Wife and I spent her 50th enjoying our first trip to Puerto Rico. We had an amazing time and this location is perfect to relax and enjoy some of the best things to do in Fajardo. Cozy studio for 2 people with great views. We will be back again soon.

Eunice was very responsive to messages. Apartment/Condo was definitely worth the cost. Cute decor. We loved having the doors open and enjoying the breeze and sound of the ocean. We had the doors open the entire time. We always felt safe in this area. We walked to the nearby park several times at the end of the day after we had toured other areas of the island. If you are not an early riser you may not enjoy the garbage truck picking up the dumpster in the morning or the next door resort workers and the boat in the marina gearing up with supplies for the island in the morning. We were always awake before sunrise so the noise didn’t really bother us. I also recommend a higher profile vehicle. The road is very narrow coming and going from the area and vehicles do not always move over so you go off the road and your vehicle will drag on the side. We loved the condo and area but those are a few things that I feel others should know.

This was our first visit to Puerto Rico. We enjoyed our stay in Fajardo! The room was nice, it had a great view and everythng we needed. In our opinion, if you stay here, you must rent a car. There are restaurants within walking distance, but that's it. The walk to the restaurant area at night was spooky to us because we've never been there before. The condo building is adjacent to the El Conquistador Resort, in fact the view you see from the room is their property. You can't visit their property, even though we did a couple of times before we were told we couldn't (I wish we could). Their property includes the road and parking lot directly in front of the condo building. We were on the go continuously during our visit; there was so much to see and do. We'd love to go back!

Description and fotos were en pointe. Apartment was well appointed and thought of every detail. Comfy, sunny and airy. We welcomed each day on the balcony and said our gnites there as well. Garage staff were attentive as well as in tune with security. Loved!

We really enjoyed our stay here! It is off the beaten path in a really nice way. Enjoyed the nearby restaurants and had a wonderful bio bay kayak tour! Access to the ferry terminal and El Yunque were great!! The apartment was beautiful and we had all we needed to rest and relax!

This place is in a great location, and the owner, and the condo staff are great. However this is an old property, and the water temperature and pressure are just about acceptable. And there is an annoying water pump noise that occurs for 10 seconds every hour or two - light sleepers may need earplugs.

We had the most beautiful vacation ever!

The condo was amazing and the views spectacular! So clean, well stocked with enough to cook. The bed was so comfortable but the balcony was the best part beautiful views to sit out and watch the sunrise and sunset. We will be back for sure. Great waking distance to local restaurants and if you like to walk like we do the condo is walkable to Seven Seas Beach and the Hidden Beach. Thank you for letting us stay and your beautiful condo.

The condo is lovely, comforting and in a special location. The ocean is right there, and sitting on the balcony at night is heaven. Everything was immaculate, with supplies of things you don't typically find in a VRBO rental, like toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, and body soap. We had everything we needed for a one week stay. You are a short walk away from restaurants. No need to drive. Racar- Puerto Rican food at its best, and the seafood arepas are fanstastic. So close to the rainforest (air conditioning was so welcome when we had hiked all day,) and lots of things to do in Fajardo, (sunset snorkel cruise, biobay.) We will be back again. Thanks.

I liked the property, it was a bit older than what the online pictures show. The linens for the pull out couch were not smelling fresh but we managed to make it work and spend a good time.

This was one of our best experiences with VRBO. Great host, perfect amount of space for us. The balcony is a huge plus and has a great view. There is a fridge and microwave which was very helpful for us. Close to Los croabas Park where you will find lots of food trucks and restaurants you can walk to. Hope to stay again sometime.

The place was located in an amazing spot close to everything and only 3 miles from the beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable and equipped perfectly. The roku on the tv was a great addition we didn’t expect but very much enjoyed. Definitely will be back! Thank you!
