In the Mediterranean, in the heart of the Catalan country, in one of the sunniest regions of France, we offer our beautiful apartment with stunning views over the marina and the Massif des Albères. Type T2 with cabin and a capacity of 4 to 6 people, located on the 1st floor of a beautiful residence, everything has been designed and fitted out for your well-being and comfort. Thus, air conditioning, wireless internet, a large flat screen, new bedding and quality linens, pillows and duvets provided, dishwasher and washing machine, as benefits among others that will make you appreciate your stay. You have direct access to the marina and shops. The beach is about 200m walk from the promenade along the harbor, the Spanish border (the Perthus) 30 minutes by car, Barcelona and Perpignan two hours to 20 minutes. On the south-east, the apartment is located on the 1st floor of a closed and secure luxury residence with private parking. Its area is 36m2 + veranda of 6m2 + terrace 6m2 + 2m2 balcony. It is composed of : - A living room with a buffet, a round table and 4 chairs, a sofa bed BZ (140x200) a coffee table, a TV stand and a flat screen full HD 102cm. - A Loggia (veranda) with a bay window opening side lounge and another terrace opening side composed of a wrought iron table with glass top and four chairs with seat cushions. - A terrace in the extension of the Loggia with direct views of the marina: 3 folding chairs and a small side table. - A room with a balcony overlooking the harbor with a double bed 160x200, 2 two night tables with lamps, a closet with wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. - A kitchen with hob 4 burners, fridge-freezer 2 doors, a mini-oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, a blender, a Panini machine, a Grill- raclette ... - A small cabin room type with 2 bunk beds (80x200) and a cot for baby. - A small clearance at the entrance - Separate WC - A bathroom with a vanity and a tub with shower. To know : º not allowed. º Rental from Saturday to Saturday (exceptions) º Arrival from 16h and departure before 12am. º Discount depending on length: 5% on the second week and 10% on the third week rental. º charges are included in the rental price, except for an extra 25 euros for heating in winter. º Sheets º Cleaning at end of stay 35 euros extra if needed º 30% deposit upon booking. º Cheque deposit of 400 Euros and balance of the rent payable to the keys at the beginning of stay. º Youth Group refrain: calm and family residence

The apartment is in a good location with a private parking space allocated. The entry system is secure and well maintained, spotlessly clean and with a lift to the first floor.
Lucie contacted us to arrange meeting on our arrival and showed us round the apartment, explaining how everything worked. First impression was that it was smaller than expected, especially the bedroom which has a large comfortable bed but no room for anything else, although there is enough wardrobe storage space.
The second bedroom has 2 bunk beds and is a bit claustrophobic. It is tiny.
All of the appliances worked and the loggia and outside balcony were very good for eating and drinking overlooking the port.
The restaurant immediately below the apartment was very busy from about 6 until 10.30 so was quite noisy and played the same appalling music day after day! I asked the owner to change it, which he did for 1 day and then it was back to the same awful stuff!
There are loads of shops and restaurants along the port and a good mini-market about 100 meteres away and a local boulangerie just around the corner.
The beaches are all nearby and there are nice views across the marina to Collioure and the mountains beyond.
Overall, it was fine for just 2 of us but would be cramped for more adults. Whilst the beaches are fine young children or non swimmers could not go in the sea as there is a steep drop into the water.

Loved the location, the view, the apartment had everything you needed, ease of finding great bars n restaurants and walking distance to lovely beach. Although above a restaurant, no disturbance to be honest almost forgot it was their.

Séjour hors saison (période nouvel an ). Accueil chaleureux et ponctuel par Mme Romain que nous remercions vivement .Appartement propre , très calme ,très agréable, jolie vue sur le port et conforme à la description. Literie et électroménagers de très bon standing , plages accessibles à pied , sentier du littoral et nombreux autres circuits de randonnées très proches ...Nous sommes très contents de notre séjour

superbe vue
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La location est telle que décrite, propre et douillette, dans une propriété fermée avec une place de parking privative. Accès facile à la boulangerie juste en bas et aux commerces du port .
Superbe vue sur le port, la montagne et la mer et ceci de la terrasse ou de la loggia , ce qui est très pratique au mois d octobre alors que les matinées et les soirées sont un peu fraîches .
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Bon emplacement mais mauvais plan
Bonne localisation, mais mauvais plan, appartement tout en longueur, sans coin salon véritable ,coin télé bouchant la jolie vue.

Appartement très bien situé, manque de rangements pour les vêtements des vacanciers et éventuellement remettre une location propre à l’arrivée .

