies vitrées, paroies douches, poêle) et entretien des extérieures (mauvaises herbes.....)

Location idéale : que du positif
La maison est magnifique, fidèle à la photo, dans une résidence au milieu des pins.
Fonctionnelle, moderne, sobre, propre, sans décoration superfétatoire. On ne se sent pas chez les autres mais comme chez soi pendant la parenthèse d'une semaine.
Equipement complet : rien ne manque.
A disposition les vélos : pour avoir dû en louer pour les enfants on mesure les économies réalisées grâce à cette mise à disposition pour les adultes.
Cette maison n'a pas besoin de publicité tellement le rapport/qualité prix est imbattable.
Des propriétaires sympas ( merci pour la gestion de l' alarme déclenchée par notre petit garçon...) à l'image de leur maison
Qu'une envie : y retourner avec la famille quand il fera chaud pour profiter de la piscine
Et pour les sportifs : bel entraÎnement avec la petite côte à gravir avant l'arrivée à la maison pour savourer l'apéro sur la belle terrasse en bois.

Tolles Haus im Pinienwald

Brigitte hat uns ganz lieb empfangen und alles erklärt.
In diesem Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Auch für 2 Familien mit Kindern genug Platz um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen.
Der Pool war herrlich.
Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.

Superbe semaine à Lacanau
À notre arrivée le charme opère : la piscine, la testasse et les sapins invitent à la détente. La villa est très spacieuse et très bien équipée. La mise à disposition de vélo est un vrai atout. Durant notre séjour nous n’avons quasiment pas utilisé la voiture. Idéal pour des vacances en familles. C’est avec plaisir que nous y reviendrons.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage
Das Haus entsprach dem Inserat und war sehr gepflegt. Die Übergabe war sehr gut, da bei Ankunft bereits jemand auf uns wartete. Der Pool ist sehr schön und beheizt, die Zimmer und Bäder sehr neu und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gut und einem Luxusobjekt angemessen. Einen Stern Abzug von der Bestbewertung gibt es wegen der nicht funktionieren Abzugshaube in der Küche, was wirklich sehr störend beim Kochen war. Ebenfalls ärgerlich war ein mehrfacher Stromausfall im Netzgebiet der eine längere Unterbrechung (>1h) der Stromversorgung bedeutete, nur weil keine Information darüber vorlag wie die Sicherungen wieder zu aktivieren sind. Auch ein sehr schnell vor Ort ankommender Servicebeauftragter des Vermieters wußte leider nicht, dass nach einem Stromausfall alle Sicherung manuell aus und wieder einzuschalten waren. Dies haben wir dann nach zahlreichen Versuchen selbst herausgefunden.
Die Fahrräder sind in Ordnung, könnten aber besser gewartet sein (Mantel erneuern, Kette ölen) und wie immer in einer Ferienwohnung bringt man als Hobbykoch besser seine eigenen Küchenmesser mit.
Die Lage ist dafür traumhaft von Pinien umgeben und zu unsere Reisezeit sehr ruhig (kaum Nachbarn). Das Haus ist etwas weit vom Strand um mit den Fahrrädern inkl. Strandausrüstung zum Strand zu fahren, dafür gibt es viele recht gut ausgebaute Radwege für größere Radtouren. Insgesamt ein schöner Urlaub; wir würden wiederkommen.

Villa tout simplement superbe. 3 salles de bain ce qui permet de venir à plusieurs couples. Les pistes cyclables sont à proximité et le prêt des vélos est un véritable plus.

la villa est très agréable, spacieuse et lumineuse. Toutes les chambres sont confortables. La terrasse extérieure est très grande, parfaite pour faire bronzette et les apéros. A noter la mise à disposition de vélos, ce qui est très appréciable pour faire des balades dans le coin. Bref une très bonne semaine.

Séjour très agréable dans une magnifique villa très bien conçue et fonctionnelle
Pour la seconde année consécutive, nous avons séjourné en avril, dans la villa LaCaz pour notre plus grand plaisir. Premièrement, très bonne surprise : la maison ne s’est pas dégradée depuis l’année passée, ce qui prouve l’entretien dont elle bénéficie. La propreté y est d’ailleurs parfaite.
Nous étions 3 couples d’adultes dont l’un avec un enfant de 22 mois. Le nombre de chambres et de salles de bain permettent à chacun de bénéficier de son intimité sans gêner les autres. Les espaces communs ainsi la terrasse sont également des atouts appréciables indéniables, sans parler de la piscine (la météo ne nous a pas permis d’en profiter malgré l’autorisation des propriétaires de l’utiliser avant la période prévue).
L'équipement de la villa est complet et répond parfaitement à tous les besoins de plusieurs résidents. Seul petit bémol : la taille du lave-vaisselle un peu juste pour 6 adultes (entre les assiettes, les verres et les plats/casseroles ...).
Toujours est-il, que pour un très agréable séjour à Lacanau Océan nous conseillons sans réserve la villa LaCaz et nous-mêmes n’excluons pas d’y revenir l’an prochain, toujours en famille.
