Nestled in Osage Beach, this charming condo for £193 per night is a great option for your next break. Thank you for considering our condo for your next trip to Lake of the Ozarks! Rent with confidence... We have over 10 years of experience renting and managing and have many guests returning year after year. We strive to make our condo comfortable for you and your family and include lots of extras. Our Condo has everything you need to feel right at home. It is tastefully decorated, clean and offers a great view! Our condo can accommodate up to 10 guests. We often have smaller groups with 6 people or less who enjoy the extra room the condo offers. We are located in the heart of Osage Beach at the very popular LEDGES Condominium Complex. There are two swimming pools to enjoy. One that you can see from the balcony and one at the point with an incredible 10 mile view of the main channel! There is also a sandy beach that is on a calm cove to enjoy. If you are bringing little ones, you are welcome to use the high chair, bedrails and playpen at the condo. There are also plenty of movies, toys and board games for family fun! The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. They are stocked with all the goodies you'll need including cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The Condo is also equipped with a full sized washer and dryer. All linens are provided. Please bring your own pool towels. For your protection, there are smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, deadbolt, ring camera/voice/alarm outside the front door and outside light by front door. Security cameras also on docks and outside by dumpsters and walkway. Free Wifi Boat slips available for $25/night. Whether your pleasure is swimming, boating, fishing, golfing, shopping or just plain relaxing, we have the perfect accommodations for your family! IF YOU NEED ADDITIONAL SPACE, please ask about our other condo that is conveniently located right next door to this condo! 3 Bedroom + Loft / 3 Bath There are two bedrooms and two full baths on the main level and a loft upstairs along with a third bedroom and another full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private full bath. The second bedroom has two full beds and full bunk bed along with an adjacent full bath. Up a flight of stairs, the loft has two queen beds. The third bedroom upstairs offers a queen bed There is also a third full bath in the upstairs bedroom. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, TV, VCR, and DVD player. There is also a patio with a gas grill and patio furniture that overlooks one of the pools.

We have no complaints about this property itself. We had an amazing time, the condo was AMAZING, our view was pretty, it was quiet consistently, and the rooms were great! The swim beach was great, extremely family friendly & clean. The only complaint I’d have was the pool had a lot of chlorine in it, it made our skin feel slimy afterwards but nothing a good rinse couldn’t fix! We were extremely pleased with the entirety of our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the lake!

Condo was great it had more than enough room for 10 of us. 4 adults and 5 kids ages from 9-15. The pool right on location was a big plus used it a lot more than we had thought. Very close to a lot of eating and entertainment. Couldn’t be happier. Lots of great memories made.

Great place to stay for a good value! We had the max number of people with plenty of places to sleep. The Ledges is a great location, nice pools and beach area. Jen was easy to get in contact with, quick and helpful with responses. The only thing we would leave out is the 4 flights of stairs to the door😆 Thanks for a great vacation home!

My family and I had a great time spending a weekend at this condo. The condo has everything, can comfortably sleep 14, perfect for a big family or two families. The renting process was easy and the owner Jen was responded to my questions and concerns very quickly. We also were lucky to be able to see beautiful sunset from the condo's deck. We love it!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was difficult to find a place that could comfortably fit myself and 11 friends, but this property slept all 12 of us with plenty of room. The owner was also very helpful with giving us information on the local area which was nice because none of us are from the area. Overall, we all enjoyed our stay and would be more than willing to stay there again.
