Located in Palavas-les-Flots, this charming villa for £111 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Very charming air-conditioned villa, benefiting from exceptional sunshine, completely renovated in a garden overlooking the pond. - On the ground floor: fully fitted kitchen open to a large living room; one bedroom with two twin beds, a large bathroom with washing machine. Separate WC. A second bedroom with sofa bed. - On the first floor: a 120 cm bed on the mezzanine, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom and separate WC. Oriented east-west. Very close to the sea. 6 -7 beds, two bathrooms and two separate toilets. Very clear with beautiful volumes. Very nice view of the pond from each of the windows. Each evening, you can admire the sunset over the Abbey of Maguelone. Payment of the deposit on arrival: 500 €

What a lovely house. This property is close to the beach. Close to the shops. And overall very good. The house was clean and tidy when we checked in. And what was very nice is all the rooms had airconditioning - in the middle of summer that is really needed.

Maison idéalement située, très propre et fonctionnelle. Vacances sans voiture, tout se fait à pied : plage et commerces très proches ; on prend le temps de flâner le long des rives du canal, on apprécie les retours des pêcheurs proposant leurs poissons. La ville de Montpellier à 15 minutes est également à voir.

A beautiful House in a wonderful Location
Right from the beginning everything was perfect. Claire was a wonderful host. She greeted us upon arrival there were no open questions. Everything was exactly as described. Except the view over the bayou: that is something you just have to experience!
We were able to see the sun setting every evening right out of our garden. The beach is only 5 minutes away … if you take your time. For our son it was the ideal situation. The water was shallow, right temperature and a wonderful beach to hang out. Besides that, we had the great opportunity visit so much in southern France. It was the perfect stay for good portion of vitamin D before the winter comes.
Off course we now wonder how it might be in the summer, but we will for certain try to figure out.

Sehr schönes Haus in Strandnähe
Wir haben uns in dem großzügigen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch Claire war sehr nett. Der Strand ist nur ca. 5 min zu Fuß entfernt.
Das einzige, was etwas gestört hat, war die Straße, die hinter dem Haus verläuft. Dort herrschte reger Verkehr.

Superbe maison pour vacances
cette belle maison est agréable à vivre, spacieuse, claire et avec toutes les commodités. Son emplacement est idéal près de la plage, les commerces et le centre de Palavas, belle vue depuis le jardin sur les étangs. L'accueil est bien organisé, bref tout est fait pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Nous conservons l'adresse pour de futurs séjours.

Accueil très agréable, maison spacieuse et claire, une terrasse qui donne sur l'étang Prévost et facilité pour accéder au centre de Palavas par la promenade le long de la mer d'un côté et de l'autre le long des plages. A louer à nouveau quand le Covid aura disparu et que l'on pourra visiter librement.

Excellent séjour à Palavas
Nous sommes ravis des 10j passés dans cette jolie maison avec mes parents et mes enfants. La propriétaire est disponible et aimable. La maison est très bien équipée, fraîche grâce aux climatisations et spacieuse. La plage est à peine à 5 min à pied: parfaite pour les enfants en bas âge car ils ont pieds sur une très très grande distance dans l eau. Le centre ville est petit mais mignon. Notre séjour a été très agréable!

Sehr schönes Haus nahe des Strandes
Schönes, modernes Haus mit Blick auf die Teiche. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß an den Strand oder die Ortsmitte. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin. Es war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt in dem Haus.
Das Sofa könnte etwas größer sein :) . Empfehlenswert.

schöne moderne, übersichtliche Unterkunft und sehr freundliche + hilfsbereite Vermieter
Wir (2 Erwachsene und 6 Kinder) waren ab Mitte August für 10 Tage in Palavas les Flots. Das Ferienhaus liegt günstig mit schönem Ausblick auf den See und nur 5 Geh-Minuten vom Sandstrand am Meer und 15 Geh-Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt.
Die Vermieterin Claire ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Wohnbereich ist sehr geräumig, so das man mit einer großen Familie sehr gut Platz hat. Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage funktioniert bestens, was bei den Temperaturen von ca. 35° sehr von Vorteil ist.
Die Terrasse ist zwar nicht riesig, aber eignet sich sehr gut fürs Essen bzw. zum Entspannen - die Straße zwischen dem See und dem Ferienhaus ist ja nach Tageszeit
etwas belebt - uns hat es aber nicht gestört.
Sehr praktisch waren die 3 Fahrräder mit denen wir Einkäufe z.B. Bäckerei usw. erledigt haben.
Es war alles wie beschrieben und wir können das Ferienhaus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Comfortable, well-equipped villa in a lovely location overlooking the lagoon and a short walk from the beach and promenade. Very helpful and welcoming owner. All you could wish for if looking for a relaxing few days near sea and lovely countryside as well as city of Montpellier. Highly recommend.

