We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The 3 bedroom condo was laid out nicely and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment.

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and nice place.
It would’ve been nice to have extra rolls of toilet paper.
Also some of the tv remotes didn’t have batteries.
An update to a blue-ray DVD player would be nice.

Condo spacious and comfortable. Outdoor grills by pool not on balconies but was okay. Beach fantastic. Picked up our own chairs and umbrella at Publix- great investment. Indoor and outdoor pools were very nice.

Great newer home! This was my first trip ever staying somewhere other than a hotel. We enjoyed the stay and having the pool in the backyard. The house has a lovely coastal feel.

My daughters and I enjoyed our stay at 706 Phoenix X and plan to return. The rooms were spacious and accommodating, and it was easy to navigate to the beach or the pool. The bedding and bathrooms were clean, the floors appeared to be swept, but housekeeping forgot to vacuum & mop the floors prior to our arrival. Once I reported it, the property manager was quick to respond and offer to resolve it. Very grateful - happy stay & plan to return.
