Appartement bien situé, à proximité de la voie express. Grande terrasse avec vue sur mer. Seul bémol, peut-être un peu bruyant l'été, mais ceci n'a pas été notre cas. Les équipements de l'appartement sont très complets et de bonne qualité.

Casa com excelentes condições e muito bem localizada. As camas são grandes, tem dois wc, uma sala enorme, duas varandas (uma delas com uma vista incrível) e uma pequena cozinha muito bem equipada. Ainda dispõe de maquina de lavar roupa, cafeteira eléctrica, maquina de café, toalhas de banho e mantas. Excelente para quem quer conhecer a ilha devido á sua localização. Recomendo!

Eine wirklich tolle und komplett eingerichtete Wohnung. Die Betten sind wirklich richtig gut, was sonst in Portugal eher selten ist. Durch die zwei Terrassen kann man zu jeder Tageszeit draußen sitzen. Ist es auf der einen zu sonnig geht man auf die andere. Kontakt zu den Vermieter nicht war klasse. Wurden selten so gut alle Details der Wohnung gezeigt. Der Supermarkt in der Nähe stört überhaupt nicht, auch von der Rettungswache haben wir nichts gehört. Hier lebt man nicht in einer künstlichen Welt der touristenhochburgen sondern mitten im normale Leben. Und das zum Schnäppchenpreis. Klare empfehlung.

Apartamento muito bom... Bem equipada, zona sossegada, muito bem decorado e com uma varanda espectacular, com uma vista deslumbrante. Fica muito bem situado para quem quer conhecer a ilha. Boa garagem. Aconselho vivamente....

L'appartement est bien situé ,conforme à l'explicatif ; l'équipement ménager (vaisselles, ustensiles de cuisson) limite voire léger ; la propreté de la vaisselle désastreuse (est-ce dû au précédent locataire ? ) une bouteille de Wisky vide gisait sous un lit ; donc balayage à revoir...

Appartement très bien situé, près de FLUNCHAL et près d’une grande surface. Logement neuf et très moderne. Garage en sous-sol pratique et sécurisé pour le véhicule. 2 belles terrasses dont une vue agréable sur la ville et la mer au loin. Appartement dont je recommande

Muito espaçoso, muita luz, excelente terraço com uma vista lindíssima, bem situado muito limpo e com tudo o que é necessário para uns dias bem passados nesta belíssima ilha. Aconselho!!

Gostamos imenso da estadia neste espaçoso apartamento,sem dúvida iremos ficar mais vezes cada vez que formos à Madeira. Boa localização perto do supermercado e da via rápida muito calmo ideal para relaxar. Sem dúvida tivemos umas férias muito agradáveis e sem stress. Obrigada Maria e Edgar Baptista

Location conforme à la présentation. Pour deux et un séjour de plus de 23 jours, nous avons apprécié l'espace, le confort, la propreté, les deux terrasses, le garage. Merci à Roberto pour ses réponses très rapides et précises. Un bémol : le bruit de la rue.

Estive na Ilha da Madeira em agosto/2016 e reservei esse apartamento bem antes. As fotos e a descrição condizem perfeitamente com o imóvel. Confortável, limpo, com tudo que é necessário para uma hospedagem tranquila. O entorno oferece mercado, restaurantes, paragem de autocarros bem pertinho para deslocamento, daqueles que não tem carro, que era o meu caso. Minha estadia foi agradável, satisfatória e a pessoa que me recebeu foi gentil e educada. Recomendo com prazer.

Although the appartment was luxury and complete, the location is very noisy because of the traffic on both sites of the appartment. A pity, otherwise it should be perfect. The view on the sea was nice, the interior complete and the bed was ok (most of the time Portugese beds are very hard, but this was not). Somethings were not working, but we notified the owner already.

Appartement conforme à la description. On a beaucoup aimé : La grandeur de l'appartement, la propreté, l'accès à un garage, le supermarché dans la rue, le lit kingsize très confortable, la machine à laver et la terrasse plein soleil pour l'apéro! Pour les points moins bien : le chauffage de l'eau qui n'est pas très régulier quand on prend une douche. Et dommage que contrairement au propriétaire, la personne qui nous a accueilli ne parlait pas français ou anglais c'était un peu dur de se faire comprendre mais on y est arrivé! Si c'était à refaire on reviendrait. Merci Roberto!

Grand Merci à Roberto et sa famille! L'appartement est superbe; très bien localisé...et le garage un vrai plus. Wifi; cuisine très bien équipée; les grandes terrasses..... WOAW!!! Seul petit défaut est qu'il faut laisser couler pas mal d'eau avant d'avoir de l'eau chaude. Nous reviendrons sûrement et en parlerons à des amis car c'était vraiment parfait !!! :-))) Encore merci et bien le Bonjour du Luxembourg Isabelle

The owner showed me the many features of the apartment, which include a huge terrace, a patio off the bedrooms, a dedicated parking space in the building garage. Camara de Lobos, a fishing village, is well connected to Funchal, the capital, by modern highway and by a six-kilometer oceanside footpath. The old village is a pleasant 15-minute downhill walk. The bairro contains what you need, all within eight minutes : a bakery, several bars, Santa Cecilia Catholic Church, a full supermarket 200 meters distant, several bus stops on either side of the apartment building, the O Pasto Brazilian-style barbecue restaurant within walking distance. An excellent restaurant, O Lagar, with typical Madeiran fare, including fish and espetada beef tips on a skewer, is just up the hill by bus or car. All the finishes and furnishings in the apartment are top-rate: hardwood floors, French or sliding glass doors, marble floors in the fully furnished kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable contemporary furniture, a flat-screen television with satellite, efficient Wi-fi, crown moldings and nicely decorated. Adorei o apartamento, está muito bem mobilado, perto do centro, boa exposição solar, bons equipamentos, excelente local para passar férias
