Nestled in Lake Anna, this charming house for £295 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Get away from it all at this peaceful family retreat at the North end of Lake Anna. Enjoy one of the best deep-water waterfront rentals at the lake. Waterfront has a large deep-water dock and a wade-in beach area perfect for small children. We also have a shaded upper dock area at the water with a large picnic table. The house has a wrap-around deck and an open, bright floor plan. The well-equipped kitchen/great room is on the main level, and has ample counter space, two bar stool seating, large 'friendship table', leather couches, TV/DVD, electric fireplace and french doors. Deck is equipped with an over sized table and many chairs. The main floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and bath across the hall, perfect for grandparents. The lower walk-out level is perfect for kids with a separate living room with TV/DVD, pool table, bunk room with four twin bunks and full bathroom. Our 2 1/2 acre lot has ample parking, lawn with fire pit, with a gentle slope down to the lake. We offer complimentary wifi.

The house was located on a quiet cove with easy access to the main part of the lake. It wasn’t as “fancy” as some of the large newly built rentals, but it was a nice cozy place with a ton of amenities for the money. The dock and beach areas were the best. There was a sandy walk-in for little kids, a water slide into deep water, and an area to dock our pontoon rental. There was a nice shady second deck with a table for lunch and a box full of water toys. The house itself was the perfect size for our two families and well-cleaned when we arrived. The older kids shared the two sets of bunks in the basement while my sister’s young family spread out upstairs. There was even a pool table and kids toys for indoor fun. We normally stay in a different rental every summer, but we’ll definitely come back to this one.

My family loved our stay at this beautiful home. All the details have been thought of and the house is immaculate. The views from the deck and dock are amazing all day long and especially at sunset. This area is very quiet and private. We had fun making meals in the kitchen and on the grill. Our girls enjoyed diving off the dock and using the slide. We used the kayaks and canoe daily. We absolutely plan to come back! Cindi is a gracious host. Book now- you won’t be disappointed.

We had a fabulous time in this home! The dock is absolutely amazing!! My three kids (11,7, and 5) and a blast going down the slide and jumping off the dock. Great fishing too! Cindi was great to communicate with. We will be returning next summer for sure!!

The house was perfect for our family vacation. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. We enjoyed the docks for swimming and fishing. Everyone had a great time and we would defiantly visit again.

What a great property. The kids spent a lot of time jumping off the dock and going down the slide. Water temp was perfect for some hot days. Plenty of seating at the dock and beach along with a nice kayak and canoe. The house was very comfortable and had everything that we needed. No complaints. Made some great memories at the lake! Thanks Cindi and Ed for allowing us to use your house! We hope to come back again!

We have been vacationing at Lake Anna for about 10 years and this was the most enjoyable stay we have had. This house was very spacious, beautifully decorated, more than enough room for our family. The upper deck was enjoyed by all, whether it was enjoying the sunrises or sunsets, watching the wildlife, or just sitting around talking. The swimming area was enjoyed by all. This is surely a property we would love to stay at again. Thanks for make this vacation very enjoyable and memorable.
