Found on the 14th floor of Phoenix IX, this delightful 3-bedroom 3.5-bathroom condominium sleeps ten with a gorgeous view of the Gulf. · Living area with queen sleeper sofa and large flat screen television · White appliances, adjacent wet bar, and three stools at breakfast bar in fully equipped kitchen · Smooth wood table seats six in dining area · Gorgeous master bedroom with king size bed and flat screen television · Walk-in shower, jetted bathtub and double sink vanity in luxurious master bathroom · Second bedroom with queen size bed and third with two full size beds · Tiled balcony with patio furniture overlooks spectacular Gulf front view In addition to a large fitness center with new equipment, Phoenix IX offers an indoor pool, hot tubs and a kiddie pool on the 7th floor overlooking Ono Island; an outdoor pool and kiddie pool; an indoor climate-controlled tennis court on the 12th floor overlooking Ono Island, and barbecue grills. The building is located near the Alabama-Florida state line, approx. 10 miles east of Hwy. 59.

Loved this location and front desk staff very friendly and helpful. For such a nice unit I would have expected a better stocked kitchen - more glassware.

We love the Phoenix IX property in general and usually choose to stay here when visiting the area. We've never been disappointed in a unit here before. But this was different. Though listed as a Premium property (and charging premium rates despite it being off-season), this was definitely NOT a premium property. The floors were dirty, and the two rugs were stained and frayed. The master bedroom has french doors into the dining/living area, which we knew from the listing, but when we arrived the draperies that cover them to give that room a modicum of privacy were missing. We called the maintenance crew twice, were told there was a work order in to return the drapes (the rod was still there), but they never did. It was very awkward for the Master Bedroom to be literally exposed and open. There was no coffee pot when we arrived, and no liquid dish soap, which has also always been standard. One of the outdoor metal balcony chairs was inside at the dining table, and there was wall art on the floor leaning against the walls in places where presumably they will be hung. The kitchen was very sparsely equipped for cooking. We usually pay a premium to stay at this property because it is worth it but that was certainly not true for this trip.

This condo was very spacious and the view was amazing! Easy access to the beach and had everything we needed for our stay. Hope to revisit someday.

Everything you expect from a typical beach rental was included! Very nice and clean. Great Location

The condo is very nice and comfortable. Mattresses were comfortable and the sheets fit the bed. Some furniture was a bit warn but serviceable. Plenty of towels. Elevators worked well and were quick. Great balcony and view of ocean. Needed more sharp knives. There were wine glasses but no corkscrew. Toilet paper should reflect the quality of the condo. Screen was torn and gaping. Needs hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes while showering. The tv in the guestroom with two beds would not connect to the satellite. Overall we were pleased and would rent the condo again.
