About this house rental
Nestled in Gruissan, this charming house for £99 per night is a great option for your next vacation. PLEASE NOTE: from June 1 to September 30, rentals must be per full week, from Saturday to Saturday. Our very pleasant and quiet house will welcome you in a residential enclosure. It is located on the heights between Gruissan-Port and Gruissan-Village. Direct access to the Pech des Moulins (protected area) will take you in a few minutes via a path to the picturesque old village which surrounds the legendary pirate barberousse tower. You will pass near the superb orientation table and the open-air museum recalling the various local trades of yesteryear. You will find several welcoming shops and restaurants there. A market takes place there three times a week. Another path, starting from the garden gate, will take you to the marina with its many sailboats, shops, bars, restaurants, etc. If you like hiking, the Massif de la Clape is waiting for you. You will have the opportunity to have breathtaking views of the ponds, with its flamingos, the sea in the distance or the old village. You can also organize picnics in the shade of the pines. Large cycle paths have recently been designed. You can hire bikes. The resort is also very famous for windsurfing. Beginners will be able to follow courses on the Mateille lake. Extra consumption will be paid according with the marketprice (0,18 EUR pro kWh in Feb 2022) . This is instituted because actual consumption varies greatly depending on behavior and the number of people and thus does not penalize couples and/or thrifty tenants. RENTAL GUARANTEE : 250 EUR. This will be refundable at the end of the stay, when the keys are returned and the house has been restored). The location is great - in walking distance of the old town, the port and a great area at the back of the house to walk the dogs. Well equipped house, had what you need. Garden is a good space. Would stay there again.

Très beau village. Gîte ayant toutes commodités.
Après un début de vacances très rock'n'roll dû aux locataires précédents et à la légèreté de l'agence pour gérer le problème, nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances. La propriété est proche du village, tous commerces et nombreux marchés typiques au village et aux alentours. Le plus du gîte, le calme. Collé à la propriété un site de promenade que notre chien a beaucoup apprécié. Le Jardinet pourrait être plus ombragé. A savoir pour le budget vacances : la caution de 250 euros est encaissée quelques jours avant votre départ et elle est rendue quelques jours après la fin de votre séjour moins l'électricité.

Perfect for us, we only used the downstairs, so would be plenty of room for a family as well with 2 bedrooms & extra bathroom upstairs! Equipped with everything we needed. Lovely sunny, secure garden safe for dogs. Location fantastic! Straight out of the property onto the garrigue with 360 views - beautiful!

Tout est parfait. La maison est très agréable, confortable, douillette, et bien située, à quelques minutes de la plage des chalets et du port de Gruissan. Le voisinage est calme.
La gestionnaire de l'agence immobilière est à l'écoute des hôtes. Nous y retournerons sans nulle doute. Un grand merci à la propritaire des lieux, avec qui la communication est aisée, malgré la distance !

Wir würden wieder kommen
Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war immer freundlich und konstruktiv. Aufgrund von Corona musste z. B. die Anreise etwas später stattfinden, aber wir durften dafür das hochwertige Grillbesteck der Vermieterin nutzen. Der Grill war für uns eines der Highlights, wir haben ihm oft und gerne benutzt.
Als wir ankamen war die Wohnung nicht in dem Zustand, den man sich wünschen würde, aber das ist weder der Verwaltungsagentur, noch der Vermieterin anzulasten,sondern wohl eher unseren Vormietern.
Das Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wir haben alles gefunden, was wir im Urlaub brauchten. Die Matratzen in den Zimmern waren gut, lediglich die Matratzen im Kinderzimmer sind zumindest für ein großes Kind nicht mehr geeignet.
Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend, man gelangt fußläufig sowohl an den Hafen, als auch in die Altstadt.
Auch wenn der Anfang etwas holprig war, würden wir gerne wieder hier her kommen.

Le reste est correct et la situation géographique de la maison est avantageuse. Ca serait bien d avoir la possibilité d acces par le petit portillon arrière donnant dans le parc .
Tant d annees que je loue en passant par abriter, première fois que je ne met pas 5 étoiles.

Nous étions dans l'appartement du début à la fin du mois de janvier. L'emplacement de l'appartement est très bon et idéal pour les promeneurs. Les boulangeries et les magasins sont très faciles d'accès. Le quartier résidentiel est calme, même la nuit, tout est très calme et sûr. L'appartement est très simple, mais en ce qui concerne l'équipement de la cuisine, les assiettes et les couverts, il est suffisamment bien équipé. Le grand barbecue sur la terrasse était également agréable. Malheureusement, la plupart des fenêtres sont simplement vitrées, ce qui, en hiver, fait que les pièces se refroidissent rapidement dès que le chauffage est éteint.
La communication avec la très amicale propriétaire était très bonne.

