At high tide, which occurs twice daily, the beach is mostly inaccessible. There is not direct beach access from the home, rather it is just one house down in either direction. You won't miss the ocean when you have spacious balconies, a rooftop deck, mesmerizing waves, ocean breezes and your own seaside pool. From the outdoor staircase or private elevator, guests enter the residence and are greeted with stunning ocean views to the east and four spacious bedrooms to the west. The living area features a space for dining, den and an open kitchen with gourmet appliances and island seating. The living area has 180 degree views and a wraparound balcony for enjoying the view and ocean breeze. Each of the four bedrooms has an en suite bath. The master bedroom is spacious with a King bed and the en suite has a garden soaking tub. The “children’s bedroom” features two sets of bunk beds.