Correct dans l'ensemble
Appart petit mais bien équipé. Emplacement au dessus d'un restaurant donc odeurs de cuisine dès le matin sur la terrasse.

Good location for seaside holiday
Travelled with children. Apartment well equipped and well located. Only a short walk to the beach. Car parking not a problem. Many good restaurants, cafes and bars very close by. As the apartment is directly above a restaurant some of the noise and smell can make it up to the apartment.

Une semaine très sympa dans cet appartement
Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet appartement. Nous étions 4, couple + 2 enfants en bas âge.
Les femmes qui nous ont accueillies (arrivée et départ) ont été très arrangeantes.
Pour ce qui est de l'appartement, l'emplacement nous a plu car donnant sur le port, donc bcp plus calme que le centre d'Argelès. Il y a plein de restaurant aux alentours et les navettes pour Colioure sont à côté. C'est aussi plus pratique pour se balader. Avec nos 2 enfants, ce calme était appréciable. A l'intérieur, appartement bien équipé : TV, WIFI, lave vaisselle, lave linge etc.. . Vous pourrez même vous faire une raclette et des paninis : ) Appartement un petit peu bruyant car situé au dessus d'un restaurant. Mais cela fait partie des vacances. Place de parking réservé devant l'immeuble. Nous recommandons.

La disposition géographique du site est idéale :
Au premier plan le port de plaisance d'Argelés et en arrière plan
la fin du massif montagneux des Pyrénées, en somme le plaisir des yeux permanent .
L'aménagement intérieur de bon gout, neuf et très fonctionnel procure une qualité de vie constante .
Les appareils ménagers sont dans leur ensemble de très très bonne qualité .
Le couchage est irréprochable, les draps, couvertures et serviettes sont fournis et sont d'une propreté exemplaire .
Nous remercions Mme ROMAIN pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme .
A recommander sans réserve .

toujours aussi bien
2ème séjour dans l'appartement de Mr Dali et toujours rien à redire.
Tout est là, on se sent comme à la maison, l'accueil est très appréciable.
La situation sur le port, avec les bars et commodités sous la main, le parking privatif, la vue, la clim (oui en plein été c'est assez confortable)... le rapport qualité prix est incomparable.
La description de la location est conforme au produit.
Je recommanderai bien évidemment cette location, mais chuuuut... il faudrait qu'elle puisse être disponible si nous souhaitons y retourner !!

Après avoir passé plusieurs séjours dans cette appartement, je vous le conseille vivement ! Tout est prévu pour y passer d’excellentes vacances. Le confort est parfait. Les propriétaires ont pensé aux moindres détails aussi bien pour l’aménagement que pour la décoration. Idéalement placé (vue sur le port et la mer) La plage est à 100m et les commerces et restaurants sont sur place, l’appartement est très bien équipé.

Location très agréable et très bien située. Propre et bien entretenue,tout à fait conforme à la description. Pas besoin d'utiliser la voiture(parking dans la résidence) car les commerces sont à proximité et la plage accessible à pied .

très bonne prestation
très joli appartement bien isolé du bruit des restaurants en dessous. on entend rien du tout. la climatisation nous a été fort utile durant cette période de canicule. Appartement très bien placé, commerce et plage. Très pratique avec deux jeunes enfants . Le port d'argiles est bien plus agréable qu'argiles plage qui est bondé est très bruyante.

Tres bonne prestation
Bel appartement bien équipé, et surtout climatisé! Bien situé Argeles port est agréable bien mieux qu argeles plage. Tres Bien isolé du bruit, on entend rien dans la chambre parentale qui donne sur la terrasse au dessus des restaurants. A recommander pour famille de 4 pas plus. Nous etions avec deux jeunes enfants. Idéal.

Propreté, bon accueil, équipement, très bonne literie, draps fournis, LV, LL, emplacement de parking, accès direct au port... Sans oublier la très belle vue sur le port.

location très bien équipée et très agréable
Nous nous sommes beaucoup plu dans cet appartement, bien situé sur le port et très lumineux en arrière saison. Il est parfaitement équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable et nous avons particulièrement apprécié la véranda où nous pouvions manger quelque soit le temps ou la température extérieure (séjour à la Toussaint). Si nous revenons dans la région, nous y reviendrons!

Nicely situated appartment
Apartment was very comfortable, well equipped and was well located for restaurant's, bars etc. It was overlooking the port, fantastic view.
Euro bus stop was just behind the building so very handy. Beach only 5 mins walk. We had a great holiday and hopefully will return soon.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Argelès. L'appartement est confortable, bien équipé, et surtout très bien situé! La terrasse sur le port est la cerise sur le gâteau!
