The location was perfect. Walkable to both train stations, to the ruins, and to many good restaurants and shops. But it was still a bit off the main road so nice and quiet. The room was comfy and our host was responsive and super helpful in organizing airport transfer and other tips for the city. Would definitely book again!

The air conditioning didn't work the first night. It was a simple breaker issue and was fixed immediately the next morning.

We may have been unlucky, but there was loud music coming from the square behind until 10ish on our first night and a then a concert set up on our second night. Apparently, this is unusual. We had a busy schedule, therefore, needed to sleep early.

The property exceeded our expectations in every way possible. From the moment we booked, Teresa was the perfect host and was happy to help us plan our trip via WhatsApp- she provided us with recommendations for the local area of Pompei and also gave suggestions for other excursions. Throughout our stay, she maintained regular contact with us and was always quick to reply and answer any questions. I genuinely could not recommend her more. The room was beautiful and spacious and had everything we needed, and was conveniently located just off one of the main streets in Pompei. We plan to return to Italy in the future and will absolutely be looking to stay here again!

Excellent disposition. Not far from city center, Pompeii park and train station. The room is very clean, there is air conditioning. Good noise isolation. Many thanks to the owner Teresa. - She met us, told us everything, Was always in touch via Whatsapp. The day before arrival, Teresa sent on Whatsapp detailed video instructions on how to find the apartment, where to get the keys, advised places where we could go shopping and several places to eat. On Teresa's advice, we went to a fish restaurant. It was just magical! Teresa, thank you for your warm welcome and hospitality! We felt at home within your walls! It's so nice to have wonderful people like you around!

Everything is perfect! I recommend to visit!

It was amazing, truly loved my stay here! The shower was great, towels were soft and the access to balcony was a treat. I wish I had more time here but felt very safe once inside my room and particularly liked the style of a sliding door to the en-suite (I plan to install the same in my own home someday!). So so kind to provide bottled water included and the other drinks were reasonably priced. Very grateful and pleased to have such a lovely place to stay at short notice :)

I had an unfortunate experience with a few different men following me and not leaving me alone which was no fault of the hotel but it is situated in a street really near the centre square but it’s not in direct view of others so feels a little bit like you’re on your own. It is not in a majorly well lit area so best to visit Pompeii in general when travelling with others I would say.

The room was large, tall, perfectly clean, the pleasant surprise was the terrace overlooking the Sanctuary. The rooms ale cleaned every day. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, close to Trenitalia station (trains to Napkes and Salerno), very close to Sacra Street . Nice communication with the host - thank you.

What a find of a hotel. Teresa was exceptional as a host. She went over and beyond what would have been expected. The rooms where immaculate, the location was brilliant. Teresa, helped us out with booking taxi's and made recommendations for restaurants. Super super hotel!!!

I'm trying to think of something bad ... and I can't!!!

The room we had was wonderful. Nice decoration and very clean. Teresa made our stay even better. She is professional and very kind. She informed us about all the good places in the area that we could visit. She was always helpful with good advices to any of our questions. The breakfast was also very nice. The cafe that serves breakfast is near the residence. The people there are so friendly and nice and the croissants always fresh in the morning. We loved so much the place and Pompeii that its in our plans to visit again. You should visit for sure.

The location is fantastic! It is very close by (walking distance) from pretty much everything - restaurants, attractions, convenience stores. There is no parking directly on site if you happen to drive there, but there is all-day paid parking at the train station which is also within very close walking distance to the property. The room itself was a LOT bigger than I was expecting, it was very spacious, clean and comfortable. It had a lot of lighting options, a good sized tv, a minibar, a tea/coffee station and a couch that could even fold out to an extra bed. There were also plenty of power points around the room which is a nice little bonus. The property owner Teresa was really friendly, helpful, was great in communicating and speaks English perfectly (for those not fluent in Italian ;) )

There's not really much of a view, but that's just me nitpicking for something to write here.

Great location, new and renovated, smart lights, sparkling clean, towels, baths shampoo, large room and big terrace, extremely quiet, great bed( we've sleeped like babies). Host give you all information that you need for restaurants, place to visit, transport, and tips to take best transport if you want to travel for another place (we' ve been to Amalfi from there and we had suggestion to take train and ferry)

All was perfect! Only one suggestion: slippers for room will be nice to have!

The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay in Pompei was great. She booked taxi for us number of times. She also helper us understand the train system so we were able to travel on our own without being scammed on money by the taxi personnel. I can't thank her enough! Pompei is a nice little town with clean streets and very chill night life. Good restaurants as well!

the breakfast at the cafe was not great

Quite ans safe place you have tour own key to enter. Great communication with the Owner and willing to help you most of the time. Accomedation was accessible to Transportation and Restuarants. Clean and Tidy.

it's only in case if your willing to come with a car. you need to keep in mind the parking places. In case of us, we've used the Train.

Location was perfect, the room was enormous and fully modernised, and Teresa was an absolutely stellar hostess.