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus im historischen Teil von Gruissan. Sehr freundliche Vermieter ( Telefonat). Regionale Ziele ( eine Fülle an überaus interessanten kulturellen und historischen Stätten, Ausflugsziele und Strand) gut erreichbar. Sehr zu empfehlen. (Einzige Abweichung: Bettwäsche und Handtücher waren, anders als auf der online-Anzeige angegeben, nicht vorhanden. (oder wir hatten es falsch verstanden).

Fantastisch
Es war ein unvergesslich schöner Urlaub über 3 Wochen und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Ihnen , Madame Henrotay , war ausgezeichnet und wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Ihr Haus hat uns gut gefallen und es war alles vorhanden und sehr sauber. Vielen Dank und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal.

Maisonette idéalement située avec d'un côté le vieux village et de l'autre le port. Très bien équipée, ele dispose de tout le nécessaire, voir plus. Propriétaire à l'écoute et soucieuse de satisfaire ses vacanciers!! Une jolie combinaison qui nous a permis de passer une excellente semaine 👌 Un grand merci!!

Nice place, fully equipt Fast Internet. Good outside Yard for dog. Good Walking area behind the house, close for an walk into new, or old town. A bit away from the beach. Outside Barbecue. Das Haus war jetzt für mein Geschmack nicht so schön und die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig. Dennoch haben wir das beste daraus gemacht, aber der Wohlfühlfaktor hat gefehlt. Schade.

Gute Lage, gute Ausstattung, prima Service
Wir waren zu zweien in dem Haus und hatten daher viel Platz. Mit 6 Personen wird wohl es etwas eng. Anfangs war der Herd defekt und wir haben den Verwalter kontaktiert. Die Agentur reagierte sehr schnell und schickte einen Handwerker, der die Herdplatte auswechselte. Einen schnelleren und besseren Service kann man sich eigentlich kaum wünschen.
Danach funktionierte alles bestens. Die ganze Ausstattung ist sehr gepflegt.

Hübsches, zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Haus in guter Lage
Wir haben als Familie mit teils erwachsenen Kindern und einem Hund eine wunderschöne Woche in diesem Haus verbracht. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht und vor allem die Terasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen.
Leider war das Haus bei unserer Ankunft nicht sehr sauber, deshalb nur 4 Sterne.

gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Sehr gut eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Wir waren nur zur zweit dort, haben also den ersten Stock gar nicht genutzt, aber auch für 6 Personen ist alles perfekt eingerichtet. Die Terasse ist etwas spärlich bestückt (z. B. ohne Auflagen für die reichlich vorhandenen Plastikstühle) und südfranzösisch kahl. Die Betten sind super. Toll ist der Weg über den Hügel in die Altstadt von Gruissan bzw. zum Hafen.
Die Kontaktaufnahme war schnell und problemlos auch die Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich..

Sehr gute Lage und Ausstattung der FeWo sorgten für beste Erholung
die Ferienwohnung in Gruissan ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Nette Vermieter aus Belgien sowie sehr gute Betreuung durch ein ortsansässiges Unternehmen ließen den Urlaub gut beginnen.

Une Vraie Maison De Vancances
Mon épou et moi même sommes tombés sous le charme de cette maison dès notre entrée. Maison très propre et bien entretenue, calme et à l'abri des regards!!! Tout s'y trouve!! que ce soit du matériel de cuisine, des livres sur la région jusqu'au cartes de visites des restaurants de la région avec une note d'appréciation des propriétaires. Cette maison est vraiment un havre de paix. Lave vaisselle, lave linge, tout y est pour facilité la vie et s'y reposer sans penser au tâche de la vie quotidienne. Le village est situé à 10 minutes à pied et participer au marché qui a lieu 3 fois par semaine est un bonheur. Le port se trouve à un jet de pierre et il n'est nul besoin de prendre sa voiture pour faire les courses... Il n' y a pas trop de monde et l'ambiance est vraiment agréable. Les gens sont très gentils et accueillants. Bref je pense que mon mari et moi avons trouvés l'endroit où nous allons prendre notre retraite ;-) Le seul bémol... Le vent... Gruissan est situé à la croisé des vents... et quand il se veut présent c'est assez excessif... MAis quand la brise se fait sentir c'est plus qu'agréable... Et le jardin est tellement bien isolé que le vent ne nous dérange jamais quand nous y sommes....
