Located in West Beach, this lovely house for £1,451 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Morning Breeze is a new 6500 square foot, 10 bedroom plus bunkroom, 11.5 bath custom beachfront home with a private pool, elevator and more. You may remember the original Morning Breeze on the lagoon. We supersized it adding 4 more bedrooms plus a bunkroom, and all 3 levels have living areas featuring views that span from the Gulf to Little Lagoon. Plus you'll have FREE Golf and Activities every day of your stay to make it even better (value of up to $800/day). Please note--the reviews showing up are for the original Morning Breeze with 6 bedrooms on the lagoon. We'll correct that as soon as we can. Interior photos shown with furnishings are from the original Morning Breeze that was located on Little Lagoon. The new one is beachfront, with lighter interiors and even more to love. It is scheduled for completion this winter in plenty of time for spring and summer guests. The main floor features a large living area with 180 degree views spanning from the Gulf to Little Lagoon., a 16' long dining table to seat a crowd, a spacious kitchen with 2 refrigerators, 2 ranges, 3 dishwashers, 2 sinks and lots of counter space with 1 large islands. There is a nearby wetbar with an undercounter icemaker, a beverage fridge and more. You'll find a large pantry/laundry, a half bath and the beachfront primary King bedroom complete with doors out to the covered porch and a bath featuring a double vanity and separate tub and shower. The middle floor has a large family room, a total of 4 bedrooms (3 Kings, 1 pair of Queens) plus a bunkroom with 2 XL twins, 5 full baths and a laundry room. It opens to porches on the beach and lagoon sides. The top floor has a large family/game room, 5 bedrooms (3 Kings, 2 pair of Queen rooms), 5 full and 1 half baths and a laundry. Throughout the house you'll find Smart TVs, free wifi and an elevator that reaches all levels. All levels have beachfront covered porches that span the beach side of Morning Breeze. The beachfront porch has a private pool that is heatable from October until May with a $50/day fee. You'll also find outdoor seating and dining, and under the house, a charcoal grill, an outdoor shower and beach chairs to take to the beach. Morning Breeze is located in the West Beach area of Gulf Shores, 5.4 miles west of the intersection where Gulf Shores Parkway ends at Beach Boulevard. Sorry, Morning Breeze is not available for events (including bachelor and bachelorette parties), or groups under the age of 25.

Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent 5 nights at Morning Breeze with our two sons, their wives, and their four small children (two each) as well as my sister-in-law and her grown daughter. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful time.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay. The barbecue grill was in bad shape and we could not use it. Hopefully it will be replaced when we come next year. Also would have been nice to know all that was included with home. example the baby chair and bath chair we were told we could rent these but had arranged to have them brought there. Also there was a room with beach chairs and floats. We found this the day before we were leaving. Were not sure if we were allowed to use. Could have used a book on recommendations where to eat, shop and things to do in the area.

We had a wonderful time at our Gulf Shores retreat. The weather was warm and sunny, Morning Breeze was spacious with plenty of room for kids and grandkids. The heated pool made up for the beaches and other attractions being closed because of COVID-19. And of course the seafood was great as carry-out or cooked on the grill.

We had a great time, even when it was raining. Walk to beach was easy. Pool, dock, outdoor furniture were extra nice. Staff was very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay again.

Arrived for a get-away Christmas with the family. House was beautiful upon arrival. Internet didn't work however. Fireplace isn't working. Pool was quite cool. Ended up calling property manager at least 3 times. Were promised return calls everytime and received none. Internet did get working later. Couple burners on the stovetops didn't want to light unless lit by match. Beds were comfy. Nice decor and Christmas decorations. Lots of plates, glasses, flatware. Would have been nice to have had more info on the house and appliances available - like where the light switch for the pool was located. Good access to beach on Gulf side and to bay. This was a very pretty home with updated decor. Great views. Nice porches front and back. Good breeze. Great dining room table that will seat 16! Elevator was handy for getting luggage up to the bedrooms. Could have used a few more kitchen smallwares. Overall a nice place. Glad we came.

The location is wonderful enjoying the best of both worlds....ocean view and access were great and we loved having the lagoon out our back door. The dock was amazing, the heated pool was great, too! The only thing missing was a beachy area to enjoy the lagoon off the dock and a place to safely launch a kayak.
