One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. Brilliant facilities, views and staff were so helpful. Great restaurants in the hotel and the town is a short drive away too. Will absolutely be back!

It was a very modern hotel, great architecture with a relaxing atmosphere. Nice and quiet location. Very friendly and customer oriented staff. Comfortable room, bed and amenities. Excellent gym and restaurants and great food. Breakfast was amazing with excellent choices.
Despite the fact that the Japanese restaurant was our favorite restaurant, the music was a bit too loud and it was too dark. We couldn’t see our food.

First, the hotel is beautiful the staff is excellent since the first moment you feel like you are a VIP guest. Moreover, the baby food and the family facilitating are comfortable and convenient.
Although the food in the restaurants is good the prices are pretty high, same thing for the cocktails and alcohol at the pool.

Location - stunning. Rooms - beautiful and luxurious. Pool - clean, towel, lots of free chairs. Pampering in the pool - shakes, cold water, moist towels.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish m. We were looked after by Maya on guest relations and she was attentive both before and during our stay.

Amara is absolutely stunning! Breathtaking hotel with amazing views and facilities.
The spa staff were really rude and stand offish. All the other staff that we met were really polite and helpful and it was just a let down to experience two women that were so rude.

Everything was wonderful
Children allowed in the spa from 11-6pm. Should be less so guests can enjoy a peaceful, calm experience. The staff were understanding and let us use the relaxing area by the treatment rooms. But I would have appreciated swimming and the jacuzzi without ball games and shouting.

The room was spacious, the open connection from bath and bedroom was good,double basins were useful & free use of the bar,expreso machine with lots of water supplied.
The layout of the hotel was confusing.Prices for food and drinks were very high. The furnishings could be improved.
