Walk straight out of the backyard onto the sand. Sabia is modern, fresh and fully equipped for your needs. With five bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is able to accommodate 10 people comfortably. The views of Jervis Bay from the balcony are awesome. Relax and enjoy a beer and a barbecue while taking in the scenery. Sabia is located between Vincentia and Huskisson shopping centres. It is five minutes drive from Jervis Bay National Park, Hyams Beach, Greenpatch, Caves Beach and Greenfields Beach. Collingwood Beach is beautiful and stretches for miles, with plenty of other beaches that all connect through the Jervis Bay National Park. Linen: Sabia is fully equipped with all your bedroom and bathroom linen, however you will need to supply your own beach towels. Wifi: Sabia Beach house provides complimentary Wi-Fi for your stay. Security Bond: A security bond of 500 may be required depending on your method of booking. You will be advised at the time of booking if a bond is required. Arrivals and Departures On the day of your arrival check in is from 2pm, when the property may be available for an earlier check in we will notify you. On the day of departure check out is strictly 10am, If a late check out should be available we will notify upon arrival. Please Note: Extra Cleaning fees will apply if the property is not left in a similar state of which it was found. 50 Bbq cleaning fee will be applied if the Bbq is left unclean after use.

Fantastic position near the beach & bicycle path. We had a good view of the Bay and even in inclement weather it cheered us up. House had good facilities, kids downstairs, adults upstairs. However, there was no hairdryer, no hand towels supplied and no soap.

This is a great property. It is clean. It has linen. It has internet. The front and backyards are great for the kids, especially the long concrete driveway. If I owned this property the only thing I would add are side gates and a front gate to make it totally enclosed. I highly highly recommend this property

We had a great time with our friends and loved the close proximity to the beach and shops. There was plenty of space for us all.
Unfortunately the house was filled with bugs due to gaps in the doors downstairs. Could do with surface spray on outdoor sitting areas too.
Like other guests, we also noted some cleanliness issues. There were crumbs in between lounge cushions and rubbish under and around beds.

The location of Sabia house is wonderful - a 30 second stroll down to the beach, with a walking/bike path along the coast.
Cleanliness of the house was questionable and definitely needed a deep clean, the bins hadn’t been emptied, the vacuum within the house had not been updated and was useless, it’s furnishings are old and outdated, and space of the rooms was very tight. We cleaned all equipment ourselves.
Considering how much you’re paying, it definitely needs an upgrade.
Entertainment spaces are okay and the backyard is great for the kids, okay stay overall and very average property.

Cleanliness of the house was questionable and definitely needed a deep clean, the bins hadn’t been emptied, the vacuum within the house had not been updated and was useless, it’s furnishings are old and outdated, and space of the rooms was very tight. We cleaned all equipment ourselves.

The house itself is run down, was not cleaned properly- we had young kids with who cannot use glasses and have to use plastic cups, all the plastic cups and plates had mould all over them- not the best thing to see after Covid.
There were cockroaches in the house, and the furniture was falling apart.
Also the linen that was supplied as part of the package -no hand towels.
Also the Tv service(Foxtel) was dropping out all week.
No WiFi supplied- pretty basic item to include these days, especially at the rates being asked.
The houses location is in a very beautiful spot and it could be made to be a great place to stay, unfortunately it hasn't been maintained in a fashion that suits the asking price.

5* all the way!
Stayed for two nights with the wife, in laws and 3 children. Fabulous space and well laid out. Easy access to local shops and restaurants, 10 min walk away. House is extremely light, airy with great views, well fitted out, with clean linen, comfortable furniture, aircon, fans, foxtel etc etc. All of these make for a very pleasant stay. Superb access to the beach and the path that runs up to Huskinsson. Loved the place and you get what you pay for.
We had booked through another realtor and the house although cheaper was awful, hence why we went and got this one. We were not disappointed. Certainly recommend both the house and the lovely ladies from OZ Combined Realty who organised the rental.

Would highly recommend
We stayed at Sabia and couldn't have been happier. The property is well appointed with a very functional floorplan and everything you could ask for in a holiday home. Our kids loved the backyard and direct beach access while the adults enjoyed the covered outdoor entertaining areas with water views. The only negative - we didn't stay longer!