Jolie maison avec belle vue sur l'étang
Nous sommes partis à 4 adultes et 2 enfants. La maison est encore plus jolie que sur les photos et propre.
Elle est aussi conforme ainsi que son équipement à ce qui est annoncé par la propriétaire sur l'annonce.
Nous avions pris le forfait draps et linges. Les lits étaient prêts à notre arrivée.
On a beaucoup aimé la vue sur l'étang avec les couchers de soleil. A 5 minutes à pied de la plage et 15 minutes du centre.
A cette saison, avec le peu de monde sur la promenade de bord de plage,
nous avons pu tout faire à vélo (dont un enfant de 5 ans).
Attention au wifi, les recharges se vident vite. Nous aurions dû prendre une carte de recharge plus élevées pour avoir plus de Go disponible
.

Bon séjour, photos conformes, grand espace moderne
Tres bon séjour, maison propre (sauf l intérieur des tiroirs). Draps non fournis, ni serviette de bain (précisé dans l annonce) ménage 50 euros (non précisé). Grand espace, grand jardin (un peu sommaire niveau aménagement et décoration). Pas de wifi mais une box qu il faut recharger : plus de 50 euros la semaine pour 3 personnes ... propriétaire habitent en face, bon accueil, nous ont prêté des vélos, des boules de pétanque, un adaptateur. Maison agréable, jolie vue, 5 min à pied de la plage, 5-10min en voiture de tout activité. Merci beaucoup à Claire.

Maison très bien située avec une vue magnifique sur l'estuaire (surtout au moment du coucher du soleil), à 2 minute à pieds de la plage, très bien équipée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, accueil chaleureux. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La situation de la maison permet à chacun de bouger sans la voiture (merci pour le prêt des vélos): les uns à la pêche, les autres à la plage ou farniente sur la terrasse ...

Villa magnifique - Emplacement idéal
Une grande surprise à notre arrivée quand nous (3 adultes, 2 enfants et 1 bébé) avons découvert cette villa de haute qualité. Extrêmement bien restaurée, elle offre tout le confort (et plus) d'une villa au bord de mer. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié les petits détails (Papier WC, torchon, petite serviette de mains, sel, café, sucre etc...) que l'on ne retrouve pas souvent dans les locations. Parfaitement équipée, elle est idéale pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis.
Son emplacement offre non seulement une belle vue sur l'étang lorsque l'on mange dehors mais est également très proche de la mer (100m), ce qui permet de laisser la voiture (parking à côté) et de passer ses vacances à pieds.
Le village à 10 min (à pied) est très joli et offre tous les petits commerces souhaités.
La propriétaire est très attentionnée et disponible si il y a un petit soucis.
Nous avons passez quelques jours très agréables que nous aurions voulu prolonger.
Une adresse à garder pour y revenir.

This villa was perfect for me and my friends and I have recommended it to countless friends and family, it's great for any type of group with or without children! The place looked brand new, really effective aircon units in every room, electronic remote shutters on all of the windows and it was just a great place to relax. We had never been before but Palavas is a beautiful place with lots to offer for reasonable prices, and the beach was amazing. If you want to go to Montpellier (which I would reccomend) the tourist information is a 5 minutes walk from the house and the tram in Montpellier gets you directly to all the attractions . Claire and her partner were incredibly helpful and live on the other side of the road. I will definitely be going again and I could not recommend this villa enough. An amazing price for what you get!

Cette villa est fort bien située à quelques minutes à pied du centre avec, en prime, un étang à proximité. Très belle maison sur deux étages, pouvant accueillir au moins cinq à six personnes. Cuisine très bien équipée (jusqu’au couteau à huitres !). Très bonne literie, tout est robuste et confortable.
